Dr Ruggeroli gave me a thorough consult after my echogram today. Having discovered recurring water retention in my heart, he explained my 'role' ahead in keeping as stable as possible Dr Ruggeroli, very well and very patiently presented me with my specific guidelines. ie: being watchful of BP, breathing, fatigue, etc. Heather, his office manager, has the details of my health very clearly outlined if I should need extra help in maintaining my strict home program. She is a compassionate lady who makes going to the doctor a joy rather than a ‘drag’!
Having lived with a chronic heart condition for over 20 years, it is extremely important to me that I have complete trust in my cardiologist and I am confidant that i made the right choice when I chose Dr. Charles Ruggeroli

Dr Regerolli in my humble opinion is the best cardiologist in Las Vegas Valley.
I have been seeing Dr Regerolli for 8 years now.
I cannot speak highly enough not only about the doctor but his loyal hard-working staff.

I have been seeing Charles "Chuck" now for about 9 years and can honestly say he is the best Cardiologist I have ever seen. He is perhaps the most caring and dedicated heart specialist I have ever seen. I have had a number of cardiologists in my life time and have even been to the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona and have not found any doctor as dedicated as Dr. Charles Ruggeroli.

I've been a patient for 22 years and highly recommend Dr Ruggeroli. He treated me after a heart attack, recommended a heart surgeon for my heart valve replacement. Hello, My name is Gary Thomas and I’m here today to let people know that the very reason I’m here is in 2003 I had some issues of concern for 9 weeks that I thought would go away, but didn’t. My arms from my shoulders to my fingers would get numb, I was getting light headed, pressure on my chest as if something heavy was on it, heartburn, indigestion and a slight sore throat. My wife finally talked me into going to the hospital. This occurred 4 times in 9 weeks. For 3 days of testing they found nothing.EKG’s, Ultrasounds, X-Rays with and without contrast, CTScans with and without contrast and MRI’s. The hospital was going to discharge me but Doctor Ruggeroli did not allow it and ordered an angiogram to further investigate the situation and found I had a 95% blocked artery on the left side of my heart. At the same time opening the artery and placing a stent. 23 years later I’m still here, but my insurance had changed due to my wife being laid off at the bank for 32 years and the insurance I had he was not in the network. 2015 was the last time I saw him.Therefore I wasn’t able to see him until now about 11 1/2 years later thanks to the VA health system in which made me feel at ease. I’m very happy about it for I would not be here if it wasn’t for his father Anthony Ruggeroli and himself Charles Ruggeroli . I appreciate them both and God’s grace in allowing me the ability to be here today and glad to continue on with his care. They are professional and courteous. Dear Dr. Ruggeroli,

your staff is the first connection to you, so if they make mistakes that cost people time and effort, ultimately you are responsible for that.

When you get all the way to the point where you have had multiple conversations with staff, and been told over the phone your insurance is accepted and you drive 18 minutes away to the office to sign a waiver for medical record transfers, THEN find out your healthcare isn't accepted, that's just not ok.

People have zero accountability and aren't careful with other people's time and shrug it off because, well it's because they don't care. People who are in front of your patients or perspective patients need to be sharp and attentive and sincere. They need to understand that the patient is not someone inconveniencing their day. I didn't see that in your office. I hope that you get things figured out.

I called to ask about any type of availability and scheduling and Rebecca responded with "the MD doesnt see anyone that hasnt been here for years already. He doesnt want or care for any new patients." I immediately said okay and hung up the phone to immediately report a much need review to show people that they will never get help because doctors do not care for patients. I just left the ER not even 24 hours ago and they recommended him and im told that he doesnt care for new patients?!?! Your ridiculous and shouldnt be a business and have your MD Liscenses removed and revoked permanently. You dont want to do your job your not needed in the medical industry. PERIOD!! HOPE REBECCA LOOSES HER JOB.
