My 5 & 6 year old came today and the staff made them laugh nonstop, explained every single step to my kids /myself & the doctor was very sweet to my kids. The doctor explained my daughter’s treatment to me, which made me at ease. I Highly recommend.

This was the first time my 5 year old would even open his mouth at the dentist. I think it was partially because he walked in with a different attitude today, but it was definitely also the staff! I bet they thought I was nuts when I said my son would be difficult because both my kids ended up being perfect angels! 😇🤣 We have been to multiple different highly recommended dentists and they were great but my son needed more proactive interaction and patience showing him what was happening every step of the way and they definitely passed the test! Best dentist ever! My son has been going here for years. We've seen 3 different dentists and all 3 are great. Dr. Hyer and Dr. Tate are our favorites but we haven't seen anyone bad. Some of the office staff haven't been too friendly but the wonderful doctors make up for that. They do not try to charge you for crap you don't need or talk you into doing things. The ladies who manage the office are amazing. They are understanding and extremely accommodating to our needs and requests. We had to reschedule our appointment several times due to insurance changes for our family and they always responded with kindness and willingness to help. Dr. B and the hygienist were excellent but we needed a follow-up appointment to have one tooth removed with sealing our molars and Dr. Hyer and his assistant on that day were spectacular too. I have never witness such excellent techniques to ensure my child was comfortable and afraid. We’ve been taking our 4 kids(ages 4-10) to Dr. B’s for the last 6 years and we’re not going anywhere else! Front desk is friendly and organized, all assistants are so sweet with the kids and attentive to their cleanings and my kids love both of the doctors. I was the kid that was terrified of the dentist when I was little, my kids are the opposite. They get excited for their regular visits and are comfortable with the staff and I think that says a lot. The office is clean and decorated in a surfing theme, they have Disney movies playing, themed toothbrushes for the littles and a fun reward basket to choose from. We love Dr. B’s!

Everything about this dentist office is outstanding. The staff up front are helpful. I’ve only ever had to wait a few minutes before my kids are called back. The dental hygienists are so good and patient with kids. Their goal is to make sure the kids are comfortable and not afraid of going to the dentist. We’ve been going to Dr. B’s for a few years now and I take my 6 and 12 year old daughters there. They absolutely love going to Dr. B’s. The staff is very friendly and they make the kids feel super comfortable at every visit. My 6 year old actually got excited when I said they had a dentist appointment and I’ve never heard of ANY kid being excited to visit the dentist. We love Dr. B’s!! All 5 of my kids go here. Dr. B is sooo good with kids, making them feel at ease for any dental procedure, whether it’s an exam or a filling or anything. We’ve also seen Dr. Hyer and he is equally as good with kids. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire office is decorated with a chill beachy vibe. I was hesitant to have my son go through another extraction, because the last dentist he saw (at another practice) was so traumatizing for him. Dr. Chandler Hyer was amazingly quick and painless! Just went here today for my 4 year old daughter's 6 month check up it was her first time going here and she loved it! My daughter had a tooth that had become discolored and had a bump on the gum above it. Dr B’s got us into an appointment quickly and took an X-ray to confirm that it was abscessed. The dentist showed us the X-ray and explained our treatment options. I really appreciated that they got her in quickly to take care of it. My daughter liked how friendly the staff was. She also liked that she could watch a movie playing on a screen above her chair while the dentist worked on her tooth because it made the experience less stressful.

I was so nervous going into my son's appointment. He is 3 and this was his second time ever seeing a dentist. Being his first time in this office I knew he was going to be scared and cry. When the hygienist called him back he started to cry. The hygienist picked him up and then proceeded to do everything to make him as comfortable as possible. He got to the point he laughed through the whole appointment. He was even so comfortable that he took x-rays willingly. I grew up around many dentist offices because of my mother's career and I have never felt or seen the joy in an office like I saw today. Our daughter woke up with severe mouth pain this morning. She's not one to complain ever, so I called and they were going to get us in this afternoon. When she started crying, I called back and asked if we could just go sit and Wait and hope to get in earlier. They said to come on in. From start to finish, everyone was so kind and patient with her. GREAT children's dentist! Staff is very patient with little kids and makes them feel very comfortable. My son (5 years old) needed a couple hours worth of work done and told me he wasn't scared at all. Up front about out of pocket costs and honest about work needed and what will work. I know this because I was quoted WAY more somewhere else and that place was abrasive getting x-rays. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. B.'s office. Even though my son needed extra work noticed during his procedure, Dr. B said he wouldn't charge us more. I have found my son's permanent dentist here who cares more about his patients than profit.

6 months ago we had a really great experience. The dental assistants back then we’re great and you can feel that they care. Today’s visit we we’re treated like we’re just another patient. Thoroughly impressed by the staff, from the time we walked through the front door, to the back office, to the check out. Dr B is cool and the assistants are so sweet. They work amazingly well with kids!

Waiting area has some toys and books, and they have a children’s movie playing. There are TVs in the back for the kids to watch while they have their teeth cleaned, as well. It was a great distraction while my son had his fillings done.

My favorite part is that they have the option to do no fluoride!! This is definitely our new go-to dentist office. Thanks Dr B and staff!

I went in for an evaluation back in June 2024- they said they would contact the insurance company to get an approval. Two months passed and I did not hear from them. Turns out the team forgot to send in the pre-auth. She sent in that day and it got approved two weeks later. We scheduled an apt and the day before they told me the machine was broken that they had to reschedule. They would call me back whenever they fixed it. I called January 2025 because it has been over six months. They said someone would call me because the scheduler was out to lunch. It is now March 2025 and no follow up.

My son had a really bad dental experience when he was about 7 years old and it has really stuck with him, even at age 11. I absolutely love this dentist office. We have been taking our son here for a couple of years and now my 3 year old goes. The dentist even looked at my 1 year olds gap while the other kids were there. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They are all so great with kids! All of my kids love going to the dentist now. They also have a little play area and are always playing good disney movies on the tv screens for the kids. Thank you Dr. B's office!

Somehow, they are always on time! If your appointment is 8:30, your going back within minutes. The staff is super friendly and great with kids. Dr. B loves what he does and you can tell in his work. My daughter loves the Dentist because of this office!

Our boys have been seeing Dr. B for years now. We are always very pleased with our experience. Dr. B is kind, caring and always willing to answer any questions. This office texted me to set up a six month check up for my son. I called back and the
Receptionist was very rude and short, she had said that her next availability wasn’t until the middle of October which would put it eight months out almost 9. I said do you happen to have anything a little sooner for his check up and her response was no and if you want to change Dentest than you need to call us and let us know. I will not return to this office. I had tried to make an appointment after the first visit and the front deck said we will text you to schedule when it gets closer to your sons appointment. Fabulous dentist! Dr. Heier works with you to make sure your little one is comfortable and that trust is developed. We came from another pediatric dentist that was so traumatic and the same filings, extraction, sealants were done here with smooth sailing and no fear from my son. Dr B is Best best best best dentist EVER. I even feel like crying during this review, because this dentist has definitely changed our lives in the most positive way in regards to my 5 yr old daughters dental treatment. We first started going to dr B when my daughter Yzza was about 2 yrs old. I was so desperate to find a kind dentist, after an absolutely horrible experience at a different summerlin dental office. My daughter was just so terrified of dentists until we met Dr B. At our first appointment Dr B, encouraged me to hold my daughter during the entire exam and was so very gentle with my daughter. Due to a family medical condition, my daughter could not receive general anathesia so he could have 100% percent rejected my daughter as a his patient. However, being that he is NOT money hungry whatsoever he chose to kindly treat her and now 3 yrs later, my daughter loves going to the dentist more than she likes Disneyland lol. It’s incredible, as a parent we are always trying to give our children the best and I know that Dr. B was and is the best dentist I could’ve chosen for my daughter. My daughter has absolutely no fear of dentist any more! Thank you Dr. B you are an angel !

Dr. Baggaley is my children's dentist, and he is so amazing with all 4 of my little kids, including my 22-month old baby boy. I personally deal with a lot of doctors and people in my line of work, and I know that Dr. Baggaley is the kind of doctor who instills a lot of confidence, he is professional, he is smart, he is kind, and he exercises good judgment. He recently extracted 3 teeth from my 7-year old's mouth under light sedation. He was quick, and he was understanding and kind to my daughter, which kept her calm and cooperative. One tooth was causing an abscess and the other two needed to be removed to create more room for her permanent teeth that had grown in behind other permanent teeth. Thank you, Dr. Baggaley, for making that experience as effortless and flawless as possible, and thank you for always being so good to my family.

I took my son to have work done. On our first appointment for an exam and xray, we could hear a child screaming in agony for nearly 20 minutes. It wasn't the screams of a scared child. It was the scream of someone in pain. It was horrible. We had already been to many dentists trying to get my son's teeth done. I thought this may have been a fluke problem or that maybe I just misconstrued the situation. We came in for our 2nd appointment to have work done on my son, but because my son wears a heart monitor (despite already informing the office ahead of time and having the cardiologist and pediatrician approval for treatement) the dentist refused to treat my son. Our time was thoroughly wasted. Although in hindsight I'm glad this dentist did not perform work on my son. The more I think about that poor child screaming and seeing him crying (he was around 8 or 9) when he came out of the office, I feel like we totally dodged a bullet. I would never leave my child unattended with this dentist. There are literally hundreds of other dentists in the valley. Think twice before coming here and always get a second opinion.
