2nd time coming here and its much more better now. Ide ignore all the nasty things about Lily. She is the manager of the entire office ans there's a lot that goes into it, especially when your staff is not doing things correctly. I believe she just needs to see you really want the help and you both warm up to one another. I like everyone so far. My gyno is next door and I can do all my blood work another door over. I moved to Vegas six years ago and I was goggeling methadone clinics to switch from the one from my hometown one that I was going too and I found this one as the best one with reviews and with this year it’s been six years I been coming here and I never had a bad experience not even one time. So I don’t get all the bad reviews honestly it might be from ppl that re not saying the whole story Alex my counselor is amazing the front grls there are very helpful and lily has always been understanding and good to me. Like everyone she has her bad days of course no ones perfect but she works hard and I always seen her go above and beyond for ppl when I was there so idk.just keep staying clean and doing what u need to do and you won’t have issues simple as that.i do recommend it as a good clean building and helpful staff.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My girlfriend went there for about 2 years the counselors are great. The office manager lily is the worst. She has no compassion and is extremely judgmental she has pulled the door shut and locked it on my girlfriend then, several minutes later unlocked and let someone else in that was late. She tried charging her for late fees for appointments that she never scheduled or knew about
They only care about money.
I don't even know how many times she left that place in tears because of Lily. Lily had no kind of medical training.Whatsoever, but felt she had the right to have an opinion and try and influence her treatment and dosage they overcharged her and when she started asking questions they got mad and made everything so difficult it was horrible watching some1 u love go through something like that. The worst part was when she started a new job so happy to be able to work again they toldher they were discontinuing her treatment and couldn't be treated there anymore and wasn't even given a straight answer why. I wouldn't recommend to anyone that was serious about getting help to go there. This clinc does more harm then good and its due to the manager Lily. I've filed a complaint for medical insurance fraud because they were billing her insurance for services tests and treatment she never received

This place cares nothing for the addict who needs help, only care about money! I was openly mocked by the owner for being BiPolar, yet they say in their website they can treat those with mental health issues. Lilly, the manager is mean, petty and rude woman, who generally gives the vibe of not giving a crap about the addict. We are walking wallets… I’ve seen that used a few times in these reviews. No clue how to treat or deal with addicts and mental health. Stay away!!

Closest building I could find after class, had to use the restroom really bad like im doing the dance and running....i asked the security guard if i could use the bathroom and I couldnt make it to another bathroom....he said its state regulated and couldnt let me in but he could clearly see I really had to go, I soiled myself running across the street to the Student Union building. My only question is if i was Nevada's mayor daughter would you still have denied me? And if not, shouldnt everyone have the human decency to allow any human in an emergency to use the bathroom? The guard could've walked me to the bathroom waited outside, held my things i didnt care i just needed to use the bathroom. So i can imagine the favoritism held inside.

Been coming here for a while and the staff/nurses Always Nice. Dosing is super easy as long as you have a little patience, right when they open, of course you might have to wait, so if you work at 6am, be here at 5am.. Counseling is Great and i am happy with my service and results. P.S. takes forever getting off.

If you need/want any kind of a recovery network DO NOT COME HERE. This is a legal trap house with a security guard there 24/7 but yet still allows people to sell their monthly take home doses right outside of the building. They don't offer classes or any assistance in any way towards the addict in need. This is a greedy and horrible place centered entirely around money not recovery.

I been going here for YEARS and because I didnt have 5$ they wouldn't give me my dose for the Christmas weekend... it's the lady Lilly at the front that's horrible. I just had a baby a day cried and didn't want to relapse... she said I should have known and now I'm using again... because of $5 ! The owner is actually great it's the staff that is very nasty!

Looks like they are able to remove negative comments because I'm sure there's allot more negative than positive. I cringed everyday knowing I would go in and id have to figure out what they were saying because no one speaks English well especially Lily. They are unorganized your dosing is not private and they try to force you to go next door to the cattle call and wait for hours so they can take blood then loose it bill your insurance then tell you to come back wait again to have blood taken. When asking if certains things are required they dance around the issues. Money is definitely there number one priority not helping people. I'm sure I speak for many others that bite there tongue. I switched to another clinic I don't have to pay $20 every week when my insurance pays. They all speak American and are caring and kind.

2 Stars because all they care about is money instead of trying to help people, even though I have insurance and it's covered and they are charging them I still have to pay $25 a week, when the other clinic Mission Treatment is free with insurance because it's fully covered. They also don't require you to do any counseling or anything like that sol if that's what you're looking for then this isn't place for you, but if you just want to pay your money and get your methadone then this is the place.

I have been here a couple of times and the staff have always done as much as they can for patients. 4/5 because even when they finally start charging your insurance, you still have to pay to see the psych doctor ($40/hr) and they still make you pay $40 weekly as well. But greed always follows for profit clinics like desert treatment. But if you want better treatment than all the other run down methadone clinics around the city, it's my opinion that it's worth the money.

About myself:

Back in August of 2014, I had exactly $55 and made the choice to get clean vs using again. Once I started the methadone, I NEVER failed a drug test and continuously made my $200 cash payments without delay. I eventually got up to 150MG with a whole month take home.

Around February 2018, I requested to be tapered off completely. They used to have this wonderful lady as a counselor, but she left and became replaced by this clueless lady named Erma. She was a sweet person, but didn’t know enough English to truly participate in counseling sessions/understanding the debth of her clients problems/addition.

Needless to say, they said they weren’t sure if I could be tapered because it was summer? I continued to remind them I had been at the same employer for 3+ years, lived on my own, had my own car and paid for my own college out of pocket. After three months, they stated they could officially start my tapering, but ill take a few years.

I stopped going long enough to be kicked off and went back in to get enrolled so I could start at 30MG. I stabelized at 60MG and time once again was told the season determined my ability to taper off.

I finally got it approved and after getting to 6MG and being told I had to come back on Christmas Eve, as I only had a 2 week take home period, I stopped going.
It has officially been three weeks since I’ve taken the methadone, and I’m doing much better now than I ever was there.

I was always told they didn’t accept my insurance, yet they’d charge nearly $1,300 towards my Cigna account every time I’d take a drug test or go see their “doctor”. The same doctor who told me I had Hepatitis C, and it was INCURABLE. I eventually got on Harvoni, and am Hepatitis C free. I had one of my wonderful annual appointments with that same doctor and he was shocked I got treatment. After letting him know that nearly every insurance covers the 30 plus Hepatitis medications— I realized the kind of company this truly was and reported them for insurance fraud.

Do not go to this clinic. It’s not only filled with a lot of people who don’t even care to get clean, smoke nonstop around the “NO SMOKING” signs, but the employees are underpaid and that very fact shows in the way they deem you an addict and not a client.

Let me start off by saying that I have worked in customer service my ENTIRE life so I am aware that businesses have off days and things happen, this was NOT one of those times. This was purely being UNPROFESSIONAL and careless. I was sent to "courtesy dose" at this joke of a clinic. Little did I know that I would spend 7 hours total trying to get a paper faxed to this "clinic" they kept telling me that MY clinics fax machine was not working when that was not the case. THEIR fax machine was down and I had to have the paper faxed to the "director" who wasn't even there. I couldn't have it emailed to them because they don't have an email for there business? I'm sorry but we are in 2018. Get it together. I was dopesick in 112 degree weather, dealing with complete idiots. If you can, try your hardest, NOT to come here, EVER. If you are needing to dose in Las Vegas for your trip, get take homes. DONT COME ANYWHERE NEAR THIS BUSINESS.

Loved it here when they first opened but so much has changed not horrible changes but sometimes inconvenient like...its not cool walking in there at 6:30-7:00am and see 15-30 people waiting to dose. It was nice when there were 2 nurses there from 6-8am because there are quite a few patients that come in at that time. It hasn't been that bad in almost a month but it will happen again if the dont get another nurse to help with dosing from 6-8...I love the director of DTC. She is very caring. She has been through and learned a lot since DTC opened. There have been a lot of changes that they had to make but they were necessary changes. I wouldn't to change and go to a different clinic. I wouldn't be clean if it weren't for DTC and their staff over the years. They care and that's hard to find at other clinics around town. It was Bull**** sometimes and quite irritating when problems happened, and there haven't been a lot. but I've always came from there not sick as hell withdrawling. And blessed to have another day clean.

Amazing treatment center, definitely the best in Vegas! Professional, friendly and competent staff. They actually do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. You know exactly what to expect and don't have to worry about drama like you do at every other center in town. If you are due for take homes, you will get them without having to beg for a privilege you have rightfully earned. The intake is extensive, plan on being there all day. Once it is done, it is a no hassle, no power play, no drama clinic. I definitely recommend it. They are picky about their clientele, you don't have to worry about pan handlers or drug dealers outside. They are quick, 10 minutes Max...It is a true medical facility with a fabulous, accountable staff that will help you any way they can. I have been a client for 18+ months, never an issue. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I've been there for almost 3 years. I really loved the place for the first 2 years. I was on a month take home and it worked perfectly. Then I got sick and spent 2 months in the hospital. So, during that time I had called the treatment center weekly letting them know my situation. The hospital gave me my Ned's so that wasn't an issue. The entire time I was being told by the clinic that as long as I had my paperwork from the hospital everything would be fine when I returned. That my friends was the farthest from the truth. When I got out of the hospital I was in a wheelchair, couldn't walk, muscles were gone and I wasn't mobile at all. Had to call fire rescue to lift me up from bed to my wheelchair so I could get to the clinic and get started again. I got there on a Friday at noon. I was told sorry, we don't take intake patients after noon time. I was pissed!!! Because when I came back Monday, it was to late by one day to restart my mess and had to restart at 30 mg and come daily until I was moved up to my normal dose!!!! Reason for that from what the director told me was because the scrip I was given ran out on Friday and I was supposed to be checked in on Friday no matter what time I came in because I was a prior patient!?!?!! Unreal!!!
Long story short, it is a good clinic, up until 5 weeks ago it was always quick, in and out 5 minutes max, but way to much turnover and it's extremely slow. I figured it would be worked out by now, but it's just as slow as it has been. So don't expect quickness right now. All in all great place when it's running smooth, but at the moment things are running painfully slow, and it all starts at the sign in window!!! Way to slow for 6 weeks or more at the job.
I will say this, its cleaner, quieter, and just better than other clinics.
