Worst place EVER! I ordered contacts and they NEVER called me when they arrived. I called them, and they were like, "Oh yeah, they're here." Ok. No biggie. Then I ordered glasses and they NEVER called me to tell me there was an issue. After about 3 weeks, I called them to find out where my glasses were and they told me they'd have some optic lady call me. She NEVER did. I called back twice and FINALLY she tells me that the frames are an issue and that the glasses aren't there. I told her I'd come in and pick new frames. The day I go in, they're closed for lunch ], but they were in there and could see me through the glass door, and the optic lady just sat in her chair staring at me while eating her lunch, and some front desk girl stared at me while doing her make up. I was furious since I barely have time to do stuff like this during the day. I finally went back and picked out some frames and they told me they couldn't put the order in because I had a balance of $64. WHAT!??!!?!!?f They NEVER told me about the balance before!!!!! This place is the WORST. No one knows how to do their job. I've only written 2 reviews in my life, and this is the SECOND! They suck so bad, I want the world to know it. Thanks for being the worst eye care on the planet Clear Vision Summerlin.

Really enjoyed seeing Dr Li. He was efficient and patient with my detailed questions. Next time I'll need to remember to schedule later to make the dialation less impactful to my day.

The scheduling and intake were very fast and easy. The admins were also nice and helpful. I had a prior provider hold and needed to make some phone calls to get it released, they were patient and nice about it even though it made me almost 10mins delayed from the scheduled start time.

Overall, I had a great experience at Clear Vision. Everyoneβ€”from the front desk to the doctorβ€”was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my exam, and the doctor was especially thorough and professional.

However, the checkout experience left a bit to be desired. I brought in my own brand-new Tom Ford frames (worth $600), and was asked to sign a waiver stating they wouldn’t be responsible if the frames were damaged during lens installation. That part I understand, but the way it was handled wasn’t great. The staff member at checkout was curt, avoided eye contact (no pun intended), and simply slid the waiver to me with minimal explanation. It came off as dismissive. I ended up declining to sign and offered to pay out of pocket for the lenses, but was then quoted an extremely high price.

I’d still recommend Clear Vision for their great service and knowledgeable teamβ€”but be aware that checkout can be a bit hit or miss depending on who you get.

Went for an appointment. Left due to front desk girl that was unprofessional and rude. Will not go back just because of her. Called district manager Bree and im awaiting her call on the matter. I just dont want anyone else to be treated like the way I did. That was just not called for and that girl needs to look for something thats not woth the public unless she would like to lose that entitled attitude. I feel bad for every single person that talks to her in that business. If she reads this I hope that it will open her eyes as to people dont like to be treated that way.

No one returns calls. I requested status of paid order by phone several times and get run around. No one is available or returns call as promised by front desk. Two weeks after glasses were due. Very poor communication on a $1000 order. West Sahara store.
Edit--. my original post mistakenly identified the Summerlin store They saw this and immediately responded and offered to look into the order. Someone there understands customer service. The Sahara store finally responded but not without an additional 15 minute hold for a 'the manager is in a meeting' response and another phone call less polite demanding to speak to so anyone who could look at the order. I now have a new promised delivery date without knowing why its a month past expectation. Vexing. Use the Summerlin store next time.

Ridiculous that they don't have a Return/Exchange Policy or of they do they didn't offer it. Pay attention to what you're getting. The lady who assisted my fiance was flipping back and forth through all these styles of lenses referring to them by numbers. Made us confused on which one we were getting. No visuals of differences other than a crappy print out to kind of show thickness. Thought we chose right until we picked them up. Turns out the lenses the lady kept deterring us from getting because they were "thicker" were the ones we thought we were getting and needed. We believed the lenses we were getting had the anti-glare. Which turns out to be essential for my fiance. Without them the way the glare hits the lenses and the glitter on the frames causes a disco ball effect. That is dangerous because my fiance has epilepsy! It can cause her migraines and possibly seizures! When we explained we wanted the anti-glare to begin with and not what the lady sold us on. The guy said we'd have to pay an additional $80. It would have been only $25 more if the original lady had sold us the right ones to begin with. So now we are stuck paying more for their mistake. The way she deterred us from getting the right ones makes me feel like she knew we would want those other lenses and intentionally made it so we'd be stuck paying more money then we should have. I've worked in various high-end customer service industries and was very disappointed that there was no effort to do any service recovery. It was a "nothing we can do" attitude. If I have to pay more money I might as well take her someplace else. Someplace where they will do it right the first time.

I came here to update my contact lenses prescription and the prescription on my glasses. After I waited patiently for my transactions to be added up, I was asked to come back because they had forgotten to charge me for my consultation. Then, when I went to pick up my glasses, they didn't have the case for them. When I gave them the glasses, I handed them over with the case. I ended up having to purchase another case on my own out of pocket. They didn't even offer to sell me another one. I'm not coming back to this location.

Ordered glasses from clear vision Afro double the price of Costco and took 3 and 1/2 weeks to get, tried to cancel the order and was not successful.

Poorest service in Summerlin or anywhere!!! Certainly to take my money though. I was in horrible pain and they wrote me a prescription they said will be ready in a couple hours....a day later the prescription has still not been called in - they β€œforgot”! after I stood in the office and they confirmed that they called it in while I was there . I tried them for two days over the weekend to see If I could reach the doctor to have the prescription they have no weekend phone service. I waited until Monday And called them and finally they called the prescription in at that time I ask that I speak to the manager or the manager gets a hold of me. The manager never followed up. Now it’s time for me to get a refill the prescription does have three refills but it also Hass to have authorization from the doctor before you refill it it’s been a week and a half and the doctors office will not confirm with CVS the authorization when I try to call the office you simply get voicemail they do not return phone calls. I will be changing doctors as soon as possible and will never returned to this facility again do yourself a favor if you’re in any type of pain, need help or you’re busy with work and other life duties do not go to this facility! Very sincerely. 100% factual on all I wrote.

I purchased 6 months worth of contacts. when trying the first pair in the same box i notice that on one eye i could see good but the other eye wasn't the same. I tried a second pair and the same issue. I went back to some old contacts that I had from an old batch and those were good. So i called this place and told them what was going on. They told me that they will order me some new one and to have the box from the previous order I said ok it wasn't a big deal 7 weeks past by and when i called for the fifth time they told me that it was ready for pick up. They gave me samples boxes I spoke to a manager they told me that they didn't care it's the same thing. I was like ok whatever when going home and trying them on they gave me the wrong contact. I will never go to this place again!

Absolutely horrible money hungry doctor they could not finalize my prescription and I moved because I could not be there to do my trial lenses they wouldn’t send them or transfer them to another doctor and they wrote on the prescription that it’s not finalized so I have to pay all over again somebody else in Ohio
Also when I asked them to ship me the glasses they charge me $15 and it only cost them $3.95 and they used Fed ex ground which took almost 3 weeks for my glasses to get here
These people are money hungry and don’t give two craps about you

I went in for an eye exam to update my prescription and Dr. Tong was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things during my exam. When the exam was done I asked for my PD (Pupillary distance) so I can order my glasses online as I have in the past, but she indicated that the place that I get my glasses from will take that measurement. Not a big deal since I can just use my previous PD, but I figured it was something they could easily provide since they measured it last time I was there.

While I was paying for my exam, my prescription was also provided and I noticed that the prescription strength had decreased instead of increased, which was unusual to me. The lady that was taking my payment said our vision can fluctuate. I asked if I can confirm with the doctor in case she entered in the wrong prescription and to get a better explanation. I also asked if the doctor could call me back, but the lady said I would need to set up another appointment in order to speak with the doctor since the doctor is on a strict schedule. I literally just had the appointment and wanted a confirmation from the doctor, which I thought is reasonable.

As others have stated, their service can use some improvement and I hope they provide better service to their patients in the future. Luckily there are plenty of other options in town.

9/9/2020 - 8:30am - Clear Vision Eye Center called me and said my glasses are in and we scheduled an appointment for me to pick them up. My glasses are correct. I will try somewhere else for my next eye exam/glasses purchase in 2021.
9/8/2020 - Reached out to my vision insurance about this situation. They called Clear Vision while I was on hold, The representative I was working with at Spectera was not able to get any information from Clear Vision and directed me on how to cancel the order and how easily CVEC could handle my refund to insurance (over the phone/immediate). She said the CVEC person she spoke with committed to having some type of answer 9/9/2020 afternoon, and my insurance said call then and if they did not have answer, walk them through cancelling procedures and have them call Spectera. I will call then.
8/22/2020 - (Please read full timeline before choosing to go here) Another week gone by with no communication or no glasses? No refund to me or my insurance? This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable! I NEED MY GLASSES! I've given a fair chance to make this right, now it's time to file a complaint with the BBB and reach out on other social media..........

8/13/2020 - A representative from Clear Vision called me to let me know they had contacted the lab about my glasses and gained no information on when my glasses would be complete.
Since I cannot see or work without my glasses, I requested a full refund to me and my insurance clearing me to go to another provider. I was informed that my refund usually takes 3 - 4 months? Obviously I am not okay with this...... Was also told was not certain how would be handled with my insurance?
I'm wondering why my frames purchased at clear vision can not be sent to an alternate lab to be made?
The person I spoke with was very apologetic and professional, but I requested this situation be sent to upper management they may be able to correct in a timely manner.

I had my eye exam on 6/12/2020. Received glasses approximately 9 days later, tried wearing for the weekend but the there was a problem with the lenses. I called during business hours and left a message but no one returned call. I called again 2 days later and spoke with a person who said she had to speak with the Doctor and someone would reach back out. 2 days later I was approved to bring glasses back to be remade. That was 6/24/2020...... I've called and let 3 messages that have never been returned. I called back mid-July and on Aug. 3rd and spoke with person who informed me that my lenses were out of stock and they had no idea when they would be in? It is now 8/12/2020 and I've had to spend $100 to replace my old glasses frames as a spring hinge broke and I still do not have my glasses? I am not happy with my experience here and thought I would share.

I had to get my glasses adjusted Three times. That Adjuster kept saying that it’s the way I’m holding my head and I told her I couldn’t see out of the glasses. very very bad experience will not go there again I felt that she was kind a rude. They kept trying to sell me an upgrade I should be able to see out of the glasses I bought I got progressive and ended up with getting the bifocal because I couldn’t see out of them.

The staff was nice and professional. The dr showed concern, explained everything she was doing and why. She gave me the option to ask questions. I would refer everyone to Clear Vision. I only have one concern and that is: why does it takes so long to get my new glasses.

Office staff were respectful, friendly, and caring. The Doctor herself showed respect and care for my questions and concerns and listened and even asked me if I had questions to just stop her and ask. My only gripe is the lobby near the entrance, very small, and lack of room to walk near the glass cases for glasses.

The staff at ClearVision Eye Centers, Summerlin are the best I have encountered. They made me feel like I was the only customer in the place. I called at the last minute and they were able to fit me in and made sure I was well prepared. Upon arrival, I was greeted and immediately felt comfortable. Everyone was so nice and the dr. was very personable and informative. I cant wait to go back and visit them!
