I’ve been going to Boston Dental Anthem and every visit is the same in the best way. The front staff is always friendly and welcoming from the second you walk in. Checkin, wait time, and getting back to the chair all just flow. Nothing feels chaotic or disorganized.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time, and all I can say is that I’m so grateful that I chose Boston dental. From the front desk to the Dentist’s to their assistant’s they are truly amazing! Everyone should go to the dentist of course, but it can be a bit nerve wracking. Especially when your teeth aren't great like mine. I feel like dentists don't usually believe me when I say the majority of damage happened a long time ago. It's just assumed I'm not doing something right.

But I didn't feel like that here. Rather, I was told what was good (my gums are healthy, yay!) and what needed to be fixed/worked on. Made me feel less stressed and awkward. I'll definitely keep coming here.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that people think twice before choosing this dental office.

My visit to Boston Dental of Anthem in Henderson, Nevada, was one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I have ever had.

• Unprofessional Treatment: In my opinion, Dr. Jon-Christopher Rosales displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and patient care. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and treated with little regard for my concerns.

• Questionable Quality of Work: The dental work I received did not inspire confidence. Fillings reportedly failed within a short period of time, leaving me questioning the quality and durability of the treatment provided.

• Serious Billing Concerns: I experienced what I believed to be excessive and questionable billing practices. Insurance claims appeared unusually high, and I was left with significant concerns about the transparency of the office's financial procedures.

• Repeated Surprise Charges: Small charges repeatedly appeared on my account, often for amounts that many people might not dispute because of their size. In my view, these recurring unexpected fees created an ongoing pattern of frustration and distrust.

• Hostile Office Environment: The negative experience extended beyond the dentist. I found the front desk staff and hygienists to be unfriendly, dismissive, and unhelpful. The overall atmosphere felt cold, unwelcoming, and focused more on transactions than patient care.

In my opinion, this practice prioritizes revenue over patient satisfaction. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unwilling to return. If you value professionalism, transparency, and quality dental care, I would strongly encourage you to carefully research other options before choosing this office.
