First time with Boca Dental. I needed a new dentist and they were highly recommended to me by a friend. I have to say that this was the most thorough checkup I've ever had and I had a lot of questions. Had a consult with Dr. Dannels where we went over every single tooth. My son has taken forensic science and dental forensics, so he actually has a better-than-average understanding of dental terminology. He was anxious about going to a 3rd dentist and was trying to describe the sensation he was experiencing as accurately as he could. Instead of asking questions to better understand what he meant, the interaction made him feel dismissed. I also observed what appeared to be the dental assistant laughing or smirking while he was explaining his symptoms to the dentist. Whether intentional or not, it was inappropriate for a patient who was already visibly anxious. We later learned there was a hairline crack (or a craze line which he clinically described to the dental assistant and the dentist), so the symptom he was describing was real.

I had a very disappointing experience . After my consultatio ,I decided to cancel trearment before any actuualwork was preformed. Despite this ,I was peressued for payment and repeatedly contacted about charges I do not I owe. communication from the office was extreremlypoor. 1st i want start with the front desk staff. Amazing, Professional, Caring, Kind, Personable. The way they speak to you and make you feel welcome and like part of the team is the best feeling when walking into a dentist office, given that the dentist is not everyone's favorite place. Lol. 2nd the Dentist is absolutely the best I've ever dealt with. They are honest, caring and supportive. Literally the best dental experience I've ever experienced. 3rd the pricing. Very reasonable. I shopped around for about a month for full extractions, dentures, and snap on dentures and I was quoted from 6 different places no less than 50k. 50k is insane and way out of my budget. Needless to say BOCA was the best in pricing for my budget and my needs. Lastly the cleanliness at any business is important and especially a dental office. The location is also clean, smells good and the floors dont look like downtown Fremont traffic came barreling through it. Lol.

I highly recommend BOCA on Cheyenne and Rainbow.

I got a deep cleaning (SRP’s) The whole office made me feel very comfortable I did not feel judgment not one bit this will be my dentist for now on. I’m very thankful to my hygienist Minh. It also was not to painful because yes a deep cleaning can be really painful but like I said it was not painful she was very gentle with my teeth and gums. Im very grateful for the whole team. I go back in 4-6 weeks to make sure everything is healing the way it is supposed too and I’ll do another review.

Worst experience of my life. Instead of addressing my pain, she kept pushing unnecessary procedures I never asked for. It felt more like a sales pitch than healthcare. It honestly seemed like she was trying to manipulate me into agreeing to things I didn’t need.
I came in for an emergency extraction because I was in real pain, and her solution was to tell me to go to the ER? Completely dismissive and unacceptable.
I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully in a professional setting. Rude, unprofessional, and outrageously overpriced. Save yourself the frustration and money this place is not it. Just go to Mexico and get dental work done there for better quality, price and care

Appointments are rarely completed on time. At least 30 to 40 minute wait after your appointment time. Braces on back teeth fell off right after leaving office after biting down on soft french fries. All together this visit was 3 hours long that included installing bottom braces and removing the one that broke off. The repair was completed as one of our 3 free repairs. I do not recommend.

This is at the Cheyenne / Rainbow office. Long waits even with appointment but the worst is the service if you get Invisalign from them. They have been very unprofessional in handling my issue. Basically I’m on the hook for $4500 when one of the sets did not fit. When I went in they look at it and tell me to skip to the next one, which caused horrible pain. I look on the internet and says it’s a bad idea. Then when I called for a solution after several promises of call backs and then they started to ignore my calls and didn’t return my calls til I disputed the bill. The credit company they used took 2 months to investigate without asking me for any evidence of what happened and said I’m still responsible. After a few times contacting them on email and no response I’m forced to take this battle to social media and bbb and the other places for consumer protection

I would not recommend Boca Dental and Braces. They do not call back when they say they will, and when I politely asked to speak with a manager, the receptionist raised her voice at me over the phone—completely unprofessional. On top of that, their billing department has caused needless delays with my insurance. They let the claim drag on so long that it now has to be re-filed, and even after promising it would be handled yesterday evening, nothing has been done. Extremely frustrating experience all around.

Just had my first appt here and it was by far the best dentist appt I have ever had! Dr Lam and her staff were all super sweet, helpful and very informative. I have tori (extra bone growths in my mouth) and they took extra care during x-rays to not hurt me. I told them I usually dread that the most cause it hurts my gums and it usually cuts up my mouth cause of the Tori. They took so much extra care, used pediatric equipment and made sure that I wasn’t traumatized. The exam, the cleaning and Invisalign consult was perfect. They had up to date scanners and 3D pictures of how my teeth would look after treatment. They were not pushy. They were patient and answered all my questions. Office space was very clean. Instruments were all autoclaved and newly opened in packs. I would recommend all my friends and family to come here! Such a great staff, facility and care here!!

This place sucks and is very money hungry the staff is nice but don’t know what they’re talking about. Went there a few times every time I went there. I had an x-ray done talking about you were here six months ago when I was just there last month they tell you one thing then you come back and they tell you another. The man doctor is really rude. They just walk around all day, flirting with each other very unprofessional. This place SUCKS DONT COME HERE

The staff were nice but they recommended a treatment plan that seemed very suspect, like replacing a filling with a crown although the filling was fairly recent. They didnt ask for my dental history. They also seemed very eager to get me to take treatment that would cost 4,000 dollars upfront and the receptionist was uncomfortably trying to pressure me into a payment plan. I would highly recommend going here only if you get a second maybe third opinion. They also seem to respond to reviews saying they 'know' you have a dental issue which I feel is very aggressive

Do not go here went in for a $49 coupon X-Ray, comprehensive exam and healthy mouth cleaning, the doctor said I don't have Periodontal disease and the did the exam and would not honor the coupon or do the cleaning and tried to charge me an additional $215, this is. Absolute worst dentist I’ve ever been to I’ve paid for 4 kids to have braces and I should have never come here ! The orthodontist can only see my daughter 1 day out of the month I work so that’s! The front staff could care less they find random reasons to charge you! I promise you if you’re looking for a ortho or dentist keep looking!
