This is how a doctor should treat his patients. He is engaging, never rushed or dismissive. Just an incredibly knowledgeable and patient doctor. The nurses are great, front receptionist was fine (not rude at all). They run a really organized facility, no excessive waiting and they get you in and out safely but quickly, minimal wait time between prep and procedure
Honestly, have no concerns with this doctor. He's great.

I was taken back with all the negativity of the reviews, but went anyway because they were recommended to me. I was so happy I went, I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful( I have had to deal with them several times over the last month) each time I needed something they were kind and respectful. Dr. and staff was kind and considerate and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Dr. Cremonini took his time explaining procedures, results and all that I needed to do looking forward. The staff was busy but made sure I was not left just sitting waiting I was updated the entire process, and very much on time. WOULD RECOMMEND DR. CREMONINI to family and friends.

I called and tried to make an appointment with Dr. Cremonini. I was told to find another provider as they have billing issues with my insurance and would not give me an appointment. This is not my problem. Filed a complaint.

First I would like to say. I haven’t actually met the doctor. I rated a two star because of the staff. I had an appointment and did show up 5 minutes late (of course traffic), nobody was there because reception decided to leave to go get their lunch before their lunch break. When they got back they said I was late and I had to reschedule. I don’t know any job that pays be to go get lunch so I can take lunch but if he’s okay with that that’s not patient friendly. Secondly they were very disrespectful when re-schedule a now phone appointment. When I called to give them my pharmacy information they were busy I was 4th in line and had a 45 minute wait, which is fine. When I finally was able to talk to someone I got hung up on and when I called back to complete my call I explained I had already been on hold and got hung up on and was told to hold and now I’m 6th in line. I will be requesting that my primary refer me to a different doctor. The inconsideration, disrespect and rudeness that his staff has for his patients is unacceptable and I don’t want to have any part of this. The only reason I gave even two stars is because the doctor was nice and wanted to do a complete work up to find out what is wrong with me and help me with monitoring any possible reoccurring cancer.

Dr. Cremonini is an outstanding doctor. I trust this man with my life. My mother and I have been going to him for years and we love how much he cares about his patients. He has never doubted my symptoms, he has always been incredibly cordial and down to earth. He knows his stuff and I would not recommend any other gastroenterologist. This is the gastro for you!!!!!!🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Horrible experience. Made me undergo an endoscopy and colonoscopy within the same month for vague reasons so they could charge me $800 x2 and I have no diagnosis, no medication, and no treatment plan. Now I'm being surprise billed from a third party (US anesthesia partners) for $800x2 for anesthesia for the procedures about which I absolutely was not informed. Stay away.

Dr. Cremonini completed my procedure today 7-18-10. This was my 7th time but first with Dr. Cremonini. The best experience ever. On time procedure, cleanliness, staff, facility, best bed side manner all 5 star. Thank you Dr. Cremonini making such an uncomfortable procedure comfortable🙏🙏🙏

Arguably the best gastroenterologist in town. He took incredible care of explaining procedures, results and treatment plan. He was friendly and personable. A good friend of mine recommended him, and, while i have several complex issue, he was able to tease them out one by one.
I don’t understand the negative reviews, they must have seen another doctor, or maybe they hide their anger behind reviews, like for restaurants

This place is the worst! I have moved and have had 4 different doctors try and get my medical records sent over maybe 3 times each and faxed the neccessary forms and still nothing. I've called several times and they want me to pay for shipping and to print my records! They won't just fax or do it any other way. And to even get that I have tried for months and still didn't get my records!! I can't even understand when any of them talk. They obviously don't speak English well and it is such a horrible horri me office staff. This is not worth it at all to go here. They don't follow up or even give all your results and biopsies as well! The worst doctors office I've ever been to. Not so great don't waste your time.
You should really hire some people who can clearly speak English and learn what Customer service is .

I reported them to the attorney General for not releasing my medical records to me. And taking so long. 2 months is not ok. And I can't even get my own records. They are not professional.

I had a colonoscopy performed by Dr, Creminini at the Henderson clinic on April 2, 2019. Propofol was administered in the IV on the top of my right hand by the anesthesiologist without any lidocaine prior to the procedure. I yelled for the entire duration because my hand felt like it was on fire while the propofol was
being injected. The anesthesiologist repeatedly said, “I’m sorry” while I was yelling. I was told by
Bianca today by phone that they never give any lidocaine or local (even spray) prior to giving propofol. The manufacturer of propofol recommends that a local be given to patients before propofol injection. This practice will
not have a second chance to subject me to
unnecessary pain. The colonoscopy itself is not a pleasant procedure to prepare for or have but was made much worse by their lack of concern for patients. I do not recommend this doctor-owned practice.

This was a great medical experience all around from the appointment to the procedure. I had three procedures done over three weeks and Was treated perfectly by everyone. They didn’t miss a beat. I would highly recommend.

The worst patient care, in terms of appointments and communicating with the patient. Takes little to no time to discuss procedures or results from procedures. Office staff is extremely rude and will argue with you in the waiting room. Plan on multiple cancellations and them blaming you for being upset.

Besided being so knowledgeable Dr cremonini is a very nice person.he solved my stomach issues the 1st visit,he explains everything to you and is always available for questions,his staff is great ed Jessica Candace etc.and if you ever need a colonoscopy this is the best place to have it done it's hard to find good health care in Vegas but if you see Dr cremonini I know you will be glad you did
