This place is a scam trying to push you into procedures.

I went in as a new patient simply looking for a routine cleaning. I am now facing an over $700 bill for X-rays that they told me were required. NEVER ONCE were they disclosed to me as optional or not covered by my insurance provider.

Later in my appointment they even had someone come in to explain costs to me on OTHER procedures they wanted to push on me and again it was NEVER disclosed that these x-rays would be costing me additional.

I then tried to call them and only get an answering machine stating that it is outside their office hours - YET ITS 10am on a SATURDAY - WHICH IS WITHIN OFFICE HOURS.

they are SCAM ARTISTS! NO NOT GO HERE EVER!

I can’t believe how amazing this office is. All of the staff is amazing! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Melissa and Krista up until you are seated by an assistant, and meet Dr.Ngo. I originally made an appointment just for a check up since I haven’t been to a dental office for roughly a year or so and they were able to get me in same day! Dr.Ngo explained the treatment that was needed and showed me on the x-rays which I really appreciated since some offices are just so quick to plan treatment and money grab your insurance. I have recommended this office to family and friends and can’t wait to continue coming here!

I have a dental emergency and every person I have spoken to thus far have taken their time to listen and provided proactive solutions.Crysta was able to accommodate my time window to get me in early. She expedited my check in and they saw me right away.
Milena couldn’t have been more kind and communicative. She gave accurate detailed descriptions of the processes from X-rays to photos I didn’t experience any discomfort. What a first!
And Dr. Ngo was able to explore,understand and propose different solutions for me within minutes. What a pro!
Melissa was back to me shortly with different options of payments and answered all of my questions.

Awesome dental office. I've been coming over here since their opening like 3 years ago. Friendly staff, very helpful and effective. My dentist, Dr Tang together with his assistant, Milena, are so experienced and informative that they make sure we understand everything before the procedure. Their competence and diligence are hard to find in this day and age let alone I feel no pain every time I have my dental work done at this office. The office is clean and spacious with soft music playing in the background and that really makes you think you are in a spa. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional, and the woman I spoke with when I called the day before was especially pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned about my needs.

Unfortunately, the actual experience was disappointing. I called specifically to schedule a general cleaning. Instead, I spent approximately 90 minutes having X-rays, an examination, and listening to recommendations for additional treatment. I was ultimately presented with a treatment plan for a deep cleaning costing approximately $1,000.

When I declined the additional treatment, my original request for a general cleaning was never addressed. I left after 90 minutes without receiving the cleaning I had originally called to schedule.

I completely understand that additional treatment may sometimes be recommended, but I would have appreciated having my original request honored or at least discussed. The staff was friendly and professional, but unfortunately, I left feeling that the focus was more on selling additional treatment than providing the service I had requested.

INCOMPETENT. Went for an emergency cracked tooth and after extensive CAT scan and x-ray they said there’s nothing wrong with it. Kept trying to upsell me on deep cleaning and a Mouthguard instead of dealing with my issue.
I told them I can visually see the crack in my tooth. A week later I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they see that the tooth is completely split in half.. had to get an immediate extraction.
Although the front desk staff is very nice, polite, and patient, it’s hard to hear anyone in the office with the loud music like a dance club.

My fear of the dentist is real! But now the fear is no more.

I just moved to Henderson area a few months ago, I have been needing to find a new dentist, but when flossing sent a cracked crown flying out of my mouth before bed, I needed to find a new dentist the next day.

Knowing I am limited to places that take my insurance, I was worried what I would find. What I found greatly exceeded my expectations.

"My friends" Ashley and Jake's energy was friendly and calming of all my fears. The equipment there is NASA next level tech able to scan things in my mouth I didn't know I had. (pice of chicken stuck in one of my teeth)

Dr. Ngo's knowledge is not only vast, but she has the ability to weigh out different options for my broken teeth. She preformed the procedure that was pain and stress free.

Mind you with all of this...I was a new patient, who called at 11am, arrived at 1pm, walked out at 5pm with two new crowns all in one visit same day!

I can't say I look forward to another dental emergency, but it's nice to know I have a safe happy place I can count on at a moments notice.

Went in for an emergency tooth extraction yesterday and had an amazing experience. Dr Ngo and Jake made me feel calm and explained everything thoroughly about the tooth extraction process. Offered me the laughing gas to help me feel better which helped so much! I’ve never had a dentist offer that to me before and it worked wonders. The extraction was painless and I felt super calm. Upon walking in, I was greeted with kindness & was seen with their X-Ray tech, Milena within 3 minutes. She is the most patient & sweetest professional! Having anxiety along being extremely sensitive, she instantly melted my worries away. I’m sure everyone here is great, but if you can request Milena, please do!

Both Dr. Ngo & hygienist Jordan greeted me in the next room. I appreciate how Jordan is honest & straight to the point!! Though I was super nervous during her examination, she reassured me with a thorough care plan & got right to work moments after.

I was in search of a new dentist. I found this one due to the positive reviews and the great staff. I came in for my first new patient appointment and it was nothing short of excellence! The check in process was smooth and the front desk staff was amazing. Milena helped me the whole time with my x rays and getting all of my information situated. She was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ngo was super amazing as well! She made me feel at ease and did a very thorough exam on my teeth. I’ve been coming to this dental office for about two years, and every visit has been a great experience. One of the things I love most is the music. They always play the best songs, and it makes me want to sing along and dance while I’m there!

Great people, great experience. Pricing was simple and well explained, and everything was thoroughly explained before and during this visit. They also did a great job of sorting out insurance in a manner that is more efficient than what I have experienced in the past. Also, if there is anyone else additional treatment not covered, they make you aware before they execute the care…fairly rare here in my experiences in Las Vegas. I have a genuine fear of going to the dentist… but Dr. Tang and his staff changed that! When I stepped into the office I was greeted by Melissa who was so sweet and welcoming. The office was very clean and has a bunch of high-tech equipment.

Dr. Tang is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell right away that he puts patient care as his first priority. He explained what he saw in my scans thoroughly and was very patient with all the questions I had.
Dr. Tang was also extremely gentle and deft during the procedures I needed to have done.

Will be flying in from Arizona every 6 months just to see Dr. Tang, Melissa, and his staff for my routine (and all other) dental needs! That’s how impressed I was. Amazing all around!
