Excellent customer service and overall a great dental office. My husband and I were so pleased with this office that we switched our kids from another office to ours after we found out Dentistry For Families accept younger patients as well. Entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Soard is very good at answering any questions you have, giving different options for treatment. Never feel rushed during appointments like so many doctors make you feel just want to hurry and get to next patient. So far has been one of my best experiences in a dental office. I am having extensive work done, and am very pleased with this Doctor and staff and recommend him to everyone. My grandson has also used him and was very happy with his work and staff.
Update- Have been seeing Dr. Zachary Soard for a few years now, still as happy with them as I was from the beginning. Because of a medication had taken for years, teeth were breaking off and cracking. Zac pulled all my teeth, did full dentures with implants. He did a wonderful job, took care of any problems that arose. Couldn't be happier with entire experience. Now I just go twice a year to clean post and make sure everything is still working fine. If a problem arises they are wonderful about getting you in as quickly as possible. Now my whole family uses him, and are just as happy with them as I am.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The office is clean and by the reception area there is a huge salt water aquarium with beautiful fish. Dental Assistant Dania was polite and professional. Doctor and his staff are amazing. I’m from out of town and Dr. squeezed me in his extremely busy schedule. My mother had to bring me and it was the highlight of our week! We laughed so hard and his staff stayed with us throughout the visit and was there to answer questions and keep us updated. His prices were extremely understandable and within reason. I have been going to Dr. Zac's office for quite a few years now. We love their staff and the happy and welcoming atmosphere they create. The night before my cleaning appointment, I was flossing and popped my crown off of one of my teeth. I reached out to Dr. Zac the next morning and he was able to squeeze me in to fix it. Lindsay, one of the hygienists, has a way of putting you at ease. She's so friendly and gentle, yet thorough, as she cleans your teeth. I brought my kids in with me for their teeth cleanings and they loved it. That says a lot about their office. My kids really do get excited to go and look forward to their appointments.

Literally the best dentist I’ve ever had….and I hate the dentist. I am literally the worst—I don’t floss, I pretend my teeth don’t hurt until I literally have gangrene in one of my root canals (true story) and then have to had the most insane procedures….theyre amazing. Dr. Soard is amazing. He has been my dentist for the last couple of years and not once has he ever tried to pressure me into getting any unnecessary work done. He has always answered any question I had, even if I was only there for a cleaning. When he removed my cracked bridge, he calmed me down before the procedure (I was having a panic attack) and made sure to continuously check that I was ok during the procedure. Dr. Soard and Amber was amazing. Shout out to Autumn as well, she is amazing with my cleanings, and I barely feel anything. Dr. Soard’s staff (the receptionist, assistant, the Hygienist, the young lady who put the finishing touches on my teeth cleaning) were awesome. Dr. Soard was exceptional. After 1 year my implant needed to be removed and cleaned. I thought it would hurt to remove but Dr. Soard assured me it would not hurt and he was correct. To be honest I almost never write reviews online (good or bad) but for this place I just HAD TO. I’m not kidding when I say i genuinely ENJOY going to the dentist now. Had a great experience today i was seen but im pregnant so we skipped the xrays but ill be getting a cleaning soon my main reason for going to this place was for my son my husband took him to a smile reef location and my husband was very upset with how they were treated, they were rushed in and out. They wanted to charge over 10k in work but my biggest issue is how they wanted to do all this work on him and he is only 6 autistic and already deathly afraid. My son is on the spectrum he needs time and patience this location was so kind and patient with him unfortunately they couldn’t take xrays but they referred us somewhere that would take care of him but if the xrays reveal more wed like to come back here i loved how good they were with my boy.

Friendly and professional staff! My 13 year old kid loved the experience of the exam and cleaning, calling the staff sweet and the dentist having a positive vibe. I can't wait for my exam and cleaning. That's saying a lot. ☺️

2 years later, daughter is now 15.5. She still loves this dentistry. I love the dentist and dental assistant. Super friendly and helpful.

...3 years later, my kid is now 16, and we still feel the same way. The staff is always welcoming and gives a positive vibe. ❤️ They are gentle with my teeth as well. I highly recommend them. In fact I recommended them to my sister and her family and they've been going here since.

Best group of people i have the pleasure to see every 6 months for all my dental needs. Very Friendly. The girls tell you everything what they are doing for you. The Dr's are the Best. I recommend everyone in this community to go and visit them for your Dental needs.

I am usually uncomfortable going to the dentist but the staff here were friendly and inviting. They very much made me feel welcomed. They did a great job on my cleaning. It feels good to find a dentist that you are comfortable with. I would recommend them.

I love Dentistry for Families. Dr Zac is great and very gentle. My hygienist Autumn is amazing and really helps me to relax through cleanings. The office staff is friendly and caring. After a few bad experiences other places I was actually afraid of going to the dentist. Everyone here has made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They are always on time with my appointments and make me feel that my time is valuable. I love all of them and continue to come back even though I’ve moved over an hour away.

The office is small yet the staff is very courteous and professional. I’ve been going to this dentist since about 2020, and I’ve also had the same person cleaning my teeth from the beginning, Lindsey, she’s the best! Then, Dr. Zachary is also the best. I liked the dentist office I don’t like many dentist. They were kind and respectful with a beautiful fish aquarium. Dr. Jake was up front and seemed to know what he was talking about. Good front office all the ladies were sweet, and all around nice experience. Thank ya’ll!

Dr Zach and his staff staff always get me in and out for my cleanings on time. Unlike other practices, they don’t try to up sell me (only to find later that it wasn’t covered by insurance). The office is decorated in calming colors and has the coolest tropical fish tank in the waiting area. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit.
