I've been going to Dr. Francis for about a year and a half now. When my mother found him I was desperate, (we were desperate.) I could not work, I was having symptoms of sciatica, I was in constant excruciating pain, I could not walk or sit or lay down comfortably, I was overdosing on aspirin every single day just to relieve a little bit of the pain, I was smoking marijuana to help take my mind off of the pain. I felt totally hopeless and useless, I was over weight, I would drink alcohol on a regular basis, long story short I felt like I did not have much time left on this earth. My mom searched and searched for someone that could help me, she found Dr. Francis. Chiropractors and Kinesiology is not new to me, I've been going to a homeopathic chiropractor since I was very young, Moving from state to state over the years I no longer had access to the treatments that my body was used to and I am firmly against traditional medicine, pharmaceutical drugs, and invasive surgery.

Dr. Francis changed my life, during the first consultation I had with him, he found several issues with my organs and my body that I did not even know could be factors in the pain that I was suffering. He asked me one question, he said something along the lines of, "Will you follow my advise and do everything that I'm telling you to do if I guarantee you will get better?" Feeling hopeless and ready to just give up I figured that I had nothing left to loose and I agreed. I did every single thing that Dr. Francis told me to do, I changed my diet, I stopped all of my bad habits, I took all of the supplements that he told me to take, (and I stopped taking all of the supplements that I was taking that I thought I needed.) I did it all, I followed his advise and about two or three months into my treatments I was almost totally pain free. I could sleep again, I could walk, I could sit, I could drive my car comfortably again, I had hope again. My life was in front of me again. A year and a half later, I've lost 70 pounds, (without doing any exercise at all.) I can pick up and play with my children again, I can go for walks, I can fix things and do work around the house, I have my life back and it's all thanks to my mom finding Dr. Francis and his non invasive treatments and advise.

I don't know where I would be today if I didn't have Dr. Francis. I owe this man everything and I feel like the least I can do is share my experience in the hopes that someone out there like me, someone suffering, someone who feels hopeless, will find Dr. Francis and get to experience the life changing treatments that he offers. God brought this man into my life exactly when I needed him and I hope that if you need him, God brings him into your life too.

I have been looking for a doctor that specializes in kinesiology and uses the graston technique. I did a google search and Dr. Francis popped up with great reviews. I called and left a message stating what I was looking for and he called back with an ego out of this world! I told him what I was looking for again (since apparently he didn’t listen to the message I left on his voicemail) and he says ‘I practice applied kinesiology’ I said ok and asked, do you use the graston technique…. He says ‘I don’t even know what that is, I’ve practiced applied kinesiology for over 20 years and have never heard of that’ (with a very dismissive tone) so I kindly explained what it was and he said ‘no I don’t know what it is’. Ok I replied, and then I asked him if he could explain to me what applied kinesiology is (because all of the chiropractors that I have been in touch with know the Gaston technique so, I thought maybe applied kinesiology was different) and his words exactly were ‘Are you kidding me?’ And he laughed. He rudely told me to go on his YouTube and listen to a video because he’s very well known and has taught a year long course on it for a long time. As a possible new patient with questions, this man had zero communication skills. His arrogance was ridiculous and unnecessary.

Been coming here along with my mom for about a year or so now.

I have been seen and helped by Dr. Francis for the past 14 years, and I cannot thank him enough for the expertise he offers. If you're looking for a doctor who caters to individual needs (unlike traditional doctors who just slap a drug over anything) then this is the guy for you. I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Francis. If it wasn’t for him, I probably would have given into anti-anxiety meds, antidepressants meds or meds that I actually don’t need that comes with negative side effects. I went to emergency twice and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. I feel when a professional can’t figure out what’s wrong with you, the only thing they can do is mask it or just address the symptoms but not the cause because they don’t know what the cause of these symptoms are, which is understandable. Of course these meds help in so many cases, but I didn’t want to be dependent on meds if there was another way.
I actually couldn’t function and it was hard to focus. Everything was hard to do because I had no energy and felt like I couldn’t breathe in enough air. It was terrible, feeling at time as though I was dying thus going to emergency twice. Finally, someone referred me to Dr. Francis and with his gift of kinesiology and knowledge, he was able to help me with no meds and only supplements. I’m back to myself again which to me is a miracle. It doesn’t happen overnight but with consistency and patience, Dr Francise promotes healing in the most healthy way. I've been seeing Dr. Timothy Francis for several years now. I have gained my health level back through his treatments and suggested food program.
Before seeing him, I was struggling with fatigue and low energy, and my ability to play volleyball and pickleball was lackluster.
He was able to help identify the areas I could slowly improve through changing my food selections and giving me chiropractic treatments when I visited his office.
He is excellent in his care for you as a patient and working towards gaining your health back to an optimal level.

This is my second appointment with Dr. Francis. So after three months, in my first appointment I got healed! I had seen several doctors before and they didn’t know what was the problem with me and I was thinking that I had fibromyalgia symptoms. I felt like I had aged 20 years in the last year. About eight years ago, dr. Francis helped me with my thyroid problem and taught me proper nutrition; also, he put my palpitations under control--he's been taking care of me ever since. But I think I will be forever grateful to him for his latest success with me. After cataract surgery in Florida and seeing six top eye doctors in Florida, San Diego, and Los Angeles--he was the only one who finally took ever-present and dangerous eye pressure down. That pressure in my left eye was present for months, almost always above 22 mm Hg--sometimes rising to 34 mm Hg. But one visit to Dr. Francis, and a bit of patience later; my eye pressure is back to normal. I'm not the only one from my family he helped to--my daughter-in-law was suffering from asthma attacks, and she'd always been caring a couple of inhalators wherever she went.
