I have to say that it’s been over 30 years since I had a root canal and it was NOT a good experience so needless to say I was very nervous. I also, since then have had cervical spine surgery so that added to my anxieties due to if I don’t support my neck a certain way , I will have spasms that lead to headaches. Dr. Tay and Lara were amazing! They showed such compassion and kindness towards me. They took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and in the correct position with both my neck pillows. They explained the process and made sure all my questions were answered. I have to say, it went much much better than I thought it would! They are very patient oriented and excellent in the service they provide from the front office to the back office. What I really appreciated , is that you can still text or call the endodontist with any concerns. I highly recommend their office! This is coming from a nurse of 39 years.

I was not thrilled that I had to get a root canal, was a bit nervous as I have had one before and it was a terrible experience,
I was met by Lara, the Dental Assistant. Lara put me at ease, had me laughing right away.
She told me how having a root canal is easier now.
Dr. Tay walked in, introduced himself and I felt very safe, comfortable in his hands. Dr. Tay was very professional, explained everything to me.
The office was clean and staff friendly.
I recommend Cox and Tay Endodontics if you need a Root Canal 😊

I was referred to Cox and Tay by my dentist for a severely infected molar that needed a root canal, a delicate and thorough procedure. The pricing was clear and upfront, the staff was very knowledgeable and Dr. Matthew Cox was a genuine consummate professional. I would never say that dental work (especially in my particular case) pleasurable... but if it has to be done this is the person that I want doing it. Thank you Dr Matthew and the staff at Cox and Tay, you all rock 🤘

Dr. Tay, his assistant and the office staff were awesome. I was greeted warmly and had the smoothest root canal ever. I am a person who is deathly afraid of the dentist (child hood trauma) and Dr. Tay put me at ease. He made sure before he started that I couldn’t feel anything and then kept checking in with me. I was so happy by the end, I asked him if he could be my regular dentist. He’s amazing and easy to talk to. I had a question after arriving home and Dr. Tay himself called me back. I can’t say enough about this office. I’m sure you will have a great experience as well.

I received exceptional care. Dr Tay and his staff recently performed a complex root canal on my tooth and I was incredibly impressed throughout the entire experience. I especially appreciated that Dr Tay personally called the day after the procedure to see how I was doing. It was a pleasure being under his care and I would highly recommend his practice to anyone in need of dental services.
