Dr Knowles is the best ,I worked with him,along time ago ,he was nice then,and he is nice now.i miss him from being my doctor ,iam now in Houston TX but when I get back tthankso vegas i will go to see him.

Darville Knowles - was my GP for over 6 winters, as my primary medical physicians were in my home state of MN, renowned for medicine, the polar opposite of Vegas. During the time he was my GP, he treated me for absolutely nothing. His job seemed only to entail handing out cards for specialists - who on several occasions turned out to not only be sub-par but completely unknown by Knowles - merely cards that had been dropped off at his office. He took no time in vetting them, and even admitted to not knowing who some of them were! Over the past few years, his age, competence, and clarity of thought became an issue for me. This year, without a credible explanation, in the midst of a global pandemic, he dropped me with an unprofessionally and tersely worded letter that proved over all these years he didn't know me nor had he taken the time to even familiarize himself with my medical history from one year to the next. He's easily the worst person in medicine to have ever come into my life.

Dr Knowles has The rudest front desk clerk ever! I should have taken my sisters advice when she spoke to the front desk clerk months ago and stated how rude the clerks attitude on the phone was and decided not to make an appointment. But no, I took my husbands advise who has been a patient for years and spoke highly of this doctor. I can’t really comment on how the doctors care is, because I only saw him briefly twice, he was very nice both times. But his niceness doesn’t excuse the behavior of his cocky attitude receptionist at the front desk whom I’ve had to confront about her horrible attitude once before. The woman is very unprofessional, not to mention.. she hung up on me when I addressed her again, and yes I was upset at that point! Obviously the Receptionist has been employed there a while so Dr Knowles ignores how rudely treats his new patients. I made a BIG mistake changing my insurance to become a patient of Dr. Knowles. Definitely searching for another physician, as the attitude of Dr. Knowles staff reflects on him. I could careless about his expertise when he has a rude staff member! My husband is welcome to continue seeing Dr Knowles and tolerate his receptionist nasty attitude, but not me.

Doctor Knowles is the best!! He saved my daughter Daylene's life!! This man truley cares. He gets to the bottom of the problem doesnt just cover it up with some perscription. He is not in a hurry to get out of the room and his bedside manners are the best!! I love this man and so does my daughter. If you need a good Doctor he is the one to go to and if something is out of his field he will only send you to the best. For two years my daughter got nothing but bull crap and a run around from other Doctors!! Not no more I truley feel she now has the best care and I thank you, Marlene Mezewich Daylene Cochrans Mom
