This was honestly one of the best dental office experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They even took the time to give me a tour of the clinic, which was such a nice touch. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I had a quick denture adjustment today with Rachael and it was awesome. She adjusted and replaced the snaps in it went great! Dentures feel better than ever. I’m going to miss her. I am a senior citizen who was treated roughly as a child at the dentist's office. Which made me afraid. I had a smart, caring dentist for 18 years who died and I have spent the last 20 years searching for that in another dental office = 5 yrs in one spot, 2 years in another, etc... And then a friend suggested her family's dentist: Dr. Cherrington. He is a genuinely nice human, very smart and very patient. Old-school meets New-school in the best possible way. When you call, you must ask for him or you will be assigned whomever is available on your chosen day.

I have been in Las Vegas for the past 6 years and Cherrington Dental is my ultimate spot! From the assistants, the dental hygienist, the dentist... everyone is there to support, help and answer any concerns you might have with a smile. They are so professional, easygoing, clear, concise and very human! This time, I called last minute and came in the same day regarding a canker sore that I have had in my lip for a couple of months and Dr. Cherrington took care of it instantly in a very subtle and pain free mini treatment. Yes, I was about 15 minutes late due to a late bus, so.maybe he took someone in my original appt time. My problem was that I am overly sensitive to the hot sun, and I had walk 15 minutes in the hot sun to get back to my Bus Stop. Thank you.

Dr. C and his assistant were amazing. (She had long twists in her hair.) Please forgive me for not remembering the name but she absolutely made me comfortable before Dr. C came in. I'm afraid of the dentist drills. The sound makes me nervous so I have a habit of jumping. She made sure to remind him and he took great care of me. He stops often to make sure you're not feeling anything. To help with the drilling noise, they both hum without knowing the other is doing it and it's hilarious. Thank you both for taking great care of me today. After working on 4 teeth, the numbness wore off and I feel amazing.

Well I paid a bill after checking in. So the front counter clerk gave me a reception. I was the only person left in the lobby. Nobody asked me what I was still doing there. This was 45 minutes so I went up and told her it didn’t take this long before. She literally said I thought you were here to just pay. Uhm for 46 minutes you didn’t wonder why I was still there? Then she couldn’t find my appointment. Another girl found it and said that they switched to a new system so appointment was in the old system. Sigh. Everyone apologized but it was nuts because my appointment literally lasted 5 minutes. So n the future if someone is sitting in the lobby the clerk should ask them if they still need assistance.

Having severe dental anxiety stinks. Being in a spot without dental insurance, also sucks. Deciding on Cherrington? Best decision I have ever made. Their inhouse program for savings first off, was a huge lifesaver for me without any kind of insurance under my belt. I scheduled an appointment with this dentist office because I received a flyer from them in the mail offering a free exam and consultation. I knew I had a tooth that needed a crown, but discovered I needed a filling as well. The dentist and assistant were both very gentle and made the experience very pleasant and virtually pain free. Was waiting over 30 mins and totally fine dont mind i understand it can get busy but when i asked for an estimated time just so i could ensure my dogs would be picked up in time she not only answered with an attitude she didnt even make eye contact or hesitate when telling me she already told them we were ready and gave a scoff when i even asked. Nina was the one working on my daughter doing her cleaning . She was the sweetest and made the wait well worth it .

Cherrington Dental was able to see me the very next day after my dental bridge came off. Although I had visited the office before, this was my first time being treated by Dr. Cherrington.

Dr. Cherrington and his assistant Serenity, quickly assessed the situation, carefully cleaned both the bridge and the supporting teeth, and securely cemented the bridge back into place. Their professionalism and confidence immediately put me at ease.

I was very nervous due to past dental experiences, but the team was understanding and offered nitrous oxide to help me relax, which made the visit much more comfortable.

I’m extremely grateful that the office was able to fit me in on short notice and for the excellent care I received. I highly recommend Cherrington Dental for their professionalism, efficiency, and patient-centered care.

I had an appointment scheduled 7 months in advance. They messaged me about the appointment the week before confirming the time and date. I showed up five minutes early. They have no record of my appointment and have to reschedule it two months later.

Edit: Once again these people are treating me like garbage for no reason. Received a bill for hundreds of dollars months after a procedure I ALREADY PAID FOR.

Don't give these people your business. They don't care about you as a customer and will do everything they can to wring your wallet dry.

I moved to Las Vegas and needed a crown. I’ve been to this dentist years back visiting family. Decided to go back and see Dr. Riza Abdelnour, DMD. She was thorough and friendly. I’ve had no issue with my crown since. (Can’t say that for the other crown from a different dentist) Their new office is beautiful, very high tech, very clean. I highly recommend this dentist and the staff. 2024

My crown fell off while I was visiting family here in Las Vegas. My mom brought me to Dr Cherrington’s office. The staff are friendly and polite and Dr. Cherrington was friendly and didn’t rush through my appointment knowing I’d have to have to have my work done back where I live. If I lived in Vegas I’d choose his office for my dental care.

👋 Update: April 21, 2025. Still a happy customer with Dr. Cherrington and his staff after almost five years! They’re always amazing during my regular teeth cleanings. Today, I needed a small filling, and Dr. C was, as always, gentle and friendly. I got checked in fast and the whole procedure was great.

Something happened to this place around the time they moved their office. Before the move I would have given them 5 stars, but as it stands now, 2 stars feels generous. I started with Cherrington Dental as they were recommended to me me and accept United Concordia insurance (military insurance). The staff is professional, patient and good at their jobs. I have been in for teeth cleaning and some fillings. The cleanings were easy and thorough. For the fillings, the dentist took extra time to make sure I was fully numbed and took good care of my teeth. I would definitely recommended this practice!

Everyone here is super friendly and accommodating. I did not feel one time like they were trying to upsell me on anything. For example, my old dental office was very quick to try to get me to purchase all kinds of things like new night guards when I did not need a new one, etc. This office did not do that even one time.
