My Dentist Dr. Max Cadden is outstanding!! I know first hand. I’m on my 3rd go around with 22 Veneers round 1 in Dallas,TX 2002. Dr. Cadden’s knowledge and bed side manner are Top Notch!! If you can’t get appointment with him immediately it will be worth the wait if it takes a few days or so. I have over $75,000 in my mouth and lots of knowledge and he’s the best I have ever worked with, no doubt!!!!

I brought two of my kids to Celebrate Dental & Braces and they were amazing. The whole office staff is friendly and they work quickly. They were super patient with my one daughter who was struggling to be consistent at wearing her bands and were very encouraging. Run for your lives this place sucks on all levels. The dental technicians are the worst. The dentist came in with all kinds of tooth debris from other people‘s mouth on his glasses leaning over me I just about had a panic attack…. Their communication sucks. They didn’t tell me that my VA insurance didn’t get approved so I woke up at 7 o’clock in the morning for my 8 o’clock appointment only to be told to rescheduled hell no I won’t reschedule and I don’t recommend anybody going to these clowns.

The staff is very nice. Dr. Cadden is so light-handed when deep cleaning your teeth that I didn't even need to be numbed on one side and barely felt anything(especially compared to other places where the hygienist or dentists can be heavy-handed .) It's also affordable.

Moved my file here from sunset location I decided after today I’ll be moving back to sunset. This location is unorganized the orthodontist aren’t on the same page you’ll see one this week they’ll do one thing to see another specifically the female at this location she will undermine any previous work she doesn’t read notes and then will tell you I know you paid but we may not be able to close your gaps after having four permanent teeth pulled out your mouth!!!!! Her attitude is horrible and the main reason I want return back to this location! She told me they have been trying to close my gaps for a really long time when I just had my teeth removed a year ago and when I called her out about she walked away and went to the next patient as if I didn’t. Matter I really wish I would have cussed her out and embarrassed her In front of staff and other patients. But I’ll do better I’ll get her name file complaint and post review to her medical professional portfolio that all doctors have what waste

I would not recommend the dental side due to my experience today. First of all, the receptionist (older lady) had a passive aggressive attitude which triggered me immediately! Her behavior was unlike the other employees I’ve encountered before. Now, the cleaning exam was a complete waste of time as it consisted of a lot of waiting and X-rays. I waited for another 15- minutes only for the “dentist” to come in look around and tell me I don’t have cavities. He never measured my gums however diagnosed me with inflamed gums! The rude receptionist comes in to explain the “treatment plan “ which conveniently my insurance doesn’t cover and it would cost me close to $200 for a cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and was told they wouldn’t be able to do it. A whole 2 hours wasted for nothing but lies! If it wasn’t for my braces I wouldn’t return!

I recently had a root canal, followed by a crown, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Dr. Mo and his assistant Amanda were absolutely amazing! Amanda explained the entire process from A to Z with so much care and clarity—it really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Mo was incredibly professional and quick to recognize the problem. I highly recommend this dental office. Since the moment you enter the staff greet you with amazing attitudes. I have had bad experiences in other offices but they have really went above and beyond each visit. My kids have never had an issue and they range from 6-11 years old. That says alot! The dental assistants are also very sweet and were updating me with what my kids needed and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. So thank you for that. As for the doctor, very professional. Im very concerned how dentistry is being done in the state. I’ve had so many problems with celebrate dental. The only doctor I actually want to go to is doctor Lee, which is not here anymore. My problems are minor but yet for some reason I get different information every time which is fine but for me to have a dentist appointment and my insurance paying for it,and I only get that I need to go to oral surgeon and not told about any of the other problems that I was having and not even explained my x-ray explained to me to even see what was there. I do know how to look at x-rays. Im also in to school to be a physician assistant, which I’m a biology major, but the factors. There’s no communication with my treatment and I’m so tired of it. I will not be coming here. they do not care about what you need and the information that they give you is very minimal and they just want your money. That’s just really what it Is,I wish there was people that actually like their job and want to do it. They just want to take advantage of you.Im over it.its been about 5 years I’ve come here for a couple of things but I’m so scared to do anything because of conflicting stories and no communication dentistry really does suck they have a duty to up hold as a dentist and today I don’t not ever want to come back they should know dentistry is one of the most uncomfortable and scary places and making sure people understand what’s happened instead of heading to the next person in a rush to do something and having someone come to you and the doctor said you need this work done instead of the doctor telling what’s going on and actually finish the exam no he rushes off and have billing come in and tells what’s you work you need done to you teeth I have questions but she can’t answer she just telling how much it will cost what kind of service is this I’m call my insurance I wasn’t an examine properly.

This office is horrible. They promise a lot when you are signing the contract but then the story changes as you are treating for Invisalign. Seeing different doctors and all of them doing a different treatment plan. The office manager is horrible and can’t explain anything either because the stories were all over the place on what was suppose to be treatment and what treatment was happening that day. Other offices have the same payment plans as keep things consistent. I would definitely not treat here.

My family and I have come to this location for many years, services were great and the front desk was awesome, I even recommended my friends and siblings to this location, unfortunately lately is been so hard to get someone to answer our calls, I always have to contact the orthodontist side so they can transfer my call to the dentist department. We have kids in every stage of orthodontics with this office (finished braces, still in braces, in phase 1 treatment, soon to start treatment) and we are happy with the care every one of them has received.

Coming to Celebrate Dental and Braces every month or so for the last few years means we've gotten to know most of the staff pretty well, and every single person has been awesome. It's actually nice to check in for appointments and say hi to our "friends." It's so nice to walk into each appointment feeling relaxed and walk out smiling.

Not only are all of the doctors terrific, but the entire team is great to work with. The front desk is always friendly and helpful, billing manages to take the headache out of dealing with insurance, and the assistants are kind and great at what they do. Every member of the support staff has been easy to work with.

Celebrate Dental was very fast and informative since the first time I made an appointment. It started when I called in and that same day I came in and got my braces on. They were very transparent with the contract I signed and the monthly payment I would be making. They were affordable and as a student paying for my own braces, the monthly $150 was very doable. It was also very easy to make appointments each month but they do get very booked up if you need to reschedule. During each appointment, they made it clear that I always had the chance to ask questions or raise concerns. After having braces for a little over two years I’m very happy with my results. The only thing I would like to mention is that they tended to underestimate the time I would be getting them off and it ended up being longer than I was told. Besides that, the doctors were good and the assistants were very nice and helpful!

The receptionists were very kind, but the assistant in charge of my X-Tay and cleaning had trouble communicating clearly in English. The cleaning was done poorly and was very rushed. They didn’t even bother giving me fluoride treatment at the end, a standard part of EVERY routine dental cleaning. I have issues with my gums and I haven’t seen a dentist in years because of insurance issues, but I wasn’t offered any sort of treatment to address this as I have in the past by offices with a greater sense of care for their patients. Now I have no choice but to pay out of pocket at a location that will take my dental health seriously.

Speaking of professional, Jene (the Regional Manager) was extremely helpful with taking care of my daughter and I upon check-out. The staff here is very professional and were attentive to my concerns each visit. I wouldn't mind getting braces again because of them 😆 from fixing broken power chains to providing necessary materials, their priority is making sure you are cared for. I started my braces journey 2/2022 and I am so happy to finally reach the end. I gave hates coming to any of these clinics. The worst experience is the one at desert inn. From the first time I got my braces placed I was in so much pain for about 2 weeks. I continued calling and trying to be seen and making appts. And they always pushed me out several weeks when I had an emergency. I called crying to be seen and when the orthodontist finally saw me he removed the bracket in my tooth and the pain was finally gone. He fixed the issue but being seen was such a hassle. I knew moving forward that it was just going to be so difficult.
It seems as though they book more than they are able to see. Getting braces is a long commitment and if your busy or your schedule changes or you call to reschedule be ready to be booked forward at least 3 weeks prolonging your experience. It’s honestly been such a hassle. And at this point I don’t even care if my treatment was fully completed I’m just ready to cut ties with this company.

I moved to this location from dessert inn. This location is so unorganized! They are poor with staff communication and patient communication. My appointment was 1230 i was there early, the orthodontist seen me first and i said that I’ll just reschedule my cleaning because now they said its now 1pm. But i have another appointment at 1pm Then, they told me that the can take me in at that moment and i said okay cool its only 5 min before 12. Took them forever and its 1 already and i havent dine anything yet! Ridiculous!!!! Dont come to this location! Shitty location and staff!

Today's experience at your dentistry office left me feeling utterly frustrated and disheartened. The encounter with one of your assistants, a young man who appeared to struggle with English communication, was particularly distressing. Despite my attempts to articulate my needs, he seemed unable to comprehend me, and his attempts to assist only added to my discomfort.

Initially, I hesitated to voice my concerns, but the same issue persisted during another interaction when I was inquiring about Night guard services. Once again, the same individual with limited English proficiency attended to me, leading to further confusion and frustration on my part.

However, on the same day, I encountered a more helpful staff member who offered their assistance. Nevertheless, when I later sought Night guard services, the same assistant with language barriers was once again involved. This time, I was led to a room without any explanation or assistance, leaving me bewildered and stranded for a prolonged period.

After a considerable wait, I was eventually assisted by a lady who attempted to resolve my issue with the Night guard. Despite her efforts, the problem persisted, and I requested to speak with a manager to address my concerns. Shockingly, it took an additional 20 minutes for the manager to appear.

During our conversation, I expressed my frustration regarding the language barrier issue and its impact on the quality of service provided. However, the manager's response was deeply unsatisfactory. Instead of acknowledging the problem and taking corrective action, she defended the assistant's lack of English proficiency, citing a fear of discrimination.

Such a response is not only dismissive of my legitimate concerns but also indicates a lack of accountability and a failure to prioritize customer satisfaction. It is unacceptable for a professional establishment to prioritize political correctness over effective communication and customer service.

I am utterly dismayed by the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by your management and staff. As a paying customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and provided with the quality service I expect. Instead, I felt marginalized and disregarded throughout my entire visit.

I urge you to address these issues promptly and take concrete steps to improve the professionalism and communication skills of your staff. Failure to do so will only serve to further damage your reputation and alienate customers.

My daughter got braces a little over 2 years ago... Celebrate dental Ortho was very accommodating. If her bracets would breaks they would fit her right in to get it fixed. When the wire would be bothering her they would have availability that day or the next to prevent her from being in pain any longer. The staff is young and with studious minds. Some know more than others. But their cohesion with one another is awesome. They always are happy to help one another. My first time here and what an amazing expeeience. Maddy & her staff were just so friendly. They were open late, I had my appointment at 6pm. Very resonable on braces. Thank you Maddy for your help. Definitely will become my primary dentist.

celebrate dental has correct yes my smile . It’s better than it was before. The staff is amazing and so is the doctor. I would highly recommend coming here. They work with your schedule and never get upset if you have concerns about your progress. Simply the Best!!!!!!!!!
