I have no issues with the doctors or staff. Getting an appointment when you need it is what I feel can be improved. I totally understand how scheduling works, I've worked in medical offices for over 15 years. One suggestion I would like to make, is to have 1 or 2 slots on your schedule every day that are for same day/sick visits. I hate having to go to urgent care with higher co pays and long wait times when I'm sick or in pain. Please consider a solution to the scheduling issue. Thanks.

Beware! This doctor's office is a joke! Don’t waste your time. They called to reschedule my appointment for the 3rd time. I have been waiting for two months for this appointment. They said Dr. Payos called out again. My appointment was at 1:00 PM today, and they called at 7:00 AM to cancel it. I have to schedule this with my work schedule weeks in advance. They have no consideration for the patient's time or health. I have been out of medication for two months because I have been waiting for this appointment. I finally told them to take me off of their books since I couldn’t afford to keep waiting. I will have to go to the ER.

Disorganized and unprofessional office. Called to schedule an appointment which was scheduled 2 months out. A few days before my appointment, they called to reschedule another month out. Then they call before that appointment to cancel it saying the doctor is not accepting new patients and the scheduler made a mistake scheduling my appointment. Twice. They wasted months of my time.

Dr. Payos is an excellent Doctor. And what helps is that she is Bilingual so being able to speak in our native tongue is very helpful, for me to describe my symptoms better to further treat the medical issue.
