From the moment I walked in, the ladies at front desk Penny and Terry I believe, were very attentive and very nice. I had been dealing with a tooth that needed a root canal and had to travel there from Laughlin, because the dentist in Laughlin does not perform these procedures. Dr. Justice and Itsel, his assistant were very sweet and explained every single step. If it wasn't for the anesthesia he would've been done with the root canal in 30 min if not less. Very efficient and fast. I woke up with very little pain, no swelling. Beautiful work! Thank you Affordable Dental, Laughlin. for the referral! 👍🏽

My husband has had two teeth extracted at Boston Dental within the last four weeks. This is a big deal for someone who doesn’t like visiting the dentist. The extractions were pain free during and after the procedures. One extraction was unexpected and the tooth had a cyst under it. He followed the procedures for after care and the healing went well. Dr. Justice is a great dentist. He is patient and talks you through your anxiety. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Boston Dental .

I have been going to this practice for the better part of twenty years.....not enough can be said about the great Dr. or Ms Vickey Wells...but as of late....the front end staffs insistence on using chemical fragrances in their plug-ins...despite repeatedly being told about chemical sensitivities to them....they insist on using them......make no sense....aren't we the reason they even have a job?....I have to wait outside in the cold....I know I'm not the only one with this issue....the Gal that works the front desk shows no consideration for the patients

I wish ZERO stars was an option. A regular six-month check, no issues? $453.00! They charged $175 for the cleaning, $62 for fluoride that they knew wouldn't be covered and three other charges above 'reasonable and customary'. I have two (2) dental plans and should have walked away owning nothing. They send a "statement" without any information - balance due. I've paid $48 and now they're saying I owe them $45. A trip to the dental office offered no resolution. This is unethical. Most pay $90 for a cleaning and $10 for fluoride. $453.00! DO NOT GO HERE. Unethical. ROBBERY. The worst and no help from them at all. AVOID at all costs.

one of the ladies who works at the front desk—I think she’s the front desk manager—has a body odor issue that’s hard to ignore. I’m not trying to be mean, because she’s a very nice and helpful person, but I’m not sure why none of her coworkers have mentioned it to her. I think her name Starts from Vel or something.

I had to get some root canal work done and was talking to her about the cost, etc. I couldn’t handle it anymore. Body odor is one of the things I really can’t deal with, especially in the healthcare field

Other than that, my dentist was amazing, and so was my hygienist. They played relaxing music while they cleaned, and the service was excellent

I've had 3 visits so far with this office and every single one has been amazing! Dr. Justice and the Dental Assitant there, Malone, are super thorough, attentive to detail, and they make sure that you are well taken care of.

The office off Lake Mead has completely fumbled the insurance process for my claim and hit me with a massive bill. I got a gum graft that is covered by my insurance, all they needed was the documentation, x-ray and charts to prove I needed the graft. My insurance never received the necessary information so my claim was denied and Boston Dental hit me with the full bill. When I call the office, they say I need to talk to corporate because they handle all the claims and paperwork. When I call corporate, nobody answers and the exact same thing happens when my insurance rep calls them. Among all of this headache, my gum graft failed and I need to get another one. Terrible customer service and treatment.

I want to start off by saying they are the best. I will only go to boston dental for any dental care. I called all these other dental offices, and they weren't able to see me the same day except for boston dental. I was in so much pain. I needed a tooth to be pulled. They had me come in that same day. I got there and they made me feel comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and professional. When it was time to pull the tooth, the dentist, was nice and friendly and we made a few jokes. It means a lot to me. When the time comes to pull the tooth out. It only took few minutes to get it out. With very little pain. I was so surprised how quick it was done. My appointment was at 4 PM, and I was out of there by 4:45pm. I will only recommend boston dental to family and friends and anybody that asks about a good dentist. Give them a chance they are amazing.

THEY HAVE AN F rating with BBB! DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL YOU GET BILLED! Julia the hygienist is fabulous and I have no issue with the Dentist either. Front office staff however needs some work. They don't call back when they're in the wrong, and clearly don't communicate with each other. Also, be mindful of being overcharged. They'll charge you the full estimate (before insurance), then accept the 80% from your insurance and not tell you that you've overpaid. Make sure to check your EOB from your insurance. In what world does the patient pay 100% and you accept 80% payment from insurance as well? Either someone needs to be retrained or it's done purposely, retraining won't correct that.

Everyone at Boston Dental is delightful, from the greeting by Teresa when you walk in the door to Rosa when you check-out. Dr. Justice fully explained the treatment plan for my cracked wisdom tooth. Vicki did a thorough cleaning of my teeth, and got me out in plenty of time to get to my next appt. Let’s face it. Going to the dentist isn’t anyone’s idea of fun. But, the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Boston Dental at least makes a dental visit easier.

It was my first time going to Dr. Justice. Someone recommended him to me. I can honestly say he gave me the best dental experience I have ever had. He was very kind, funny, and most importantly he made me feel relaxed during my root canal procedure. I will definitely be returning to him in the future. His assistant Malone was very kind as well!
