Be careful of this place. I came in for a routine cleaning but everything changed once my teeth were looked at. They of course advised me to do the deep clean which cost a lot more money than the regular cleaning. When O said I just want a regular normal cleaning the reply from the receptionist was “let me see if anyone is willing to do a regular clean?” Wait what? That’s what I was there for a regular cleaning and now since I didn’t want the deep clean, now you have to find someone who is “willing“ to do a regular clean? I almost walked out but stayed because I wanted to see how far this would go. Never going back.

First dentist i’ve been to that listens to my concerns and helps to prevent issues moving forward. I have GI issues that have played a part in wrecking my teeth, the hygienist was super kind and explained to me some tricks to prevent further damage when I have a flare up. The front office staff is always super kind and helpful. They’re also super understanding when I need to reschedule, they have late appointments Monday and Tuesday which has helped so much since ai don’t have to take time off work to come in.

I had a GREAT experience at Dentist of North Las Vegas, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the entire staff.

I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years because of some personal circumstances, including financial and insurance issues. Eventually, I had to bite the bullet and make an appointment because I had developed a growth in my mouth. Thankfully, it wasn't painful, but I knew I couldn't continue putting it off.

From the very first phone call, I felt like I was treated with kindness and respect. Michelle at the front desk was incredibly understanding and made me feel comfortable rather than embarrassed about my situation. That meant a lot to me.

The office itself was clean, welcoming, and inviting. The first part of my appointment involved getting X-rays using a CAT scan, which was actually pretty cool to see! The staff member who assisted me (I believe her name was Maddy or Michelle) was patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding about my extremely sensitive gag reflex. She took her time and made the process as comfortable as possible.

After that, I met Dr. Berger and her assistant, who thoroughly explained what was going on and what needed to be done. It was determined that one of my teeth needed to be extracted.

I have to say, the extraction experience was MUCH better than I expected. I was numbed, given medication to prevent pain, and they waited about 20 minutes to make sure everything had taken effect. By the time they started, my cheek, lip, and tongue were completely numb! It was actually kind of funny trying to talk afterward because I sounded like I couldn't speak properly. 😂

Dr. Berger and her assistant were professional, calm, and efficient throughout the entire procedure. They removed the tooth and stitched everything up, explaining what they were doing along the way. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

Afterward, Jessica, the dental hygienist, came in and cleaned one side of my mouth. She was also very friendly and professional.

Finally, at checkout, the staff went over my plan of care again, answered my questions, and helped me schedule my follow-up appointment.

Overall, this was such a positive experience. What really stood out to me wasn't just the quality of the dental care — it was how EVERYONE treated me. From Michelle at the front desk, to the dental assistants, Jessica, and Dr. Berger, I felt respected, cared for, and never judged for having waited so long to return to the dentist.

If you've been putting off going to the dentist because of cost, anxiety, embarrassment, or simply because it's been a long time, I would absolutely recommend giving Dentist of North Las Vegas a call. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and, honestly, much easier than I expected.

Extremely disappointing experience. This office made me feel like they cared far more about how much money they could get out of me than actually taking care of me as a patient. The way treatment and pricing were presented felt misleading, and when I questioned what they were recommending, I felt dismissed instead of given clear, honest answers. Do not trust them!

There are plenty of dentists who are transparent, explain your options, respect your decisions, and don’t make you feel like you’re being taken advantage of. This was not one of them. You have much better options out there!

My experience here felt like a complete rip-off. I lost all trust in this office and will never return. Do not agree to any expensive treatment here. Get a second opinion somewhere else. You may be surprised by what another dentist tells you. This office will try to rip you off.

Save yourself the frustration, the money, and the headache. There are far better dentists out there. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

Dr faddis did the exam and told me I need fillings for my cavities. He told me I can have the fillings done after my deep cleaning on the same day, so I asked twice how long the procedure is and he said I can't tell you that, or give you that information.

Twice I asked this question to be interrupted both times, mid sentence.

Then an assistant walks in with the prices, and before I agreed to book the appointment, I asked "how long is the filling procedure?" She then said "let me go ask Dr Faddis" and she came back to me and told me he quoted about 1 hour.

Which means he very well could have quoted the length of the procedure.

Dr faddis I believe is not qualified to do my fillings if he can't even provide a guesstimate on how long the procedure is.

I'm age 36 AND retired so I have plenty of time and skill to find a much better dr with good ratings. I'm sure dr faddis is good for quick simple little procedures, but if you can’t even say “it takes about 1 hour” then I don’t trust you on my mouth.

However Jesica and Veronica were amazing.

Holy cavities, Batman! Best dentist office 🏆 in fabulous Las Vegas. I got two crowns & a deep clean on an initial visit. Dentist, Dr. Berger, used super skillful pain management: grinding teeth for crowns, measuring for & installing crowns. I greatly appreciated the zpack Rx for sinus infection ID fm Xray (That's doctoring/patient care right there!). Hygienist, Jessica, wielded her light saber (laser deep cleaner) like a Jedi master & again very reactive to pain management.
Devon, X-rays, was friendly & efficient w procedures. Front desk admin, Claudia, was friendly & efficient! EACH staff member was well above average helpful (briefing/explaining procedures/outcomes & answering Q's), efficient, & positive = Top notch crew & crew coordination.

Pricing is competitive; equipment is modern (Again, initial visit = one afternoon to get all of the work done)! I live in Mesquite & find it worth the drive.😯

If you’re contemplating going to the Dentists of North Las Vegas, don’t be lured in with “free consultation and x-rays” when that turned out NOT to be the case for me.
Admittedly, the staff was very pleasant and it was a very thorough x-ray, however, when the dentist came in and looked at my request for extracting tooth number 12, as I had broken part of it off, he said he wouldn’t be comfortable, and I would need an oral surgeon or a periodontist. Their oral surgeon was not there but their periodontist would come in in a few minutes. About 10 minutes later, an office staff lady came and said their periodontist was going to charge me $120 for HER consultation, - Is that OK? I said “absolutely NOT. It is supposed to be a free consultation.” 10 minutes later I get a message from the periodontist. “The fee will be $2000 to extract that tooth”. You be the judge and consider if the Dentists of North Las Vegas with their come-on of free consultation and x-rays was factual. PS I subsequently went to another DDS (not an oral surgeon or periodontist ) that day, and after X-rays, she said she could make the extraction for a little less than $400, but she suggested since no pain was felt to hold off because it “looked OK to her” and at age 82 if I didn’t mind the appearance, don’t do anything unless pain comes about. In my opinion, the Dentists of North Las Vegas are less than truthful.

I have been going to Dentists of North Las Vegas for about 5 years. They are awesome and I love them - I guess as much as you can love a dentist/office. The front staff, the dental assistants, and the dentists who have worked on me are all very knowledgeable. My "personal" dentist is Dr. Faddis. He has done quite a bit of work on me. With each phase of treatment I went through, he explained everything clearly. He never pressured me to do anything - everything was my choice. I never felt the need to get a 2nd opinion. I had 4 root canals by another dentist. Throughout each one, I was routinely asked if I was doing okay, did I need a break, did I need more anesthesia - total care for my wellbeing during each procedure. Dr. Faddis would also ask these questions. I do not hesitate to recommend Dentists of North Las Vegas, as well as Dr. Faddis personally.

Dr. Cardinale did my root canal today. Her team was amazing! She explained everything to great detail. Her top priority was to ensure that I was not in any pain and I wasn’t in any pain at all.

I have been seen by Dr. Faddis for years now. He is an exceptional dentist. He takes the time to ensure that I received the best treatment and care possible. His assistant, Moriah, took the time to show me how I need to floss and brush properly.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience After my exam, I was told I needed a deep cleaning (something I’ve never needed before) and was informed they would not provide a standard cleaning that day unless I agreed to additional treatment. Even knowing I was in the office 3 months ago.
When I declined and requested only the routine cleaning, the dentist became dismissive and the interaction ended unprofessionally. I left feeling pressured into unnecessary treatment rather than receiving the service I had scheduled.
The experience felt focused on upselling instead of respecting patient choices. While they ultimately did not charge me, the overall communication and professionalism were disappointing. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for patient-centered care.

I can't recommend Dr. Berger enough as your dentist! 🦷 When I found myself in a difficult situation, her office, went above and beyond to accommodate me as a last-minute walk-in. I had been turned away by two local dental offices because I’m pregnant, which was incredibly disheartening.

From the moment I arrived, they listened to my concerns with such empathy. All I needed was to have my crown re-cemented after it came off while enjoying a gummy bear. Dr. Berger didn't push for unnecessary procedures; she simply requested a medical clearance from my OB-GYN and welcomed me with open arms.

Everything was great. Had my root canal done here and everything was quick and professional. While I was getting my root canal, the room was a little hot and they brought in a fan to cool all of us down which was nice. I normally run hot so that was a nice treat. They made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. Hopefully I don’t have to get another root canal but if I did, I’d come back in a heartbeat. I am absolutely blown away by the customer service. I had broken a crown. I went to another doctor. I called them on the way to Arizona. They had me appointment in the next day and my crown replaced the same day. Can you believe this absolutely from the phone to walking in the door to walking out I have received 100% wonderful customer service. I am scared of Dentist and she made me feel so comfortable. She even laughed at my jokes. Hands down the best dentist in Las Vegas. My wife, kids and I have been coming here for years, and we won’t go anywhere else as long as we live in Las Vegas.

I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years, including root canals and crowns. Every experience has been amazing. Their root canal specialist is very good and the same day crowns are the best. Being able to have a crown made right in the office and finished within minutes is amazing.

What really makes this dentist stand out are the people! The entire staff is super friendly and they make you feel comfortable and Mr. Faddis is great to talk to, very thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly.

I haven’t always done the best job keeping up with my dental health and I have needed a lot of work done. They do great work, they care and they make stressful dental visits much better. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist or looking for a place you can trust, this is it.

I have been coming to Dentist of NLV for minimum 6/7 years along with my husband and kids, they are amazing. They are upfront about the necessary treatment and out of pocket cost. My favorite is Dr.Faddis he is compassionate, caring yet professional. Everyone in the office is great, the ladies at the front desk are beyond helpful and always get back to you when they say they will. Absolutely love this office. I went in today for a root canal and a temp crown well, to my surprise, Dr. Faddis did a permanent crown versus a temporary so that was a very pleasant surprise this is what I mean when I say he’s very compassionate and cares about his patience. I’ve been going to Dentists of NLV for about three years, and have always had a good experience (well, as good as one can have when having teeth worked on). The staff is always friendly, and cleanings and other work done has always been really thorough and great.

The dental assistant was nice, however, the dentist Dr. Berger came in and recommended a deep cleaning as opposed to the standard teeth cleaning. I declined the deep cleaning and requested to do the standard cleaning, and the dentist told me they were not going to clean my teeth today because the hygienist is “booked”, despite my appointment being for a teeth cleaning. The only reason I can imagine they were now “too busy” to complete my appointment is because I declined the overpriced deep cleaning. When I asked why I couldn’t just do the normal cleaning, I was told that it wouldn’t be as beneficial so they wouldn’t do it. I wasn’t aware the dentist was allowed to decline treatment because they don’t think it would “clean (my) teeth as well”

They then left me to sit before eventually walking me to the front where they quoted me over $400 (over $3500 before insurance) for the cleaning.

If you want to be turned away for the exact appointment you had scheduled and be overcharged, this would be the place for you.

Update from now February 2026: after many visits now, I still only have wonderful things to say about this dental office. Today I had Kevin as an assistant and he stood out to me as he was very detailed in my cleaning/polishing. You could just tell he takes his time with each patient and not just someone he has to get through to get to the next. I've loved every visit here and I'm sad this will be my last visit before we move. If we come back, I know which office I'm coming back to!

I was experiencing a major tooth ache that just came on out of no where. My regular dentist is closed on fridays. I googled dentist by me and found Dentist of North Las Vegas and called them right away. Without hesitation they got me in the same day. The staff was very caring and nice. Merari at the front desk was a huge help in explaining what was covered and how much I needed for out of pocket. Honestly, I think I can say that Dr. Faddis is one of the most caring and down to earth dentists there is! I was beyond stressed out about my teeth due to a prior experience the month prior going badly… But Dr. Faddis and his staff made me feel far better.
