looking for a new primary care dentistry for my son and we decided to try this place out since it was close to home! it’s small but for our first time visit, all the team members were so friendly and very helpful. the doctor and assistants were so kind towards my 3 year old and had so much patience with him! looking forward to come back for his next appointment in 6 months!

Pop that was
Well, I'm not even sure where you start about this place. I don't typically leave reviews. As we were pulling in. I got a call from children's dentistry asking me to make an appointment for my children. Told the woman on the phone that we were pulling into their driveway that they had a 2:30 appointment. This should have been a red flag right in and there we got in at 2:15. Their appointment said 2:30. The first child did not go back until 4:00.
And I helped make the appointment. I let you know that two of the children who are ADHD and autistic. I was assured that they could meet the boys' needs. The waiting room was cradled very noisy which elevated both of the boys. There's only maybe 5 minutes at best and then they wanted us to book a follow-up for a deep cleaning for the two older boys. Bottom line, I will not take the boys back to this dentist even if it was the last dentist on the planet.

My 4 year old son had his first cavity filled and it honestly went way better than I expected. My son can barely get through a cleaning most days.
His dentist was SO patient and good with him. We were in and out in 25 minutes. No pain. All giggles during the process.

VERY UPSET!!!! And Irritated.. I clearly let them know my son has braces already which already cost me $$$$. When I get there they tell me I have to rip them out and pay again to put new ones cause they won't work with other dentist work. UNDERSTANDABLE but let me know over the phone. Don't bs me and waste everyone's time making me come down there. It's about that money you got for you seeing us. HONESTY GOES A LONG WAY.

Absolutely the greatest team ever. From dr Lee to the front staff the assistant technicians. My daughter had all her concerns met with great communication and understanding. Nothing but very amazing staff.

Definitely a pass my teen went in for his cleaning which consisted of them brushing and flossing his teeth. Absolutely waist of time. We set up a new appointment down the street where he got a proper cleaning

I’m giving the overall experiences 3 Stars. And this is why.. I have had difficulty in communicating with this dentistry. The phone number I had was disconnected. My child had a baby tooth removed. The recommendation was to have a spacer place in to save for the adult tooth’s arrival. She had a mold done for the fitting. An appt was set to have it done once the spacer was made and sent to their office. The office made a return date appointment. We come back on that day. The dental clerk takes us to the back and starts to prepare my child for an x-ray. I asked the dental assistant why is she needing an x—ray? She said just routine with a cleaning. I told her she just had a cleaning not even a month ago, that we are here to have a spacer place in. She said let me check and walked away to the front desk. She comes back and said, after checking, you’re right, I’m sorry for the confusion. Well, I was not happy at this point because you should know what your patients are here for. I shouldn’t have to tell you what you should be doing. In the end, the spacer had not been made, therefore not put in. I called and stopped in on a couple of occasions to check the status of this spacer. Nothing yet, I was told.
Now it’s 3 months later, we are back in their office. A Hispanic male looking dentist (because I don’t recall his name) is going to be putting this spacer in my child’s mouth 3 months after it was ordered, manipulated and forced it on her tooth. I complained that it doesn’t seem to fit! He responded by saying “It’s parents like you” that don’t know the process. I don’t need to know a process, when I can see that it’s causing her pain in what you’re doing. Now, let’s fast forward 2 visits after this incident. We saw 2 different male dentist in that office during the last 2 visits 6 months plus time. Both said, don’t worry about the spacer. My child’s tooth started to come in visibly through her gumline. They said the tooth would push the spacer off as it came in. Okay I said that’s was the in November 2025 I believe. As of Jan 2026, the spacer has taken somehow engaged the itself in the grooves of the tooth that is now completely exposed from the gumline. I had been trying to get ahold of this dental office on several occasions and have gone physical to their location only to find them closed. I make a call to their pediatrics office off N. Pecos. Spoke to 3 different people and played phone tag for 3 days. Spoke so some from their corporate office (?) and she was adamant that she was trying to help me with this issue, but left me with no resolution. She said someone will call me from the the office we go to, she will send them a message. I asked for the office number, she said there was a number to call. I asked how in the hell does a business not have a number for their patients? All in all I never got a call back.
I got dressed and drove up to the office once again only to find they were closed for lunch this time. I waited and went in as soon as they opened. Because now as of this date 03/19/26 her gumline started to swell and the tooth is growing in the crooked because of this spacer. I want it out today.
The front desk got her info, I asks what the process was in taking it out? She said she didn’t know but would get someone to explain. Someone came out, didn’t say who she was but said once they see her the dentist would make a decision. I told her I don’t care what the dentist thinks- I want that apparatus removed today. Got a appointment for 2 hours that day.
3:30pm came, we were there and saw a female maybe Asian decent dentist. She asks how we were doing and looked at my child’s previous x-rays, then asks her if she could take a look inside her mouth? And immediately said, oh yeah, this needs to come out. She tried to just pull it off. She said they would have to numb the area and then remove it. I told her that’s fine, she isn’t afraid of needles. She said it had been hurting her. They got it off!! And I’m happy but the tooth is crooked now! And that is this office’s fault for not taking it off sooner. Now what?

My friend goes here with her 3 kids and she recommended them to me, I went with her to speak to the lady at the desk on November 13th and she asked for my insurance card and ID, She took a copy of my insurance card (front and back) and stated that she needed to verify my insurance before any appointment was made, after waiting for a bit she said that everything was verified and that the she could schedule me in December. Closer to my daughter's appointment I get a text message saying that they don't have any insurance on file & asking how I would like to pay? I told them the lady already took it but they said she never saved anything in the system. They tell me that I could bring it in on my appointment and they'll take it there.
When I get there I give the girl with the colored hair my insurance and she's like "You need to have this verified before we see you" I told her the girl took it in November and said I was already verified which was why she made the appointment " her response was "Well we check insurance cards every month and yours wasn't checked" I asked her then why didnt you check this on the 1st knowing this appointment was coming up? With an attitude she's Like "idk but we close at 5pm so if I check this insurance your daughter might not be seen" after supposedly "checking" she tells me she can't verify anything and that they need to "call" the insurance but that could take a week, I told her that I have never heard of that from ANY Dentistry and i didn't understand how the first receptionist could find me in the system just fine but you can't, otherwise i would have made an appointment somewhere else. (Not once was i told that insurance is checked monthly excuse) not even the person texting me said anything, they even said to bring my card in and everything could be verified in the office. So that's a total lie.
Her response was "Idk what to tell you but we close at 5 so you're daughter can't be seen today, we can reschedule a month out" I said don't bother with that I'll go somewhere else and take my friends kids with me. Unprofessional, uninformative, and rude. All for what? To lose 4 patients all at once? You need to hire better people at your reception.
