Dr. Stacey and his staff are amazing! I saw Dr. Stacey die a terrible ingrown toenail and his MA/nurse, Tisha, was the absolute best! She was so welcoming and comforting. I’m the kind of girl who will not go to an office or go back to an office if the doctor is great, but the staff is awful. So this to me was AMAZING. Tisha and Dr. Stacey took such wonderful of me. I have zero pain throughout the procedure. Dr. Stacey and Tisha took their time to explain the procedure to me and every little detail. I was comfortable the entire time and would HIGHLY, 10/10, recommend Dr. Stacey! I also do not have insurance, so I was cash pay. They are SUPER affordable. I worked at a family practice and the cost for a cash patient to see a doctor was more than what I paid to see Dr. Stacey. Super affordable, AMAZING care, GREAT staff, INCREDIBLE Dr. Stacey.

I called on a Monday morning because my son had an ingrown toenail. I expressed how worried I was and they got me in that day. Not only that, when I came in they were supper accommodating and kind. Dr. Stacey is amazing as well and was helpful in fixing my sons toenail. I’ve lived in Vegas for a while and their staff is the nicest I have encountered. A special shout-out to Odyssey for all her help and understanding. Truly an amazing experience! Thank you!

{FRAUD ADVISEMENT FROM THIS OFFICE} My daughter has had two surgery 2019/2020 with Dr. Stacey. He is great at what he does; however the billing person (lack of knowledge) does not know how to code for his surgeries. The billier/office manager has sent me to collections for over $13,000.00! I have BCBS and they paid $850.57on the first claim. Dr. Stacey office manager (his Son) said that it was my responsibility to pay the discounted rate from(BCBS) of $6589.43. Even though my EOB states "Patience total Cost is $0) For the the second surgery my daughter had during Covid, the Biller sent a claim with dental codes, not medical, to BCBS and they denied $7440.00. That EOB stated I was not responsible for any copay or total cost. But the office has refused to speak to me or BCBS. I have tried to help the office get paid from BCBS for the second claim starting from December of 2020. I have wrote to the Attorney General to turn this office in for medical Fraud. I also have a Fraud claim in with BCBS for Medical Fraud/breaking his contract with BCBS for sending me to active collections for discounted rate. Please be careful with the billing practices at this office because they do not know what they are doing!!!

Dr. Stacey is so kind, caring and efficient. I took my husband (diabetic) to two other podiatrists and was not happy with the care provided. Even just normal toenail trimming was great. Where Dr. Stacey and his assistant, Tish, used nail softeners, trimmers and a dremel to smooth the nails, the previous podiatrist left ragged, roughly trimmed nails. Dr. Stacey also decided to do an in-office procedure to remove a bleeding pyogenetic granuloma for biopsy rather than continue to wait for surgical orders from our previous house-call physician, Dr. Amin, (who we replaced due to his unresponsiveness to my husband's needs, Dr. Stacey's surgical scheduler's numerous attempts to get surgery scheduled and just an overall waste of time and energy on everyone's part). We had waited 4 months to get this mass removed from the bottom my husband's foot. Luckily, it healed well from the office procedure and no surgery was necessary. Dr. Stacey also scheduled a wonderful home health service (SAGUARO) to work with my husband through physical therapy. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Dr. Stacey and his office for anyone wanting a great Podiatrist.

This doctor is fantastic; however, their billing procedure is not very good. They supposedly mailed me 4 statements to pay $12.99, which I never received. But when they did not receive a payment from me, instead of calling me on the phone to follow-up, they just sent it to collections. Collections had no problem calling me to get the $12.99 and in addition, I had to pay an additional $14 for a processing fee. I'm disappointed in the lack of effort made to contact me. I'm giving a 1 star because the billing procedure is unacceptable, but the doctor would get a 5 star from me.

The best Doctor in Las Vegas(Dr.Douglas Stacey), and Dr. Stacey's assistant Tisha is the best. She is a lot of help, and just a nice person.

The office staff is TERRIBLE! They did not input my address correctly so I didn't get billed. Now I am in collections over a 12.99 bill! And, they refuse to let me talk to someone other then the ditzy office girl in the front who apparently cannot type a correct address!

I have a set of orthotics to pick up and I can't pick them up because they keep closing early on me. They supposed to close at 5:00 p.m. I call at 4:30 to say I will be therebin 15 min and they say they are gone.... but they answered the phone????

Here I am again, week later..... in the parking lot at 2pm and doors are locked......
