The pediatrician was very attentive, patient, and thorough when caring for our little one. As new parents, having a pediatrician we can trust and feel comfortable asking questions is extremely important to us. I drove 40 minutes to bring my daughter in for a simple 6-month checkup—no shots needed, a visit that takes literally five minutes. I was delayed by over five minutes solely because of their own slow, trash elevators, making me 10 minutes past my appointment time.
The receptionist walked all the way to the back to ask if they could still fit us in. While she was back there, the person she was talking to actually poked their head around the glass wall to look at me first. Only after inspecting me did the receptionist walk back and claim they were "fully booked." I was literally sitting there staring at a completely empty waiting room—not a single other person in sight.
There is zero Black representation among the staff in this entire office, and that deliberate look before lying about being full made it painfully obvious what was happening. The cold, calculated refusal left me feeling completely targeted and racially discriminated against.
As a professional medical biller, I know exact billing protocols, and I will be making sure they don't see a single cent or attempt to bill anything for this non-visit. A pediatric office that turns a baby away over five minutes after a 40-minute drive has zero compassion or integrity. Avoid this place!…. I also called back to just double check what their policy was And while I was speaking to the lady I told her how I felt about the situation and I asked her for her name, not to say anything bad about her, but I wanted to put her in there saying that she was the only person that was willing to help by going back there to ask, but when I asked for her name, she literally hung up in my face so bad review for her too blonde hair glasses . 🤓

I brought my son to Bright Future Pediatrics for his first appointment while he was uninsured. At the visit, I paid a $100 out-of-pocket fee. I was told that if I obtained insurance coverage within 30 days, the office would refund the full $100.
I followed those instructions and got him covered within the required timeframe. When I called to request the refund, I was told it would be processed. After a couple of weeks without any update, I called again, only to be told they had no record that I had ever paid the $100.
Fortunately, I had kept my receipt, which clearly showed my payment to Bright Future Pediatrics, and I sent them a copy. Even after providing proof, I spent the next several months calling the billing department two to three times each month for updates. Every time I called, I was told they would "look into it" and call me back. They never did. I always had to be the one following up.
To make sure there were no insurance issues, I contacted my insurance company directly. They confirmed that all claims submitted by the office had been processed correctly and that there were no outstanding issues on their end. The billing department also verified this with my insurance company and told me everything looked good and that I would receive my full $100 refund. They explained that the refund check would come from the office rather than the billing department.
A few weeks later, I received a check for only $25 instead of the promised $100. When I called to ask why, I was told that the remaining $75 had been applied to other balances they claimed I owed for copays. This was the first time I had ever been told about these supposed balances. I had already paid the copays at each visit, had never received any bills or notices that additional amounts were due, and had even confirmed with my insurance that everything had been processed.
Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and I will not be returning to Bright Future Pediatrics. I was promised a full refund if I obtained insurance within 30 days, met that requirement, and instead spent months trying to recover my money. After both my insurance company and the billing department confirmed that my claims had been processed, I was surprised to learn that most of my refund had been applied to balances I had never been notified about or billed for.
If you ever have a billing issue with this office, my advice is to document everything, keep every receipt, and follow up frequently. In my experience, I never received the promised callbacks and had to repeatedly contact the office myself to get updates. I hope sharing my experience helps other families know what to expect. The fact that they applied a different transaction refund to other different billing transactions sounds wrong and not morally right on their end without notifying the patient or the guardian of the patient. it's also just sad to know that after I confirmed all through the insurance and the billing department that all claims were processed and that they would refund me the money these new bills surprisingly come up because of some weird reason that I was never told about it's just very odd that they would say yes you're going to get the refund and now you have payments due even after they said I'd get the $100 refund.

I was skeptical about the office based on the past reviews. I am so happy I went with my gut and tried this office anyway (Warm Springs Office). My two daughters we’re see here yesterday and I have to say I am nothing short of impressed. We were seen right away. We were seen by the PA( sorry I forgot her name) she was so warm and inviting. She answered all of my questions and very thorough. I haven’t been this excited about finding a pediatrician in a long time. My 4 year old was a micropreemie and dealt with a lot at such a young age. We felt listened so much peace being here. My daughter actually stated she had fun at her doctors office. That was all I need to hear. I would recommend her to anyone.

First off, the doctors here are not helpful. I stopped taking my kids here because I found a better doctor, then received a bill from them from when I had switched insurance. They are claiming the kids didn't have coverage even though there was no lapse, they were obviously too lazy to communicate with the insurance company and figure out the issue. Dr. Wantig is so good with the kids. We have been going to this office since my son was born 5 years ago and i think he is the best pediatrician that we have see.

If you love your child, pleased do not go to this place. I used to take my daughter over there at worm spring bright future pediatric office with . Dr. Simpao who was my daughter's pediatrician. They missed my daughter's all of her 12 months immunizations, although we had an appointment with Dr. Simpao during her 12 months visit. I was told that she is up to date for all of her immunizations. When I took my daughter for her 15 months visit to another pediatrician, they told me that she did't receive any of her 12 months immunizations. I went to the bright future worm spring office physically and asked for her immunization record. They asked me $5 for the immunization record. They did not have any logical explanation why she missed her 12 months immunizations. Anyway, my daughter received her 12 months immunizations from her current doctor office while she was almost 15 months old. My daughter was having back to back seizure that night and she was admitted to spring valley hospital ER, and they did her intubation. Later that night they sent her to UMC ICU for better recovery. She end up with "RSV" which is a very serious upper respiratory viral infection. I am not sure is that happened because of the late immunizations or any other underlying reasons. But from now I am very scared to give any immunization to my daughter. I almost lost my daughter. I don't want any of baby/parent to go through this situations. I have to push back all of the rest of her immunizations because of late 12 months administration. Still I cant's think about the situations happened with my daughter and with us. In my opinion, that was a complete negligence with the practice of care!

This place is not like it used to be years ago. They have new doctor and staff members. The prior experiences here were pleasant. The staffs used to be courteous, not anymore. I got the question from the nurse here, in such format like " do you want the shots, yes or no". Our appointment was at 2:30, but we had to wait over an hour to be seen. To be fair, the doctor is nice , but the rest of the staff aren't. I will not come back here again.

My child, a patient of Bright Futures for 15 years, developed a severe, unexplained rash so I called her doctor. The nurse promptly said, “we close in 31 minutes and don’t take walk in’s this late” (@ 12:25 pm). I described the rash and asked what I should do & was told that the doctor wouldn’t diagnose over the phone. Then they hung up on me. When I called back & asked for a recommendation on what to do for my child the staff told me the “Saturday doctor” was leaving.” No patient should be treated this way and no medical professional should allow their staff to refuse to assist a parent asking for guidance on how to help their child during a medical situation. This evidences a poor standard of care & an unprofessional attitude. Parents beware.

Had a pretty good experience here. Front desk is polite, the doctor was thorough and the rooms were clean. Yes the wait was long, even with an appointment. I choose this place because our doctor was kind, informative and understanding.

I have been this office 3 times because it closer to where i live and heard dr Mendoza very nice and care about babies, found out he left this place. Today they push me to look for new pediatrics office. My one month old son has rushes all over his face from head to toes seems like discomforting him and around his rectum kind bloody bothers him a lot. And explaining all my concerns to her but old lady clare Wright don't care she talks other around about his safty like car seat, cribs, vit D sample etc. On top of that they forgot to take PKU two weeks ago when was asked and suddenly rushed to draw blood from sick baby and poke 4 times and didn't get blood. All the stuffs needs retrained. Only reason there to look for Dr Mendoza and give Another doctors Chance unfortunately not worked. Stay away from careless and not sympathy people special when come to babies.

This place seems don't care about your concerns they only there to collect money. Particularly nursing practitioner Karen wright seems not really interested to work anymore. She don't want to understand any of your questions and don't tell you anything. POOR PLACE STAY AWAY FROM IT.
