Best urgent care experience I have ever had. I was in pain in Las Vegas attending a conference for work & Complete Family & Urgent Care helped me. They were so attentive and caring. PA Jermaine Flanagan got right down to business and examined the area of my arm/elbow where the pain was centralized and had resurfaced. He pinpointed the issue and came up with a treatment plan to help address the pain until I see my primary in the State of my residence for more extensive diagnostic testing. Thank you, Complete Family & Urgent Care. You'll are amazing ❤️

I am hoping they did help my daughter, who had a serious case of food poisoning ,feel a bit better. We called ahead to get the wait time and we're told 2-2 minutes. We arrived 20 mins later to be told it would be an hour because the provider was out to lunch. When I said we would have gone elsewhere had we been told, the "medical assistant" left and returned to ask if we were ok with a "virtual" visit. Again, had we known that was an option.. When we said yes, they insisted on checking out insurance first even tho I said I would pay. When they determined because we were out of state that was the virtual visit would be $60, we agreed. It took another 30 mins before the virtual meeting. The Dr was great, very direct, caring and had a plan for her immediately. The medical assistant woman did not seem to really be familiar with her job, mostly reading things and twice we had to correct her directions that were different from the Dr. She didn't know how to start an IV or properly give a shot. Also, it felt like there was a constant attempt to "upsell". A vitamin B12 shot for energy, an allergy test, additional meds in the IV, etc. What start as a $60 visit, $100 IV treatment ended up being $350. While trying to pay, had to wait again ( our Uber waiting ) the girl asked if I had cash ("it costs so much more when you charge it). I'm waiting to make sure this treatment really helps -🤞

I came in without an appointment because my 7 yo daughter was in pain due to an ear infection. We’re on vacation, from out of state and I was feeling worried about finding a good provider in a timely manner. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff. They’re all very helpful and understanding. The doctor was great too. In about half an hour we were out with a prescription and on our way to pick up antibiotics from a pharmacy down the road. The facility is clean and well organized. I wish I had this urgent care in my hometown, in California. Great experience, would highly recommend to anyone looking for fast and efficient medical care. Fatima and Jermaine were very friendly, and helpful and getting me the care I needed, and working within in my budget. If your looking for quality care where the people treating you actually listen, then this is the place for you. Also they offer a lot services from Urgent care, to Sports medicine, Semagluetide injections, Lipotropic B-12 injections etc.

Love coming here. They are able to get me in quickly. I highly recommend the IV antibiotics and Vitamin mixture. It works miracles if you’re feeling under the weather. They are also way cheaper than most places I have been to get an IV!

I came in this afternoon without an appointment and with a very bad ear infection. I am from out of town and was honestly feeling desperate and worried that I would not be able to find a good provider in a timely manner. I met with Alfredo in the front lobby and he was awesome. He was so kind, considerate and even gave me a water bottle to help with my sore throat while I waited to speak with the doctor. She was great as well. I not only left in less than an hour with a prescription, I was able to get my medication from the pharmacy up the road less than an hour later and am already using my antibiotics. I honestly wish this urgent care was in my home town in Oregon. Great experience. Thank you Alfredo!
