Referred and wto Thomas Dermatology for possible skin cancer. When I walked in both waiting rooms were almost filled. I thought I will be here forever. Even before I completed filling out forms, I was called in right on time. Dr. Timothy Cragun was fantastic. Even with biopsy I was out in less than 45 minutes. Very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend

Front office is very unprofessional. Did not even get to see the doctor because they are too lazy to learn how a referral system works. My referral was sent in and confirmed by my primary and my insurance. Wasted a day off of work for this. I asked them if they could check with my referring physician because I have the confirmation... they blew me off.. never will come back or recommend this place to anyone. You can be a good doctor but you have to a patient first!

Dishonest business practices. The office staff is horrible. Do not go here. Did not refund my family member's credit (yet) after two years. They are refusing to write a check because it is their office policy. The billing lady was lying saying they did not have our address to send the refund, when they sent a bill. There was one honest lady in the front desk told us about the credit, but she was not able to give us the details. The billing department was so desperate that they sent us the bill, not knowing we know about the credit. Once pointed out they gave us any reason to avoid paying us back. Dr. Del Rosso who works here is a joke. Save yourself from misery and do not go here.

They are the best! Dr. Lieberman is very nice! He even took time to figure out the skin condition of my son. we felt relieved after the the treatment. Highly recommended if you are looking for a pediatric dermatologist here in Las Vegas.

Carol in the insurance office went above and beyond to help us get the information needed.
