The worst dentist office I have ever experienced. Bad customer service, put you on hold for the longest time. You have an appointment for no reason with 2-hour wait. I took my kids there and I would🚨🚨 NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!! 🚨🚨My kids got there with NO pain and left this office with pain. 😡😡😡😡

My experience with Matthew Marrujo DDS, was at Ascend Dental and every word out of his mouth was a lie. He said "We take care of our own", what a crock.
Every thing he said he would do, was BS. He successfully extracted my teeth, then screwed up the denture, then did an adjustment that made it worse, I left his office looking like Donkey from Shrek, asked me to come back in 4 days, then of course he was not in, never bothered to call me to reschedule to this day, and it's been 8 months.
He did two implants, one failed and simply fell out, because it was not placed into bone. He stated
"it failed because there was something wrong with my blood', so I am supposed to believe that the blood on the left side of my face, is different then the blood on the right side.
Originally, I was told they would modify the original denture, to save me money. Which of course changed as time passed. Not that it matters, because the 2nd implant was never fixed, despite being x rayed repeatedly and never called back.

I went for my wisdom tooth extraction and everyone from the lovely young lady at the front desk April was very sweet, warm, and kind. The Doctor and her Assistant were so sweet and gentle as possible for a wisdom tooth being pulled. I would highly recommend anyone that needs dental work to stop by and see the staff at BOCA DENTAL. will definitely go back 🙂

Please do not go to this adult location my appointment was for 11am and my kids are on the peds side for 5 dental appointments by the time 11 can I sat and waited for 30 minutes they had no patients in the office they were not busy but instead they wanted to force me to take a later 12 pm appointment I’m so upset after waiting 35 minutes I decided to cancel the appointment and go to the original location I go to this is so upset. This is completely unacceptable

I just had my extraction done at this location, and the surgeon, Dr. Tri Nguyen, was absolutely amazing and did amazing work. I have had a full root canal and a new crown on my other tooth about 3 years ago at the Boca off of Cheyanne, and they did absolutely amazing work. I have never had a bad Dentist, bad shot, or bad cleaning at Boca.

I have called I think 3 or 4 times and set up an appointment for the 6th of September to get my wisdom teeth removed and I tried to send my referral from my other dentist and I think I typed the email wrong on my notes and the email didn't go through and I called them again and then they told me I need to go in for X-rays which then never told me the other times I called and they said my appointment for the 6th was never set

Let me tell you guys, this will be my forever dental home..The entire staff is amazing. They made me feel extremely comfortable during my procedures. They were very fast and efficient. Dr. Nguyen has been the best dentist ive ever encountered a long with his team to say the least I would rate them more than 5 stars. The wait time for every appt ive had so far was literally to nothing. They accept walk ins which has been a major plus. Thank you BOCA Dental ill definitely be coming back.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others after the absolutely terrible experience I had at Boca Dental Ambracers. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, cold, and clearly lacked any basic sense of professionalism or compassion. Every interaction felt like I was a burden to them.

What really pushed me over the edge was the fact that they wanted to charge me just for rescheduling an appointment—no service provided, no notice given, just a fee for simply moving the date. I’ve never seen anything like it.

The surgeon, who I had high hopes for, was just as unpleasant as the front desk—completely lacking bedside manner, dismissive, and made me feel like I didn’t matter. I left the clinic feeling worse than when I arrived, and that’s saying something given it’s supposed to be a place for care and support.

This clinic is the exact opposite of what a mental or dental health provider should be. Indifferent, disrespectful, and money-hungry. I would never recommend Boca Dental Ambracers to anyone. If you value your time, your money, and your mental well-being, stay far away from this place.
