I needed a major overhaul of one tooth prior to a major surgery. There was no guarantee that it would save the tooth. They understood that I could not afford an implant prior to my surgery so they came up with a treatment plan. It worked! The entire staff was awesome! They worked on it for almost 2hours and I’m just waiting on my new crown now. Everyone was so caring and compassionate. They explained what they were doing throughout the process. The experience with Cheyenne Dental Group was top notch. Every one was super nice.

I have severe low back pain and a VERY, VERY small bite, so it's always a challenge to work in my mouth.

The doctor was very organized, respectful of my pain and injected my mouth to limit the pain of removing my molars on my left lower jaw as well as fixing 2 cavities on my upper right side of my mouth.

reassured me of the safety of the exam rooms and how it’s cleaned after each patient. Also how dental tools are sanitized and that they use some disposable
items. She even told me that they have a machine that cleans the germs in the air. I was concerned about the Covid-19 droplets that could be in the air.

I really struggle with going to the dentist so I have been putting it off for a long time. I knew I had some serious issues to take care of with regards to an existing implant and a tooth extraction and new implant that is needed. Dentist recommended pulling all of my top teeth for denture fitting due to multiple cavities.
She said the teeth were bad and couldn’t do anything with them. I was horrified.
I got a second option from another dentist. She is going to do 2 root canals and crowns!!

I’m 70 years old, a smoker until 2 years ago, when I experienced first hand the results. All of my upper teeth were gone and could not be fixed anymore, my jawbone deteriorated badly because of restrictive blood flow from the nicotine. I thought I can do denture for $800, cheap right? Wrong. It’s was the worse month I ever lived. How in the world can I chew with that thing in my mouth flopping around? Chewing is what gives me the flavor and the texture, now I have to make do with "melted in your mouth" so to speak. After having the implants, compared to the dentures I had before, I would consider trading an arm and a leg for it, I just have to work for it. Talking about work. I was laying on the dental chair at 9am all the way until 5pm. Dr Tran and his team, taking turns, working nonstop to patch up my upper jaw with some bone graft from lower jaw as well as some expensive materials. They installed a total of 5 implants, then screwed my dentures to the upper jaw, then by the time they were done, Dr Tran told me to go eat some Vietnamese Pho at some restaurant, I finished the whole bowl like it’s nothing, it proved that I felt no pain throughout the operation of 8hrs nonstop, and the work ethic of Dr Tran and his team when you think about it. Honestly, my wife was there, I can’t lie, she also knows that I completely quit smoking, I like eating more than smoking even though I still miss it

I don't suggest you go to this dentist. Cheyenne Dental now “Silver State Smiles” same owner different name is not very good. They did my temporary crowns and they're terrible. 6 months later the temp crowns are still in. One specific that after they did the implant (that fell out) the tooth next to it he placed a crown and it still hurts. I can't drink anything cold or hot for that matter. Refuses to fix it.

*UPDATE* Still not recommended. Had to go to another dentist to complete the incomplete work this dentist did.

There are much better Dentists out there. Do your homework before choosing someone who puts their. Hands in your mouth.

Today I found a dentist who took my insurance. I was a little hesitant because my old dentist was amazing.

The last two visits, the dentist never looked over my teeth at the end.
During my recent and final visit y’all tried to get more X-rays. I received attitude for denying the X-rays. Your front desk person said y’all like to get X-rays every six months.
This was alarming because I know the ADA recommends 18-36 months for bite wings, and 2-3 years for a full mouth X-ray. Depending on the patient of course.

I am not that patient who needs X-rays every six months or even every year.

Your front desk person tried to get me to sign off on receiving X-rays when I said I wasn’t going to get them.

Fraud.
I wouldn’t even give one star.

I called at 8am this morning and I was in the office by 2 pm the same day, in fact they offered a noon appointment but I was at another consultation for another dentist so I eagerly accepted the 2 o’clock spot, but anyway I was called back almost immediately (after the quick signature explaining the cost of the consultation; which was billed to insurance so I didn’t pay for that) in the back They did a thorough examination and X-rays within the first 10 mins of arrival, and we discussed my treatment plan, dentist was honest and straight forward, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, she just gave me the estimate of what’s covered by insurance and then went over our ‘out of pocket’ expenses and to my surprise their quote was a literal 1/3 of the quote I received from Aspen dental 2 hours prior at the consultation I had there.. with out hesitation I was happy to make my payment in full and get started with the process. I have saved literally thousands over $4k cheaper, although it will take a couple weeks longer than Aspen said, it is worth the wait for the price alone. Plus at aspen they told me I couldn’t pick my tooth and gum color if I didn’t buy their most expensive denture, here at Cheyenne they allowed me to have a say in the tooth size, color as well as tooth shape, they picked the color of my gums based on their 3D imaging that scanned my actual gums and roof of my mouth for the mold (which I was personally grateful that I didn’t have to do the old school way with that yucky impressions gunk I had at my old denturist) I highly recommend!

Completely scammy, used car salesman of dentists. They will always recommend things you don't need, but will make them more money. I am from east coast and have never seen such a scammy practice. 5 minutes with dentist and they move you to "finance" department where they use high pressure tactics to quickly lock you in for unnecessary and painful "deep cleaning"
I got a second opinion, and of course it turns out my teeth were in perfect health.

Appreciate the location and positive reviews so decided to give them a try. I was experiencing an infected molar, they got me in right away and even did the procedure the same day! Friendly staff, doctor very nice, explained everything very well and efficient.

Pricing is great, service is great, staff are great. Never had to wait for my appointment longer than 2 minutes and they get me in and out quickly. They take Liberty dental insurance so that's why how we found them. We came from Enhance dental and didn't like the lady there so we're glad we found a place we like.

I’ve been going to Cheyenne dental for many years and I have got to say it is the best! From the moment you walk in it’s genuine and kind! Shauneece is always so friendly and welcoming. Jessica is very informative and upfront with the treatment breakdown and cost. Sheppard (the hygienist) is definitely efficient and I always leave feeling so fresh! Every person in that office that I interacted with was amazing! Their communication was very appreciated and very understandable. I spent most of the time with Angel and she was the absolute best. She explained things so thoroughly and listened as if my words mattered. And when there was no business to talk about, she was very good with the chit chat. I felt very comfortable there.

Update: I returned for my cleaning and got to work with Maddy. It was a deep cleaning, since it had been a decade since my last visit, and everything went so smoothly and painlessly. She was just outstanding and communicated every step of the way. I look forward to my continued care there (sooner than another decade).

Update: There is a new dental hygienist, Sheppard. I approve. He was efficient and engaging. I definitely felt comfortable with him and like I was taken good care of.

I went to this clinic for my broken teeth, first visit is $50 which I paid, front desk representative was very nice and professional. They took me to X-Ray room and they took many pictures and when I complain Dr. Boca advised me I should take as many as needs for future visits! Again I complain and finally they stopped which they show clearly they don’t like it. Waited 10 minutes until Dr. Boca came in and without showing me the X-Ray she said my tooth is badly broken, infected needs to be removed and I should have an implant!!!! I asked about the price: if I buy their insurance for $100 then the total charges will be $5000 and without insurance the price is $10.095! I was asked if I want to make an appointment which I denied. I went for second opinion new X-Ray shows tooth is broken with no infection and can be fixed but I have to have a crown. I could easily report her to proper authority but I change my mind and just writing my thoughts about this corrupt dental group. I DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone even to those have enough money that they don’t know how to spend it! 👎🏻
