Absolutely the best customer service! Every staff member is polite, informative, caring, and enthusiastic. I have difficult eyes, and
Dr. Wong always shows me the utmost respect and patience. Everyone there explains everything they're doing, why, and what they see inside your eye. Never any pressure to upsell or buy more than you need. This will be my eye doctor forever!!
Edit: I've been back a couple of times since I left this original review, and my opinion remains the same. My eyes continue to be difficult, and Dr Wong continues to be completely dedicated to making sure I see the best I can. Every staff member is polite, nice, caring, and patient.
***As of November 2025 I'm not changing anything in this review.. Dr Wong and her staff deliver personal service every time.. Dr. Wong tried something different with me this time and had the patience through weeks of testing to find me the best option for my eyes!!! Nailed it in the end.. most appreciated.!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wong since 2021 after my husband recommended her. He’s actually been her patient since 2014, and now our whole family, including our kids, goes to her.

I get my eyes checked at this amazing Practice annually. A few weeks ago, I made a follow up with Dr Wong, because I was seeing some changes and did not want to wait until my annual checkup.

Dr Wong was very thorough and checked everything, took her time with me, answered all my questions and made me feel reassured.

She followed up and recommended I see a Retina specialist. Dr. Wong's referral was spot on, and I had work done on two small areas of my retina.

I can't thank Dr Wong enough for her expertise and concern for her patient. The staff is amazing and super nice.

When I needed help with glasses, I was in great hands with Jeffery. Very Knowledgeable and patient with finding the right pair for your face.

Just had first appt with Dr Wong and she is wonderful! She gave me a prescription I can see very clearly from where previous place only two months ago said vision hadn’t changed much. This is definitely not my first eye exam, but it was a visit of firsts for me. This is the first place that I’ve used so many new gadgets for testing my eyes. Which I didn’t mind since I never had the air shot into my eyeball (another first). I also greatly appreciated how Dr. Wong explained everything she found during the exam and answered all of my questions in great detail, using more laymen’s terms rather than medical terminology (which just makes everything sound worse than it is). I would definitely recommend, especially for the small practice, get to know you vibes they have. You don’t feel like you’re just another number like in larger more cooperate businesses.

I love this place. Dr. Wong is so nice and a genuinely caring person. She takes the time to explain and educate about our eyes every year we come in. The staff is fabulous! They are VERY nice, friendly, fun and talkative and really down to earth people. We moved far from the area over 2 yrs ago but I will always make the 30-40 min drive to come to this eye dr it is so worth it.

I was referred to Bright Eyes Optometry. By a well known eye surgeon, 'Dr. Brimhall' whom both he and his beautiful wife are dear friends of mine.
I would recommend Bright Eyes Optometry to friends and family. From check-in to check out, everyone in the office was professional. Most of all friendly and sincere. That is not what I usually find at most offices.
Dr. Michelle Wong was amazing, She is soft-spoken, very patient, I become very nervous when my eyes are being tested for glasses. Because the doctors I have seen before seem like they are doing me a favor, they become impatient when I asked them to repeat and change the lenses again. Again, Dr. Wong, wad Not like that at all. This is the first time I feel like my prescription is going to be correct.

Even though my glasses got delayed a few days because of a shipping or lab mishap, in the downtime, they tried everything they could to try to get a new pair created before I had to leave abroad. I recently had an eye exam at Bright Eyes Optometry with Dr. Michelle Wong, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff, all with warm smiles, making me feel instantly at ease. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, which I really appreciated—it was so informative and reassuring.

When Dr. Wong began the exam, she held up a Harry Potter Lego figure for me to focus on, which made me chuckle and brought some fun into the experience. As a big Harry Potter fan, it relaxed me and made the whole process more enjoyable. Dr. Wong’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail in working with my eyes and prescription needs really stood out.

We have been coming to Dr. Wong for 4 or 5 years now I believe. She is a very capable eye doctor. But what sets her apart for me is how good she is working with my children. A few of my children are special needs emotionally and she is simply wonderful no matter what. Everyone in her office is patient and kind. We are not going anywhere else.
