Dr. Hall is one of our favorites. He is very pleasant and receptive to questions. We changed insurance at work the first of the year, and are very thankful that he takes our new insurance. We wouldn't go to anyone else. I have had many of the MOHs surgerys and he makes this all bearable.

At first I started to wonder if the staff was friendly and caring. Customer service is extremely important to me. The greeting was ok but they were willing to listen and handle any issues. As some issues came about with their tablet they were apologetic and xare rnough to handle them with me. Once inside it got even better. From the nurse to the doctor it was a great and fun experience. Some further challenges took place with the pharmacy and once again they were very nice and efficient. Handled it quickly and would like to suggest making it easier for patients to get a hold of someone live in the office we went to instead of the 1 main number that makes it a little longer route to get in contact with you. Every office should have a number we can call to talk to someone.

I've been going here for last four years after a long hiatus. Easy to make an appointment and I receive text messages to remind me of the appointment or to make a new one. The staff is friendly. Being able to complete all paperwork ahead of appointment on line at home make the appointments speedy.

We are truly a case of reaction to the lovely sun ! Skin cancer has been on me for the last 15 years and now Dr. Hall is caring for me. He is VERY through in his examination and proceeds to freeze all the many little spots and sometimes he has to biopsy some places. We are very satisfied with Dr. Clifton Hall as he genuinely cares for his patients.

Doctor Hall is always nice and caring. He talks to me if i have concern on skin issue he always look over my skin an extra on my face. I feel like he keeps me on a schedule to be aware of any changes with new bumps and spot.
He has save me from finding cancerous area so treat them always.
My husband says the Doctor is a little heavy on the freezing times because he always stays with me. LOL his staff has always treating me by being caring. Keep up the great service.

Waited for almost 2 months to see him. On the day of the appointment, waited almost an hour, and when he finally saw me, he looked at my melasma, talked so fast like he was in a hurry. He was walking away and I was still talking to him asking him some questions. Total time spent with me: 3 minutes. He is an arrogant prick, talks like he's almighty, acts like a diva. DON'T GO TO THIS JERK. It is not worth the wait.

Dr. Hall is patient and willing to listen to me. I've had psoriasis for 30 years and took Enbrel for about 4 years. Couldn't afford it when I retired so the uvb light box treatment is very important. Currently I'm only going to treatment once a week.

Had a terrible experience. The doctor was rude & detached. He asked me one question at the end & showed complete disregard for my feelings while giving me constant discouraging news.

Basically an update. I wrote this when I was about 16, but the dermatologist at the time was very very rude. I’m a 16 year old girl with very large burns on my hands I did not ask for. His only response to me as a cosmetic dermatologist was, there’s nothing at all I can do - sorry. I doubt anyone else could ever be able to fix it. You’re too old now. The nurse will be in to assist you.

My heart was shattered. I’ve never gone to another dermatologist or surgeon since.

This place is a joke. I went in for rosacea and a recurring rash - and got meds thrown at me. I asked why my rash came right before my period - and he said I needed to moisturize more instead of telling me he didn't know or suggesting I see a different type of doctor to figure it out.
