I recently got diagnosed with CML leukemia. GOD has blessed me with the BEST ONCOLOGIST DOCTOR in this industry. Dr. Shamloo came in immediately with a game plan and attacked my cancer! My results couldn’t be any better day by day!! What I’ve learned is Dr. Shamloo is a very experienced, knowledgeable, professional. I am forever grateful for Dr. Shamloo as I continue this battle one day at a time!!!

Dr. Shamloo saved my husband's life. No one could figure out was wrong and he did. He was always accessible to us and even provided his cell phone number. We have reached out several times and have gotten responses almost immediately. Thank you Dr. Shamloo. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Shamloo is amazing. He treated me in Sunrise Hospital. He was always reachable. He even gave me his personal cell number. He figured out what was wrong with me and treated it accordingly. He saved my life. I cannot thank him enough! I highly recommend him. He always responds to me or my wife's calls or text messages. Thank Dr. Shamloo.

Dr. Shamloo is the most patient kind and generous Dr. at Sunrise Hospital. I met him in 2025 when my mom had a hysterectomy . He took his time to help me and my mom with every step we needed to start fighting Stage four cancer. Then in 2026 he took the time once again to walk me through every step to get her Tase procedure to help my mom have a better quality of life and live longer. I had His personal contact number to walk me through every little step to help my mom get better. I Would recommend anyone trying to save their loved ones life him as a doctor. He sincerely cares and we’ll go out of his way to make sure they get the best care and treatment. He gave me hope I didn’t have and patience I needed. He’s a generous, loving, caring Dr. I thank God for him and everything he continues to do to help me with my mom.

Dr Shamloo treated me at Sunrise Hospital Medical Center. He was awesome. He was very professional, took his time, smiled, and put me at ease. He explained the situation using plain language. He explained each medication given (and 'why'), as well as medications to be given (and 'why'). He made the effort to include me in planning my treatment. And, he did it in a kind, calm, understanding manner. I very much appreciate him.

He’s a wonderful physician. He is checking charts and messaging care teams and thinking about your treatment plan as soon as your scans result.

I’m shocked people say he doesn’t spend time with patients because (without breaking confidentiality) his name is all over patient charts as the first one reviewing things and messaging other specialists—- which is why when someone I cared deeply about needed an oncologist, he was the first phone call.

If your priority is the best medical care, you want Dr. Shamloo.

This doctor, and I use the term lightly, is a joke. Does absolutely nothing that he says he's going to do. Refuses to return calls and to communicate in any form. He's a numbers guy who should not be allowed to practice medicine in any country.

Zero stars if I could. I question his credentials. Bedside manner is deplorable. Lacks compassion, not reachable, lazy, threatening towards nurses and patients who demand better from an oncologist. I will forever regret the day my loved one was assigned this sorry excuse for a "doctor."

Phone always gets sent to voicemail and they never call back. Awaiting treatment options from recently being discharged from the hospital. If this is any indication of the care I will receive, I will go elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

IMPOSSIBLE to reach. Never been able to make a follow up appointment for 2 months. Called every day , no reply, now mailbox is full. He likes getting paid but not doing his job. I highly recommend if you want to die instead of have a doctor give a crap about you. Out of medication and no way to refill or prescribe me blood thinner. Stay clear of this one.

I have read the one review for Dr. Shamloo and I can report that it is the exact opposite of our experience. My wife was diagnosed with AML in July of 23. We live in NW Arizona and went to Sunrise hospital in Las Vegas for treatment and Dr. Shamloo was texting me while I was driving there. He had a room all set up for her in the AOS (Adult Oncology Services) department before we got there. Please understand, he had just found out about my wife that morning and had never seen us before that afternoon. He communicated with us very clearly and laid out the plan for treatment. It wasn’t only Dr. Shamloo. It was the whole AOS team. Dr. Shamloo came up with the treatment plan and the AOS team executed it flawlessly. The AOS team put us at ease right away and was like family. I know that has been said before but, I have to say that it was the best experience we have ever experienced in a hospital environment. With all of this said, I would highly recommend Dr. Shamloo and the staff in the AOS department to anyone suffering from AML or any other cancer. If they don’t treat the type of cancer you have then they will direct you to someone who does. Thank you so much for saving my wife and providing us with the opportunity for 43 more years!

Not a good oncologist at all. Let patients die. Doesn't care and let family know what is going on.
