Assistant Kiera did an amazing job with my autistic son it was his first time at the dentist and I was over whelmed cause I thought it wouldn’t go well and Kiera was so patient and understanding and did a wonderful job

My daughter was experiencing some discomfort. So I called Children's Dentistry and they were able to squeeze her into their schedule that same day. Within 2 hours, she was seen by her dentist. The staff has always been to very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend Children's Dentistry to anyone who has small children.

First time taking all three of my kids to dentist at the same time! They called us back right away we’re friendly and great with the kids. The dentist was amazing explained everything throughly and was super patient with my high active kids!!

They do a good job for the most part. They just need to work on better communication! My daughter got a cavity filled and was just sent home with no after care instructions. She came out and all they said was she's good to go. No further explanation or nothing. Sure I could've spoke up.. but i shouldn't have to.

Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk was on her phone, and I stood in front of her for at least five minutes before she acknowledged me — and this was our first visit. We also waited 45 minutes to be seen, which was very frustrating. The dental assistant we were assigned was not good with children, and I would not recommend him. Additionally, the doctor complained that my seven-year-old son had trouble with the X-rays. My response to that is — he’s seven years old, what do you expect? We will be finding a different dental office, as I would not recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t even receive a “thank you” from the lady at the front desk — her response was simply, “Okay, we’re done!”

The dentist is awesome and the technicians were great. However, the gal at the front desk was rude and cold. And all paperwork is still paper, nothing can be done digitally beforehand. So, the appointment was a beast because I was trying to keep my kids entertaining while filling out paperwork for 4 kids.

Great visit both Doctor we’re nice and took time with me explaining what each child needs separately I always get all my kids done in one day so I appreciate the patience of all the staff members everyone was friendly and welcoming to my kids, thankful for them juggling my crew getting us in and out.

I love it here! The staff is always so kind. My kids and I always feel welcomed there. I love that they change or add activities for the kids. Like this Last time they had a chalk wall, super cute. Also they hang up the kids pages that have been colored.

Front desk person was awful extremely rude. Their billing department never gets back to you. They bill your insurance for stuff they didn't do. They refused to finish my daughters treatment and made us make another appointment for 2 months out after I already had to wait 2 months for this appointment. They are seriously horrible!!! Will not be returning to this location or maybe even this business depending on the service I receive at another location!!
Update: they never let me go to another location. They continued to bill my insurance for stuff the never did!!! And didn't even fix my daughters teeth the last time she went in!!! Horrible place!!! Don't recommend to my worse enemy!!!

In our two visits we have had at this establishment it has been enjoyable 😇 they make kids comfortable, laugh, and truly care about their teeth😇 also they use white fillings instead of silver . Very thankful for that 🥰 anyways I know I don't know them well ,but how they have cared for my son and interacted with him in just two visits so far I am encouraged to go back . I would encourage you to check them out too 😇.

Love it here! First visit my boys got their teeth cleaned and usually other places I have to schedule that after initial visit. Very friendly! The hygienist explained every step to my 11year old who was nervous and was very friendly! I would definitely recommend!! ❤️❤️

Scheduled an appointment months ago. Got a text confirming the appointment time and date.
Two days prior to that date, I get a text asking me to confirm a different time and date I didn't choose.
Spoke to them and they had just decided they weren't going to be open and picked a random other date for me. After we had already worked out the time off for the first one.
Said the next availability if I wasn't free when they scheduled it for would be over a month later.
Found a way to make it work for their time they picked.
The next day I get a phone call asking me to schedule again because someone cancelled the appointment that I had just confirmed the day prior.
SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATING dealing with this place.

I’m replying to the comment you said about calling your office I’m tired of calling. I have called all week I’ve called emailed and chatted with someone about the situation it gets me no where multiple agents have told me they can’t get ahold of anyone at the office and they will mark my message urgent 4 days later no response no email no call or no prescription!
