My heartfelt thanks and appreciation to both Dr. Erwin Calvo and his insurance specialist, Nikki, for going the extra mile for me. My front bottom teeth were in bad shape and it was clear I needed to get them fixed so I wouldn't lose them. Dr. Calvo assured me he could fix the problem without having to remove the teeth and replace them with crowns or implants.
He then offered another fix which involved veneers, assuring me that this would be the perfect solution, and HE WAS RIGHT!
My teeth looked perfect, he did not have to remove any of them, and he restored my smile!
When my insurance company refused to reimburse me for some of the costs, he, and Nikki, went the extra mile and challenged the insurance company's ruling, providing a letter and copies of my x-rays. The insurance company re-evaluated their findings and I got the money that I was entitled to.
Dr. Calvo and his staff are there for their patients, providing great dental care and whatever is necessary to make us feel like "family."
