Worst denstistry clinic and a waste of time. I called to confirm my son's appointment the day before and on the day of his appointment they said they couldn't take him in because his spot was given away because there was NO confirmation when i literally called them to confirm it and the call is still in my history log. The receptionists don't know how to do their job.

I had a great experience was in and out! I have 4 children and they were all seen at the same time. The staff was very professional and addressed all my concerns, my child have been going here for a little over 2 years. I haven’t had a bad experience. I would like to thank Dr Delisle, Ethel, Elia, Jeralyn and Lakesha they were very patient and kind with my children, I am satisfied with the care that they received!

My very 1st initial visit started on a very bad note. I am Insured by MetLife through UMR's Untied Healthcare. As I stated over the phone when making my appointment. The young lady quickly stated "yes we accept" I specifically asked her again if she was sure n she repeated "yes". A week later, day of the appointment they called me a quarter before the appointment in which I had already checked my daughter out of school(from Way south MountainEdge) and was already there at 1500 desert. I'm so sorry but that girl didn't not know what she was doing. My daughter was unable to be seen until MetLife faxed over my benefits because for some reason she couldn't find coverage. It was embarrassing! By that time I just left.The location itself needs a make over. The vents above the restroom were disgusting, that dust buildup is gross and flying in people's lungs I can literally take my finger n scrape a large amount of debris. The walls needed to be wiped down on the lobby n someone really need to train that girl at the desk. Anyway, she called me back saying "Ok so your daughter is eligible n now we can set another appointment. Im going this Thursday to see how the Dr. does thing but I doubt if I will stay there permanently. Looking into visiting the fort Apache location. Oh by the way ,the only reason I went so far was because my cousin referred me. Other than that I wouldn't have gone...at all. Read below story...Chellie A. Same exact experience

Worst customer service. You make an appointment, confirm and when you get to the office they want too reschedule you because according too their system you never confirmed. Even showed the text message.

Very good dentist and dentist assistant. However, they are very late with the referrals. Getting a call back from their surgery center scheduler is very difficult and shouldn’t be. My insurance also got very frustrated after attempting to speak to someone and got put on hold for 25 minutes before they hung up and advised me to ask for a supervisor next time I call.

I am so thankful I found this place!
Gabriel was the assistant he was so calming to my son who has super anxiety he explained what was going to happen then doctor Jack Nguyn seen him best doctor ever put my son at ease reassured him I can't say thank you enough! Please ask for Gabriel and Dr Nguyen when you come here ***update they started my son's treatment he needs alot more work no fallow up no nothing he had oral surgery I was told they would contact me with further appointments because he requires more surgery so they would be doing the scheduling well not a word

So hard to get a hold of , no direct line to the specific office , 45 mins on hold waiting to speak to someone !!!! When I go in the receptionist is always quiet with an attitud , dentist never spends more then 2 mins with us , and barely takes a good look at my daughters teeth !!!

I whent in personally to book an appointment and as soon as I walked in the receptionist was rude. I have United Concordia and a child with severe Autism I was recommended to go to this place because they say the doctors and staff are highly experienced with children on the spectrum. I asked her if I can make an appointment and told her the insurance I have. I told her if she can check if my insurance is in the network and she right away looked bothered and lazy and told me the dentist in there office is not certified to do dental work and other explanations. She was to lazy to check insurance. I went to Sunrise Children's dentistry instead and right away took my insurance information and checked for me. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN THE SPECTRUM DONT GO HERE. RECEPTIONIST HAS NO PATIENCE AND GIVES YOU A MILLION EXPLANATIONS. I'm so disappointed in the way I was treated. We are a military family that was in search for a dentist for my special needs child and this lady was so lazy and so not helpful.

They called me to confirm 2x yea i didn't answere so what they did let me know i had to pay 25$ if i missed my appointment so obviously I'm not going to miss it plus my child needs the dental work!! One word HORRIBLE!!!!!!I made an appointment last week for my daughter and son. They called last minute to cancel my son's appointment because they have issues with my inusurance. They had enough time to do that or at least called me to let me know what is going on. IS THAT HOW YOU GUYS DO BUSINESS!? YOU WASTED OUR TIME! First dentist office I have ever been to that doesn't take emergency appointments. My daughter fell and hit her mouth and the next available appointment would be in 2 months. My other child needs a filling and her appointment can't be scheduled until 2 months later. Sorry, but working in pediatric dentistry these are red flags and big No No No's especially when it comes to kids.

OMG these place is awesome my kids come here and they make you feel very welcome and my son has eplisey and they took really good care of him and the are quick my son was in and out the whole staff is awesome I recommend everyone go here love atomsphere. The chick dentist was very gentle with my son. My wife was my nervous then my son but they were great thanks for everything you guys do!!!!

Brought my daughter in for a check up on 1/17/17 I was greeted right away which was really good. She was brought back for pictures and her cleaning the assistants were really nice and answered my questions. Also Dr. Campbell was super cute and nice very helpful. Great office !!!!!!!!!!!!

Front desk representative do not what they are doing. Tell you to come in as long your in the 15 mins mark. When you get there they do not what to service you. Give a appointment at 4:30 knowing that closing is at 5oclock then service is rush or refuse if late. Make no sense. Do not schedule a appointment at 4:30pm

Phenomenal Service! My son loves going here - they give out stickers and let the kids spin the wheel after their treatment. When I did not have insurance I chose to come here and pay cash because the service is amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful and the hygienist is gentle with my son. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place and they have ipads in the waiting room.

My kids Love this office! I took my 2 year old there for the first time a couple months ago and I thought she was going to be very nervous but the staff and dentists were so fun and friendly that they didn't feel uncomfortable once! My kids keep asking when do they get to go back to the dentist. Even my 6 year old who had 3 cavities wants to go back! The environment was fantastic. I am so impressed that I will never take my kids anywhere else!

The new doctor is so friendly! Even though the office is a little older, it is always decorated great for the kids and super clean. The receptionist is always super friendly and quick to answer any questions I have had.
