If it was an option for ZERO stars I’d leave it blank! This is the worst urgent care. They disclose patient information in the lobby (not mine but someone else) they violate HIPPA laws because things should be spoken behind closed doors. The front desk girl “Maliah” was not very helpful very rude & did not know her job. I was told this location has X rays/ ultrasounds and they don’t do them here! $400 visit for something O could diagnose myself with. When ppl are in pain they go to a doctor-No help here. The only good thing was the Medical Assistant. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! RUNNBB

No one likes to be sick but when you are sick, you want the best care! Urgent Care on Durango is the best in Las Vegas! We specifically come to this location to see the nurse, Robin. She is extremely patient in all of her visits and makes everyone in our household feel seen and heard when we are not well and have health concerns. She gifts each patient all of the time they need to walk through their individual symptoms and concerns. Trey, is also super hands-on in this clinic! Our aunt has dementia and he is so incredibly kind and patient with her through vital readings and such a great point of contact between nurse and patient. When you’re not well, you’re not too much up for laughing, but he lightens in the room with his kind and joyful spirit and is a huge asset to this location as well, just a really joyful human being! From the minute you walk in the clinic to process payment and paper,
work alongside the tech through vitals readings, all the way through the doctor visit, to the exit, it’s a top-tier experience. I have managed many urgent cares in town and even my own staff was not as efficient as this clinic is! NP vanya grucic is very knowledgeable , patient , kind, helpful. Hey y’all, if you’re not feeling your best and need urgent care, CareNow on Durango & Flamingo is worth considering.

The facility was clean and welcoming. Their digital self check-in is somewhat of a blessing and a curse. Most of it is done on your phone, and they’ll text or email you when it’s your turn. It’s convenient, but I can see how it may not be for everyone.

The young lady at the front desk was very attentive. I also noticed how warmly she greeted an older couple, giving them the same genuine smile she gave me. 😊

NP Vanya introduced herself and was very pleasant. Aurora — lovely name — was kind-spirited and not only took my vitals but told me what my numbers were. Tiffany took care of my X-rays 🩻, and my wait in the examining room was only about 10 minutes.

I also noticed how respectful the staff were toward one another. They seemed to communicate well and work together as a team.

Clean facility, friendly staff, and what I’d call a “warm bedside manner.” If I need urgent care again, I’ll definitely boomerang 🪃 back to this location!

Need to see a Dr, and called here, was told that my insurance is accepted !
Drove here to find out it’s accepted on the 1/3 crap.
Then decided to just go though with it because I needed care and it was getting late.
During working this out standing at the front desk. 3 people walked in and were able to be checke in front of me, now I’m here waiting and get told the copay is even more !!
We went from your insurance is accepted. Come on down to. It’s gonna cost $220 to be seen today…….
When I asked the young man said he was new….. places like this make way too much money to not have somone that knows what they are doing.

I had to come in yesterday to the flamingo and Durango location . I love that you can make an appointment from home and wait to drive over when they are ready for you . A trip to the quick care is never fun but when you have a in and out appointment and can get back to your comfy home it’s amazing . The few times I have Had to come here I seem to get the same Dr. Wellington she had always been so great to me very caring and motherly you don’t find that much often having a dr . Came in for an ear infection and was quickly recieved by reception. The wait was brief and was promptly seen by Christa Dixon the medical assistant on shift. She was incredibly helpful and personable and made the experience as painless and easy as possible.

I went to this CareNow/ Urgent care today for a TB test required by my job. One nurse stuck a needle in my arm twice but failed both times. This is the kind of place where people like that work—Never go there. It was waste of my valuable time, and I just ended up in pain from being poked with the needle. It’s a terrible place ever. I thought Nurses aren't qualified to do the job.

I visited CareNow today feeling quite ill and concerned about my symptoms. From the moment I was seen, the nurse practitioner was kind, compassionate, and extremely professional. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment plan.
What impressed me most was her genuine empathy and positive attitude. Being sick can be stressful, but she made me feel comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout the entire visit. She never seemed rushed and took the time to address everything that was on my mind.
The combination of her medical knowledge, professionalism, and compassionate bedside manner turned what could have been a difficult experience into a very positive one. This CareNow office comes very recommended by this retired medic. When you walk in you are greeted by a very confident and friendly front office lady. She explains every aspect of your check in and has iPads so you don’t have to type everything on your phone. The young lady who was the nurse was also friendly and attentive. The NP was Vanya Grujicic. Confidence and personable describes her wonderful demeanor. I felt like I was speaking to a friend who has known me for years! Thank you ladies for your care.
Nobody looks forward to going to urgent care, but I actually was glad I went and relaxed when I left. With a referral and a couple of prescriptions emailed to my pharmacy I finally found an urgent care that I could actually feel well taken care of.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this urgent care.

My partner and I came in because he had a broken foot and needed an X-ray. We waited for over an hour, only to be told that we did not have insurance coverage. Rather than contacting our insurance provider to verify our coverage, staff stated that they did not see our insurance in their system and essentially turned us away. We were forced to leave without receiving care, believing that we did not have insurance.

The next day, after contacting our insurance company ourselves, we discovered that our insurance was active the entire time. We had to personally involve our insurance provider to get the situation corrected because the urgent care staff failed to properly verify our coverage.

What makes this even more frustrating is that after looking into the issue further, I realized this may not have been an isolated mistake. I have been seen at this facility multiple times and have repeatedly been charged copays that I should not have owed under my insurance plan. It appears that staff either failed to properly verify my benefits or chose not to take the necessary steps to confirm coverage.

As a result of these errors, my partner experienced delays in receiving medical care for a broken foot, and we have spent unnecessary time, stress, and money dealing with problems that should have been handled correctly by the facility. Patients should not be expected to do the insurance verification work themselves after already arriving for treatment.

I understand that insurance issues can sometimes be complicated, but repeatedly failing to verify coverage and turning patients away without making reasonable efforts to confirm benefits is unacceptable. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves staff training and insurance verification procedures so that other patients do not experience the same frustration and financial burden that we did.

If I could give this place negative stars I would so I guess the 1 star would have to represent the one minute the Dr actually spent in the room before running back out never to return after a 4 hour wait. I brought my daughter here as she is diabetic and had a hole under her belly that was oozing with pus and smelling very rancid. After already waiting for an unreasonable amount of time especially since they were not very busy at all the Dr entered and says ok let's see it. That's all no hi or what's going on or anything. Just 4 words "Let's see it". We show her the wound and she runs back out of the exam room without another word. Next to enter the room was the Medical assistant with discharge papers. We are like wait a minute what's going on we haven't really seen the Dr yet no real exam no questions just 4 words "let's see it. MA says yes well she prescribed s cream and a general antibiotic. Little does this place know I work in healthcare and my members are constantly calling me for recommendations on where they should go for care and after this type of experience this is definitely on my list of places of where not to go. Also please save yourself the trouble of responding to this review with your AI generated generic response that I see on every one else's review because I have already read them and from the looks of it calling Fernando is a waste of time because he does not respond.

These are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. The nurse doesn’t even know how to take blood pressure properly — I never thought in my life that taking a blood pressure reading could hurt. I’m a grown man, and she somehow managed to cause me pain doing it.
If you don’t have insurance, they couldn’t care less about you — they just want to get you out the door as fast as possible. I came in with breathing problems, a fever, and headaches, and all they did was prescribe ibuprofen. A day later I was taken away by ambulance because I had pneumonia. I specifically asked them to do an X-ray and give me a proper examination, not just check my temperature and blood pressure — I could have done that myself at home instead of paying $200 for it.

I visited this clinic because of tinnitus, which I already knew I had. I was hoping to receive guidance or treatment options, but the doctor only confirmed the diagnosis and did not provide any plan or solutions to help manage my symptoms. I also explained that I’ve been experiencing very painful cramps, yet no further evaluations were offered to determine the cause. I left with my questions unanswered, and I was charged $180 for essentially nothing.

I came in for a test that I needed done and Jodi was absolutely fantastic. She greeted me with the biggest smile and the best help. I was a bit nervous for the test, though Jodi walked me through every step of the way. She was kind, outgoing, and overall lovely to work with.

She answered all my questions thoroughly! Overall, a great time and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I saw provider Robin at the S Rainbow/ Mardon on 1/16/26 gave me the pain/steroid shots i needed for my knee pain. Robin and her MA were very helpful and courteous. Little had i known that there were no follow up meds prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. so i called the Rainbow/Mardon location on 1/18/26 and asked if I can have the steroid prescriptions.to sustain before i see my PCP. Paul, NP was not comfortable giving me steroids because of my prediabetes condition which i understand and i declined the meloxicam coz it doesnt help me. I called Flamingo Carenow on 1/19/26 to speak to Robin who initially saw me hoping that she just forgot to send my scripts to the pharmacy The lady on the phone said I can relay your message to Robin and will call you back for her response, then she asked for my name and DOB. instead of asking for my message, she read the notes written about me and my call on 1/18/26 and she said "you already spoke to her and she is not comfortable giving you steroids coz you're prediabetic. and there i corrected her. I said i have not spoken to Robin yet but i did speak to Paul, NP (over the phone) at your Rainbow location and that note you're reading is the note done by him and not by Robin. the lady still continued and said my request cant be granted. Instead of the usual protocol of letting Robin know and that they'll get back to me for what Robin says. she felt she had the authority to decline my request based on the notes from another provider which I have not seen.
all i needed was to hear from Robin the provider I saw but this lady just didnt follow protocol.

I checked in online so I didn’t have to fill out my info my when I got to the clinic which is so convenient. Got there on time and waited about 15 minutes before they called me.
The medical assistant was nice & friendly and took all my vitals before seeing the doctor or nurse practitioner.
Robin Wellington, NP-C was very compassionate & listened to my complained. They took Xray n sent medications to my pharmacy same day. I’m satisfied with their service in this clinic 😘⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have an emergency lymph node, tonsillitis and headache which make me Freezing one day fever one day.So sick I feeling of vomiting can’t eat anything in two days at all.
This morning Mr Brian help me to check my body and also Doctor Jenefier help me a lot to write down a Doctor’s notes to let my company know my situation.Also she told me how to use the Prescription and if I don’t feel better remember to come back in 7 days.
Best Urgent Care in town.I always come to this location since I move from New York City 7 years ago.
