Dr. T and Mr B are easy to talk to and made my past few dental appointments go by quickly. I’ve done fillings with them and didn’t feel any pain except for the injection part for the numbing which is normal. I had a little sensitivity towards the end of a process but I was reassured with Dr. T about everything and it didn’t last long. Nonetheless I enjoyed the transparent experience provided and will continue to come here for care.

I’m Charlene, Mike’s wife. My experience at Charleston Smiles was a delightful surprise. I have severe anxiety regarding any dental related treatments. To start I was greeted warmly by the office personnel easy friendly check in.
It was a very short time and then Corje called me back for X-rays and chart updates. I’m 70 years old and never have I had anyone ask me if I was comfortable with the devices they place in your mouth until today. I usually end up with superficial cuts and gouges but not this time. I’m in a wheelchair and she was able to effortlessly take the films without me transferring to another chair. I swear I could chat with her all day. I was laughing and so relaxed my blood pressure was normal which is very rare for me in a dental office.
Next I met my new dentist Dr Troy Trobough. He was gentle and kind. He reassured me regarding some issues I’m dealing with. I’ve been hesitant to go in for fear of the judgment and shaming I’ve experienced from other dentists in the past. He took extra care to contact my doctor regarding my overall health before proceeding with our plan for my dental care. I feel confident and comfortable under his care. If anyone out there is a scaredy cat like me this is the office for you.
In closing the office personnel came back and explained the cost to me and my insurance. She escorted us out and was as pleasant as could be I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.

Went in for a routine cleaning and screening of my teeth, had an overall amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful along the way. During my visit I found out I had to get a cavity filled and Dr. Brown was able to provide quick and efficient care which was amazing.

After that I had a routine cleaning and I was given excellent care and service by their dental hygienist Betty, she made the process fairly simple. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients receive quality care they deserve I would give them an 100/5 but I can not do a 5/5 will have to do. Even after my appointment was done I was given a teeth whitening kit which I appreciate because I have been trying to find ways to whiten my teeth.

I went in while I was newly pregnant just needed to start care and find a dental office who I felt comfortable with. The office staff were very communicative with my insurance information and giving me updates because I am pregnant. I will preface with, this has nothing to do with the work done and staff. The staff is nice, and the work was done well. The three stars is in reference to my recent experience with this location and how long it took to get almost everything done. I came in at 8am and left at 11:25am having only half of what I had gone in for done. I went in for a "simple" Inlay and a basic cleaning. (Basic cleaning, not a deep clean, no gum laser, etc.) I was there for three and a half hours getting this Inlay done. The grand majority of this time was spent waiting in the chair. By the end of the three and a half hours, I was told they wouldn't be able to do my cleaning. I also overheard one of the staff comment on how long another patient had been waiting. Please keep in mind I have had a root canal & cleaning done at this same location and at most it was two and a half to three hours, but I had everything scheduled done that day. I have been a patient here for a few years and this was the most unfortunate appointment I've had so far.

Several months ago, I started dental care at Charleston Smiles Dentistry with Dr. Wanni Lie. She and her entire team have provided me with caring and wonderful service. I have had a tooth extraction, a titanium post implant and a couple of cleanings so far. Dr. Jessica Silva, assisted by Barb and Christina, performed the implant and did a marvelous job - no pain! I have made it a regular process in going every 3 months to the dentist and hygienist. I am pleased with Charleston Smiles Dentistry and I will explain why. I lived in the Southwest part of Vegas and that is where my Dentistry was. I loved the place but when I moved to the Eastside of Vegas the drive was not great. I wanted to find a Dentistry with the same care and knowledge. I looked and you know your names 😏 if you have gone to anywhere else you are a number. I found Charleston Smile by accident. I thought about how it was going to go. I was prepared for the worst-case. However, it has been my home now since the move 2 years and going. They are what you want from your Dentistry from the front to the back. My mouth thanks everyone there for being clean and pain-free. If you need a Dentistry on the Eastside of town please do yourself a favor. Come in if you get an appointment, they are the best so their books are not clear, let them take your mouth and get it straight and keep it straight.

Betty is such an angel! She's the dental hygienist and was so sweet and understanding of my situation and comforted me which felt so above and beyond to be so gentle and reassure me in my dental journey since I never had good structure for it as a kid and I've felt it slipping away from me. You'll never get an appointment reminder or even an appointment card, and then be charged with an OUTRAGEOUS and sometimes doubled missed appointment fee. I've had bad billing departments this is one of them. They literally just want as much money as they can get from you. They do not care about helping you get a healthier teeth. I will be switching dentist. This is by far one of the worst places I've gone for dental work as an adult.

I think I left a Google reviews years ago. I continue to receive reminders for my dental visit that needs to be scheduled and I left a message to praise the staff and asked to be taken off of the text reminders. I think she's on a leave of absence not sure if she's ever coming back, but that's okay because I moved to Kansas. Dr. Lie is an incredible human being. She shared her story with me and due to my profession, we instantly connected. I've met many doctors and she's one of the few that I'd love to hangout with outside of work. We are not friends out of the office, but she's been so serving, open, fantastic at her job, and I just loved being in her presence. And I love her! Dr. Lie, thanks for being an incredible dentist and person. I miss you already.

I just want to say that if you are considering a dental office THIS is the one. I typically experience anxiety and stress but from the front to the back the staff were amazing and took the stress out of “going to the dentist”. Let me tell you. I am so afraid of the dentist. I put this off for years until I started feeling pain and I couldn't put it off anymore. I was seen by hygienist Betty, or as I will remember her, Saint Betty.....I am a hard to please Karen. I am. I am outspoken and unapologetically insufferable...This woman was so caring, so nice...it's one of the first times during a medical or dentist appointment where I felt like someone really cared about me and understood how nervous I was. This is the best dentist I have ever been to and this hygienist, honestly, was an absolute God send for me. I'm so glad I didn't cancel ( which I was and have before because I get too nervous). After doing lots of research to find a good dental provider, I decided on Charleston Smiles. My friend went here for some dental work and told me how nice and helpful the staff was to her. The staff here is beyond nice and amazing! Lots of attention to detail and they explain every step to you while making sure you’re comfortable and not in pain. As someone who has not seen a dentist in so long (guilty as charged) the bedside manner is phenomenal. From the front office staff to the dental team, everyone was so helpful in the best way possible. Not once did I feel judged but instead reassured that everything was going to be alright and back on track. Going to the dentist can feel daunting and intimidating but the Charleston Smiles team easily washes away any fears you might carry the moment you walk in. I had an amazing experience at Charleston Smiles Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so welcoming and patient with my entire family. My 4-year-old, who has a speech delay, can sometimes find new situations overwhelming, but the dental team was incredibly understanding and made him feel comfortable every step of the way. They took extra time to explain everything in a calm, clear manner and worked with him at his pace. Awesome Periodontist!

I regularly go to Charleston Smiles for my cleanings but I recently had to get an implant put in by a specialist. Luckily, they have an awesome partnership with one! Dr. Mossadegh and Stephanie are the best! They walked me through the entire procedure beforehand, they even had a little video that showed the process. The entire experience was painless and quick. Both Dr. Mo and Stephanie talked me through every step as they worked and they were very quick. No time was wasted. The aftercare is also great! Medication was called in asap and all of my questions were answered right there and then. If you need a periodontist, you can’t go wrong with Dr. Mo!

Best Dental office! Starting from the time I schedule the appointment online to arriving there. The front desk receptionist was accommodating she went above and beyond. She even assists me with completing my paperwork. The Dentist was awesome I went in for an emergency and had to have surgery. He explained all treatment options in detail. I called the same day for an emergency and game me an appointment for 2 hours later and on top of that, it was on a saturday. They did an extraction . I couldn't be happier with Dr Hernandez and his staff. The whole process ( check in, xrays, extraction, and check out) took only 2 hours. I would recommend this clinic to anyone

BE AWARE. BE ADVISED. BE CAREFUL of this dentist. Dr. Hernandez gave me multiple shots to numb me for a just cleaning. Every shot is paid for by my insurance. Then stopped in the middle of my cleaning for a “break.” Where the dentist helped other patients, while I waited for 45 minutes in my room, mouth, jaw and nose numb. For? To charge my insurance by the hour? These folks can’t be trusted.

I visited here the first time a few weeks ago. I was in need of a deep cleaning as I hadn't been to the dentist in yearssss. So forms were a breeze. My appointment was at 1 didn't take long to get back for xrays. After that I was introduced to Dr. Wanni. After going over what I needed done she answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. It was now close to closing time and I was really hoping to at minimum get the cleaning done before the big stuff. She then took on the task of doing a full deep cleaning with her lovely assistant Leslie. I am very much appreciative of them taking care of me when they could have had me reschedule for another time! The cleaning was amazing BTW. Excellent work!
