I'd like to give a shout out to Yessenia- one of the staff members at the Heart Center of Nevada Summerlin office. My new insurance was giving me issues on covering one of my essential meds. Yessenia understood my concern and she was able to provide me some samples of my medication in the right dosage until my next visit with my cardiologist Dr. Majidi.

FYI: address is Suite 410...not what is listed on Google Maps! If you go to Suite 114 you end up at the Children's Heart Center. So take elevators to 4th floor, go right and Heart Center is right there.

This is my follow up to my hospitalization and my first time with congestive heart failure.
So my first appointment with Dr Bhatti.

Office staff seem great. Swift, efficient, and composed with a waiting room full of people. It took us about an hour to be seen.

The tech that did my EKG seemed to know what she was doing and actually left it on for more than 30 seconds.

However the doctor had a foot out the door after being in my room for 5 minutes.

I had so many questions and he barely listened to me.

I guess I'll go to Dr. Google for answers.

Awful. First experience there they were 90 mins behind on the appointment and didn’t even acknowledge it. Other Drs would have at least said “thanks for being patient I am sorry I’m running behind today.” They seem disorganized. I had a follow up appointment and they didn’t call or text to remind me, something pretty much every other Drs office does. After this I won’t return here.

Dr Chaudry is very thorough and caring. I had been referred to him by my primary care physician. He never stop to go deeper on the checking root cause of my heart problem. After thorough check, ultrasound, angiogram, TEE plus medication, he referred me to a cardiovascular surgeon to confirm his test results. Ultimately, I had open heart surgery in 2019. Thanks for all you do and caring service!
By the way he also has an awesome staff! I go to the Summerlin Office.

If you want a practice that respects your time, this isn’t it. I scheduled the first appointment of the morning to walk into a full waiting room without any open seats. Waited over an hour after my appointment time and there were still 6 other patients ahead of me.

Town Center office. Omg this place is awesome! The office is sooooooo clean and nice layout. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Acherman is the best! He is awesome with the kids. We had a consultation. Office was very fast and on top of that they did ekg and echo right then and there. I know ekg is routine but to have echo done same day instead of another fu appt. It was nice to have everything done all in one visit and not have to wait 2 hours. We just waited about 5 mins in waiting room and in the room. Honestly it was fast. Overall Great customer service and family friendly. I would recommended Children Heart Center Nevada to everyone. The only thing is to set up an initial consultation you do wait, we waited 2 months due to they are the only children specialist in town. Other than that it was worth it.
