I love the doctor and his assistants, so kind and patient with my kids I have two with special needs. although I will say that the front desk receptionist, She seems to be very unhappy, or maybe she's just been there for a long time and it's burnout but every time I do go there she never smiles and always seems to be in a bad mood. It sets the mood for the whole experience. but I personally left happy because of the great experience I had with the doctor and his assistant.

Since the very first visit, my child obviously needed dental work and the doctor suggested oral surgery. 2nd visit I told him I was not comfortable putting my child to sleep for dental work and I did not mind as many visits to complete his treatment plan, once again kept insisting and I said no. So we proceeded with his treatment plan, after his first appointment for that the doctor was not patient and easily frustrated with everything and kept rushing. After that he insisted once again I take my child for oral surgery and once again I said no and said than he refuses to do the treatment plan for my child. How are you a professional who decided to work with children and then just trying to take the shortcut instead of doing your job, the staff at the front is also very rude and unprofessional, they book you and have you waiting for a long time every single time you will never get called in on time. The environment is always dirty looking as well, you will see for yourself if you decide to visit. I do not recommend this office do your research and take your child to a professional who actually cares for the kids and respects your decision on behalf of your child..

My daughter has been to this dentist approximately 5 times,maybe more and there has not been a time that the staff and dental team has been anything except wonderful and extremely supportive and helpful. I have never liked any dentist,my own as well as my daughters. I am very protective of my child and will walk out of any office if I even detect my child is not receiving the very best treatment and I can say that I sincerely love this place. The wonderful and extremely helpful staff makes everyone feel comfortable and, is just so sweet. The dentist is very understanding and smart,a friendly and empathetic man who truly tries to make the experience as safe and comfortable as can be. He takes his time and is so patient with everyone,you never feel like he is rushing on to his next patient or that he was getting tired of telling the children the same thing over and over again about caring for there teeth,even though I would have lost all hope myself by now 😷😁 . I could go on and on and never feel like I am able to express how grateful I am to this place for everything they work so hard for everyday! I highly recommend this place if you're child has fears of the dentist, they will get the best care and leave with a positive outlook on going to the dentist in general.

Everyone was really nice. My twins were scared, but they explained what was going to be done and they relaxed. Everyone was awesome!! Twins got a ballon and the Dr. answered all my questions and concerns. The office is clean, the staff is amazing, the Doctor is really kind and fantastic!! They have a tv in the waiting room and you’re in and out pretty quickly. I highly recommend going to Children’s Dentistry!!!

If I could I would give this place zero stars. We just recently moved down here, and I wanted to get my kids into a new dentist office. I was recommended this office, and after the experience I had I will never go back or recommend them to anyone! I scheduled an exam and a cleaning for my three kids. I showed up 15mins early like they had told me to when I showed up they were closed for lunch ( which is fine , but why tell me to show up 15mins early if no one is in the office?! I should have taken this as a red flag and left, but I didn't) when I was checking in the front desk gal was SUPER snotty acting like I was bothering her, she was also super short ( I should have taken that as my second red flag ) soon as I handed her the paperwork that's when she informed me that there is only TWO DA's working that day. I get it one Dr does not need more than two but whatever. The DA's polished my kids teeth I was thinking okay cool one less thing to do with their cleaning they got done, this is when I started to second guess myself on coming here. When one of the DA's polishing my son's teeth he made a comment saying the water was too cold and was making his teeth hurt she stopped and asked him. What does he mean by that?! I had explained to her that his teeth are sensitive to cold water that question that she asked my son had screamed to me that she's incompetent of her job. Once they were done polishing my kids teeth I thought they were gonna grab the doctor or the hygienist to finish the cleaning either scaling their teeth or using the Cavitron. None of those happen! The Dr came in told me my kids have a mouth full of cavities and one of my child needs a RCT ( root canal treatment ) little did he know that right before we came down here two months ago my kids had zero cavities bc they just saw their dentist back home for one final look over for just in case we could not find a dentist down here, and I wanted to make sure that there was no work that needed to be done. Needless to say this Dr tried to lie to me not only that but wanting my children to go through all of this unnecessary work that in the long run will cause more damage anything. So we had absolutely NO cleaning done and was lied to. I'm more frustrated bc my kids needed a cleaning done not no damn polish that is NOT getting the teeth clean. Do NOT bring your child(ren) this this joker he does NOT care!!

everyone here is great......with the exception of the front desk girl. She very rude, unprofessional, and simply not nice. she doesn't speak, she's very "blah" She has horrible customer service. I've been here several times and she's this way EVERY time. Not just a bad day!It kinda takes away from everyone else that is so great. The dentist is kind. His assistants are very nice. This place is so Amazing! I just want to say thank you to the Doctor and his Staff for being so attentive and just amazing! I brought my kids here and they were scared to go but once we arrived the Staff really made them feel comfortable! They explain everything beforehand and we’re pretty quick and efficient. Initially the commercial is what caught my eye and when I brought my kids here I was very satisfied with the staff, everyone was very even on busier days I still wasn't there for an insane amount of time! Having multiple children needing to be seen is never been a problem they make it convenient to put appointments together. The dentists are great with making the kids comfortable and my 6 yr old needed sedation for treatment and the place the referred us to was the best. If you are looking for a great place for kids to see the dentist you found it!!! I absolutely love children's dentistry I recommend it to any one who needs a great place with friendly staff and the woman Diana at the front desk is awesome!!! Don't waste your time with this place of business. The customer service was horrible and the follow through and follow up by Cherry was a joke. They cancelled my appointment and never followed up with the insurance, even after the insurance called them, claiming they didn't know what a DPPO is.
So after wasting a week of my time they tell me they can't see my son after not even trying to help. I've never been more frustrated or disappointed with a dentist office in my life. I would strongly encourage this office to work on communication.

Worst experience I have ever had, check in is very nice and so is the assistants, the only one who I had a bad experience was with Dr. Blairson who states he has 40 years of experience, but yet he starts yelling like crazy kicking me out of the room where my child was and slamming the door shut, he cut my child’s lip on the inside and trying to blame me like it’s my fault he doesn’t know how to deal with children, my child crying and him screaming at my child to stop crying, I just felt hopeless I would’ve grabbed my child and left but he was in procedure doing fillings. I work for the dentist field and have never seen the service he rendered, I left devastated. Now I have to deal with my childs’ trauma waking up in the middle of the night crying. If I could I would give it a zero star, never coming back to this place again. I know they won’t do anything or acknowledge the reviews, but I’ll see what I can do to bring it to the board because this Dr. Blairson shouldn’t be dealing with children and traumatizing them.

I don't have anything bad to say about the dentists, been going here for a couple of years. However, the front end staff has been a nightmare. I called to schedule my kids' 6 month check-up and told them I had new private insurance. Was told there was a 3 week wait for private insurance....okay, made appointments. In the meantime, I physically brought them a referral form for my daughter's orthodontist and asked them to fax it back. Never happened. Can't get ahold of anyone to ask why, the office on Tomkins is closed more than it's open. Finally, arrived for our appointment and we're turned away because no one bothered to pre approved the insurance ahead of time (remember, I told them when I scheduled) and they don't accept dual insurance. I asked about the Orthodontist forms, which I expected to finally get during the visit....and, shocker, they don't have them, they don't know what I'm talking about, no one "scanned" them into her file. Wasted nearly a month waiting for appointment and orthodontist referral. Time to find a new dentist 😬

I have called to check on this form a few times in last few weeks with no help. Left voicemail on "supervisor" line and no response. Front desk assistant finally told me last Saturday that the form I brought wasn't filled out yet because the dentist no longer works there and I could have it filled out by new dentist at our appointment. Get to appointment and no form; told they do not keep any physical copies of forms and nothing was scanned 😒

Took my kid's last month, my middle child had a dental emergency, and I also took my other 2 kids for a cleaning, turns out my middle child has an abscess, was told to make an emergency appointment, went to make an alpappointm and they say they are booked until Sept. 19th, well it was Aug 17, so I was very upset, but I made the appointment. Yesterday I call and it turns out dude over the phone lied a month ago and didn't schessch my appointment like he said, mind you I was given no antibiotics for Sophia. I try to schedule another appointment, they are trying to make me wait until oct. She had an emergency in AUGUST and you wanna wait till Oct to fix it? I'm going to call once more today and if this is not resolved I will be going to the better business bureau and be finding a new dentist. One with people in the office who actually care! I have liberty dental guard ppo insurance children’s dentistry is in my network as a primary dentist I initially scheduled an appointment for my daughter I had to work so her father took her instead
during the visit Kimberly the front desk rep explained that it would be 17$ per tooth for a total of 34$ when it came time to pay she switched the total price to 84$ now we were about to be paying the original 34$ plus a 50$ deposit my husband was highly upset he called and asked was it normal to charge us an extra 50$ of course I said no so I called my insurance provider and they assured me that Kimberly was wrong and that she did not need to be so rude as that is not protocol most of the staff was nice including the doctor but the front desk rep Kimberly gave very bad vibes she was rude she lacked people skills communication skills and the knowledge needed to do the job efficiently visit only if she is not working sorry not sorry

La asistente que lo atendió no hablaba ni una palabra, solo lo necesario, parecía un robot y que no disfrutaba su trabajo, todo el tiempo una seriedad como si fuera solo un trámite.
