I had to take my daughter to urgent care because she stepped on a sliver of glass and we couldn't get it out. Dr. Clifford was the attending physician, and he couldn't have been more caring and patient with my daughter! It took him a while to be able to carefully maneuver the sliver out, and as he was working on it he constantly paid attention to how my daughter was reacting and seeing if she was in pain. He apologized to her several times when he saw her wince in pain. He was finally able to get the sliver out, and he continued to be vey courteous as he explained that the nurse would be in in just a few minutes to release us. We need more doctors like him who are so caring and have such great bedside manner!
