I have been a client now for several years. The team formulated a plan to address my dental issues that involved implementing and addressing those issues through filling cavities, crowns and a couple of bridges; spaced over a number of years. They didn't rush the corrections because of the cost, which enabled me to afford having them all done in a timely fashion. Everyone, from the front of house staff, to the dental techs and the dentist were always friendly and professional and consistently had both my wife's and my comfort in mind. I’ve always detested visiting the dentist. I get extremely anxious, bordering on panic.

I didn’t want to walk in and express how much and uncomfortable I felt, especially since I knew I needed work done. It had been a long time since my last visit. First time here however ~

I didn’t share my anxiety until my second visit. Dr. K and Roger were incredibly understanding.

Dr. K realized that if he walked me through the process, I could stay calm and he could perform his job effectively. He was highly knowledgeable and empathetic. Not once did I feel judged for requesting a break when my anxiety escalated.

In short, I had a lot of work done and have much more to go. I’ll definitely return to this practice. I highly recommend it. Special shoutout to Brenda at the front desk. She was also very kind and helpful. My dental hygienist, Kim, was hilarious!

My two visits here have felt like I was in a small-town clinic where everyone knows each other and is genuinely nice.

I’ll be back and I’m sending you all my friends!

Doctor Matt , Roger, cat and Emily booked an appointment the day before thanksgiving before noon. My front tooth broke in half , I was booked for an appointment less then an hour later . Doctor Matt was outstanding, he’s more of a persons person’s . No fluff , just quality . I felt like I was sitting next to a kind relative. I asked questions, he gave straight forward honest answers. This team made me feel like having my front tooth pulled out before thanksgiving a peaceful and positive experience. I just had my second visit here, and let me just say if it was possible to give them a 10 star, I would definitely do so. From the first person to greet you at the counter brenda and all the dental assistants and the dentist/doctor the service and comfort they give you from beginning to end is nothing short of exceptional 😀 there attitude and energy is so positive 👏 and excellent they make your experience feel so grateful to have such a group of people who actually care about who walks through their doors. And the dental hygienist Heather was exceptional and positive and caring and very comforting excellent job 👏. I feel blessed finding this dental office. Dr. Matthew Koscinski was very kind and explained everything and did not rush anything, and listened to me when I was explaining my pain and fears that I really did not want to lose my tooth lol . His 2 dental assistances were also very nice and made the visit even better by reassuring me and making me laugh, especially since this was my first ever root canal. The front desk Brenda and the other lady that is up there are also very inviting and kind! But hands down when I had to get my teeth cleaned Kim is the first hygienist that didn't hurt me, that made sure I was comfortable the whole time and did not get mad if I needed a break. This office will call you months and months after a visit to try to get you to come in for optional care. "Roger" will call you and tell you that you should get some crowns.

I went in for one visit, did not have a good experience with the hygienist who employed dental floss like she was using a piano wire through your gums.

As I left I told the front desk not to call me because I was not coming back and yet here we are.
