Dr. Osga saved me from an unnecessary root canal that had been diagnosed by another dentist. He took the time to thoroughly explain my dental condition and how to properly care for my gum health. The WORST dentist I have ever been to. Not only did they mess up my filling so bad I needed a ROOT CANAL, but on said filling they overcharged me $100 dollars without ever explaining why. Alongside this, they never picked up the phone when I called to cancel my next appointment, wouldn’t let me cancel it over text or email, and wouldn’t call me back to cancel this appointment because they wanted a $100 dollar cancellation fee out of me. Save your teeth and don’t go to this money hungry dentist!!!!

I’ve been going to Carepoint Dental clinic since 2016. First with Dr, Lee and now with Dr.Osga. The clinic was very welcoming, friendly atmosphere, very well maintained and hygienic. It was by far the best dental clinic I have ever visited in Henderson, NV. Dr. Osga was a great doctor, very professional, honest and straight forward.. The staffs were really attentive, friendly, courteous and accommodating. Dr Osga and his staffs take pride in their work together with amazing customer service. Worst Dentist I have ever been to. Dr Osga tried to bill me $60- for an office visit, when I went back for what should have been under warranty. Just to tighten a crown that came loose from the implant. Which he did not have the tools to do and did nothing but look at it, then tried to charge me when I left $60-. What a money hungry scamer. I think he just got out of dental school and needs the money. Has no idea of what he's doing.

I was only going for a cleaning and was banned from this place for refusing to get x-rays. They will try to milk your insurance for all your benefits and if you don't go along, they kick you out.

Don’t go here they say you’re covered in six months later they send you a bill saying that you weren’t If you wanna deal with that kind of headache And there are not very gentle after I get out there my gums are all bleeding I went over to Green valley dental they took care of me and let me know exactly what I was gonna pay which was $1000 less than what they gave me an estimate for
Basically I came in in pain and left and more pain because they wouldn’t give me any antibiotics if I didn’t get the work done there

Wow...what an amazing office, starting with office manager Anna, who greets you by name as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Osga is super friendly, gentle and very knowledgeable. Dr. Cho repaired a filling for my daughter done by another dentist. The filling was too close to the nerve therefore causing pain when she had anything touch it. He was able to fix the filling without a root canal. He is very knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Cho!!!

Me, my daughter, and my husband (when he was alive), have been going to CAREPOINT dental on Boulder and Lake Mead for over ten years.
The last two times we had actual work done there we had billing issues either work done that wasn't getting approved and took years to straighten out or this last one with my daughter were they said they hadn't added in the deductible for the last $600 visit and oh ya she owes $50 for the year before. That doesn't even make sense. My bill was paid in full and who ever though it was a good idea to lose a customer over poor office billing doesn't appreciate our loyalty.

I called 15 different dental offices over the holidays and Carepoint Dental was the only office that called me back. Although their office was closed, the front desk lady, Sommer contacted the doctor who gave me advice until I could get in. I was scheduled as soon as they were back, Dr. Chen got me in and out of pain that same day!!! I was so thankful for them during the holidays.
