Sent here as a referral but they canceled my appointment because I did not complete new patient paperwork 1.5 hours before the appointment. They called and canceled on me as I was about to begin the paperwork, told me I was not able to rebook, as Dr Campbell is no longer taking new patients?
If this is policy, please add it to the reminder text so people know they have to have things filled out several hours/days before the appointment starts or it will be canceled.
Have to seek services elsewhere.

I have Schizoaffective disorder. I moved from Chicago and found Dr. Rachael Campbell. She told me that she was a temporary solution until I found a permanent doctor. She also said that if I couldn’t find a permanent solution, she’d be there to help me. I saw a PA that she recommended and it wasn’t a good fit. - So I tried to make another appointment with her and was DENIED. - She literally told me I could come back to her until I found a good fit. I tried to make another appointment with her and I was denied service. Thanks a lot Rachael… thanks for NOTHING.

This is the best Primary care group in the valley in my opinion. Scheduling was very fast and easy and the staff was extremely professional and kind. Luckily I was able to be seen via Telemedicine and was able to get my COVID test/results in the same day. I highly recommend them and their services!

I was Calling all over the valley trying to find a fast testing site that could help me Immediately. I was at my wits end and then luckily I found Telelab. They were able to set me up with a provider and get me tested within 24 hours. Not only that but I was able to also find a quality primary care provider since I haven’t had one ever!!
