I’m very disappointed with my experience at Desert Sky Dental. My gums are still hurting, and I’m concerned that my issues were not adequately addressed. I called to ask for quotes about dental services as I am looking for a new dentist, but the office administrator refused to give a price quote even though I knew the exact service I needed (a single surface filing)...

I informed the office administrator that I was fully aware of the possibility that my service level could change after an exam, but that I was simply in the process of vetting a new dentist due to a filing having fallen out, and part of the vetting process included clear up-front pricing...

The Office Administrator absolutely refused to issue a ball park quote for their services...

It's a shame, as the dentists here appear to have good reviews, but the Office Administrator's demeanor and refusal to give price quotes ensured that I would not find out if the dentists were any good.

My husband, who has a Trumatic brain injury, is required sedation dental treatment. So we are always hard to find the right dentist. My husband had been through several dentist extracting his infected tooth, but it wasn't successful. Finally VA introduced Dr. Cutler. Dr. Cutler took care of Bruce's teeth today. While he was on the sedatin, Dr. Cutler exercised proper protocol and explained to me very well. I was impressed by his professional experty and genuine care.

I am a new patient. The staff is very friendly a helpful to accommodate emergency situations. I just had 3 oral surgeries before my first appointment and they adapted to give the care on the day I could come in. The waiting room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Cool waters are provided if needed. I received an exam, comprehensive xrays, as good a cleaning as possible considering my recent oral surgeries and a fluoride treatment. My Dental hygienist Casey, was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained many things while working on me. When Justin, the Dr. came in, he did an examination and showed what was going on in my mouth. We discussed a plan of action, what he can provide and feels confident is right, I discussed my thoughts on it and on some preceding dental offices situations that left me looking for a new place to trust my care. All is good, Amy set my new appointment in the works and I'm a new patient. I am recommending Desert Sky Dental if you are looking for a new place to trust your oral care or if you are thinking your dental care is currently what you think it should be.

I have been with this dental practice now for some time. I had to add on how pleased I have been with my dental care here. When I come in for an appointment, I feel so welcomed. They greet me by name! As I head into the back to where I will see the doctor, several other employees greet me by name! Doc does a great job with all of my dental work and is patient while answering any questions I have. Sometimes hearing the same questions twice from me and he is still patient. lol. I had my first visit to Desert Sky Dental on 10-24-22 & when I entered the lobby of the office, I thought I had entered a Beverly Hills posh establishment, similar to a resort hotel.Immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist, I had done the paperwork online prior to my visit, I relaxed while my history was checked, & in 2 minutes I was brought back to a high tech, immaculate treatment room & greeted by one of Dr's assistants.My vitals were checked & my x-rays were completed in a fashion that I had not experienced before.Very quickly while standing, definitely the latest way for a complete picture of my teeth.I was led back to the treatment room & the assistant had me tilted back in a welcomed position.A few minutes later Dr.Cutler introduced himself & began explaining what issues I had throughout my mouth & what needed to be taken care of.I knew right away I was in the hands of a professional dentist.He was 100% spot on with his analysis without me having to point out what was bothering me.Obviously Dr.Cutler has the knowledge & experience to make a complete assessment of what my former dentists missed.I knew I found the right professional.When the examination was completed, I scheduled immediately.To say I was confident I would be taken care of properly & would have all the follow-ups needed, I highly recommend Desert Sky Dental & Dr.Cutler with honest to goodness 5 stars !

Desert Sky Dental is a very nice dental office. They are professional, friendly and the entire staff from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist are extremely knowledgeable and very warm and welcoming. They are well organized and I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen and at the same time they really took their time with me to make sure I knew what course of treatment was recommended and why. I couldn’t be happier about Doctor Cutler. I had really bad dental fear from a previous experience at a different dental office. I came to Desert Sky needing to have a root canal on a tooth that was under my bridge. Dr Cutler took the time to explain everything to me until all my questions were answered. During the procedure, I felt no pain at all. He asked me several times how I was. And walked me through how much longer it would take. I walked out of that office amazed. And for the first time in a year and a half, I can eat on the left side of my mouth!!! Thank you, Doctor Cutler!

Everyone there is so kind and helpful, especially having to deal with the DEVIL 😈 (Insurance 😂); And Dr. Cutler's work is beyond reproach. Let's face it... Going to the dentist is scary and unpleasant. But his calm demeanor and excellent work has allayed my fears completely 🤗. I'm so glad I found y'all. I have a lot of work that still needs to be done, but I'm not the least bit nervous or fearful. It's always a joy seeing your whole staff in there. Thanks for everything 🥰
