This dental clinic is outstanding truly deserves five stars. Let’s start with the staff very knowledgeable very accommodating very kind. It was an absolute pleasure to experience this process at a dental clinic. Most dental clinics people are scared of but rest assure once you visit here you’ll feel at home. Now for the Dentist, she was stellar Dr Loveline Reyes has a great bedside manner very gentle and eases a lot of fears of being at the dentist. I find it ridiculous that they require you to come in for a consultation before giving an estimated quote when I’ve already been referred to them by my dental office. And for what? For them to charge me $200 so they can tell me what everyone else has told me already and put a price tag on it. What sense does that make??

They were 1 out of 3 offices I was recommended and other oral surgeon offices had no issues with telling me the max price I would pay (in the worse case scenario) given the scans already provided by my dental office. If I end up going to another office due to affordability or if i don’t end up liking the clinic then that’s $200 wasted that could’ve been used for my procedure. Just wasting time and money.

I drive all the way from California just to see Dr. Ponce, and she is worth every single mile! I’ve had such a positive experience with Delicate Dental! Ms. Shaniece has been helpful and accommodating from the very first time I came in—I honestly feel like I made a friend. We exchanged numbers, and I’m so glad we did because when I needed to schedule again and couldn’t remember the practice name, she even answered my call on her day off to help me out.

She has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand everything, including helping me navigate some minor data-entry mistakes that initially resulted in a misquote of my out-of-pocket expenses. I also really appreciated her honesty when I asked about additional services, including teeth whitening. Instead of simply booking something I was interested in, she explained why it would be better for me to hold off, and she did so in a way that made complete sense to me.

Armani and Sally are always so sweet, welcoming, and understanding. I genuinely appreciate that they remember me when I come in, compliment me, and make me feel comfortable. Those personal touches really do make a difference, and Ms. Shaniece is no exception!

Dr. Hoang especially impressed me with how thorough and considerate he was. During my initial evaluation, I was told that I had gum disease and would need a deep cleaning, along with more cavities than I ultimately needed treatment for. Dr. Hoang took the time to thoroughly reassess everything and determined that I did NOT have gum disease and did not need the deep cleaning. He also identified that I had two fewer cavities requiring treatment than I was initially told.

What stood out to me most was that his thoroughness actually resulted in me needing less treatment and spending less money. That gave me a strong sense that he was focused on being efficient and effective rather than simply performing additional services. He even took care of a super-old chipped tooth while he was working on everything, which I really appreciated!

I also loved that Dr. Hoang kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. When healthcare and dental care can obviously equal time AND money, I truly appreciate a provider who respects both.

Overall, Delicate Dental has given me a combination of professionalism, transparency, efficiency, and genuine personal care that is hard to find. From Ms. Shaniece, Armani, and Sally to Dr. Hoang, I truly appreciate the way this team treats me like a valued person—not just a patient. I’m very grateful for my experience and would absolutely recommend Delicate Dental!

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Reyes and Holly, the assistant. I have always been very nervous and scared when it comes to going to the dentist, so walking into an appointment can be a stressful experience for me. From the moment I arrived, though, they both made me feel comfortable, heard, and completely at ease.

Dr. Reyes was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. I never felt rushed or like my concerns were being dismissed. Everything was explained to me clearly, and I really appreciated how much time was taken to make sure I understood what was going on and felt comfortable with the treatment. Having a doctor who understands that some patients are genuinely afraid of dental work makes such a huge difference.

Holly was absolutely amazing as well. She was so friendly, gentle, and comforting throughout my visit. She helped make an experience that I was really nervous about feel so much easier. She was attentive to how I was feeling and made sure I was comfortable along the way. Sometimes it’s the little things — a reassuring word, patience, and simply having someone who understands that you’re nervous — that can completely change the experience, and Holly did exactly that for me.

I walked into the office feeling scared and anxious, but I left feeling relieved and so much more confident about going to the dentist. That says a lot about the kind of care they provide. It is clear that Dr. Reyes and Holly genuinely care about their patients and want them to feel safe and comfortable.

If you are someone who is afraid of the dentist or gets anxious about dental appointments, I would absolutely recommend giving this office a try. Having compassionate people like Dr. Reyes and Holly taking care of you makes all the difference. I am very grateful for how comfortable they made me feel, and I will definitely be returning. I came for an appointment at 8am. Got there at 7:40am and was told to sit down. After an HOUR of seeing patients get paper work and being seen, (way after I came in) I went back to the counter and asked was my appointment running behind and did I need to come back. They finally asked for my name again and asked me to fill out paperwork only to tell me the doctor that takes my insurance is not in and I have to call to be seen again. This was a major inconvenience, finding a sitter, driving over here to be turned around after an hour of sitting there waiting for care and nobody communicating I cant be seen. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Initially, I left a positive review two years ago for my first and only visit. They insisted that I write them a good review before I left, which felt very coercive.

While the staff seemed pleasant at the time, this changed when I recently encountered billing issues for this visit, which was two years ago. First, they failed to notify me of the overdue balance on my account. Then, they kept me in a loop with both them and my insurance provider until they eventually agreed to resubmit my insurance claim. Initially, when I requested them to do so, they said it wasn't possible. However, after calling several times and speaking with different staff members at the office, they eventually agreed to resubmit the claim. Not only did they deceive me, but they also tried to manipulate me in paying them by falsely claiming that it was impossible to resubmit my claim, despite discussions on the matter.

It's very clear now that this place prioritizes profits over genuine customer service and will take any opportunity to take advantage of someone, which is extremely disappointing. Please avoid coming here!

For the doctor who did my procedure I give him 5 stars. About over a month ago I got procedure done I paid out pocket til the insurance approved it. The procedure was successfully done ,after paying for procedure they got my reimbursement check that suppose to go to me for paying for it. While this happening it finally came in a month later after the procedure. I called a lot times to see if they have gotten the reimbursement check. That why I’m writing the review when they got my reimbursement check they took about $400 away from it. When I try to communicate with billing department they informed me the reason why it cause of certain codes they know my insurance won’t cover. From this information I called my insurance company and the provider never made a claim readjustment for doctor work there was no proof of that work .My insurance question how can they know what my insurance can even cover . I finally called yesterday in the call I was asking why after over 30 days of procedure I was never notified that I had a left over balance or shown a receipt of the balance and work they did. Never once disrespecting the associates .Now in call the associates became verbally aggressive/ and giving pushy response when I ask send me the receipt. That I even let her know that I’m not disrespecting her when she was using term like”oh sweetheart I’ll send you the receipt.” My main question to her why didn’t I get call or notice in between each call for my reimbursements I did for my left over balance. Lastly every establishment has pay as you go til you pay off. Why after 30 days after the procedure I never got call or letter of a balance. It when they got the reimbursed check they deducted it without proof or acknowledgement of paying customers. About 24 hours of that call I still haven’t received the left over balance and the information of doctor work ,no receipt. We are paying customers shouldn’t be disrespected or denied access to understand why there was no communication on the establishment part.

First off, they called my daughter in at 9am, they left her in there for 2 hours and the lights turned off twice, they only started on my daughter at 11:30 when I called about it, while she was waiting, one of the staff came and asked my daughter to do a “survey” but she just wanted a five star review, she stood behind my daughter until she gave 5 stars then she left her in there again, she just got her fillings done in February and 4 of them fell out with in 3 months. This is not the first time, in February her appointment was at 3pm and they left her in there for so long without telling me what was going on, I was in the front waiting for her when the lights turned off because the office had already closed, it was already 7pm and I had to walk in the back to check on my daughter because they told me nothing about if she was okay. I really do not recommend this place and we will not go here anymore.

I went in to Delicate Dental for a really bad toothache. They were able to see me on very short notice. The dentist that I got was named Dr. Reyes. She was really nice and explained all of my options for getting a dental implant. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a dentist.

Very professional, very knowledgeable and overall SO easy to talk to. The dental assistants were amazing, always so sweet, and GENTLE with their movements. Dentist herself was even better! Very fast, efficient and beautiful with her communication.
