Very professional office and environment. Every element of the visit and after care / referrals went as smooth as could be. Dr. Sholeff is knowledgeable and worked through numerous medical concerns I had as a new patient taking all the time needed. I had concierge medical coverage while living in Los Angeles and this experience was every bit on par with that. EXTREMELY happy to have found a great medical group and fantastic primary care physician. Highly recommend Dr. Sholeff.

Dr Sholeff is GREAT! takes great care of my family as a primary care. I am going to be honest some of his office staff needs help at communicating and getting referrals for other doctors complete in a timely manner. Super discouraging when your doctor wants to send you to another specialist, but you can NOT get in due to a referral issue within the office, Mykell Dr Sholeff's medical assistant is just as great, she's super helpful and makes sure there is open communication between the doctor and patient. I also really like the office manager Ruby, she made sure that the issues I was having were corrected and went above and beyond to get the referral corrected. Thanks guys!

I had good experience with Dr Sholeff in the past but my last visit was a disaster! I waited for 2 hours for my appointment, I was left in the small consultation room for more than an hour after the nurse took vital. I had to go to the front desk to ask what's going on. The doctor just ignored me and told his front desk staff that his computer was not working. No apologies were offered. As a family doctor, I found his behavior lack of empathy and unprofessional! I waited 3 months for an appointment, left with disappointment.

Best dr I’ve ever had. I have severe health anxiety and white coat syndrome. He actually listened to me and looked at my bp readings and understood why I only had high bp in the office. I’ve had drs put me on meds that make me faint when I didn’t need them. This dr said the amazing words that I needed to hear, that whatever comes up he will help me without meds first. So grateful. I feel so comfortable and not doom when I go. So comforting to have a dr that understands anxiety and medical trauma. Also it’s awesome that they do labs in the office. Easy peasy. Highly highly recommend.

I’ve been informed as of this date, February 9, 2022, Dr. Gregory Sholeff is not taking new patients. Sad for me as he was my attending physician at Southwest medical Associates this guy is awesome I’m only giving it three stars because I’m disappointed for myself and that he’s not taking any new patients. He had a great bedside manner and if you can get in that’s awesome because I couldn’t and I hope you can because he’s got the greatest bedside manner and that’s why he left Southwest Medical because they wouldn’t allow him to do that bedside manner in the time that it takes to care for each patient.

I was moved to Dr. Sholeff's care after my other PCP at this office moved out of our plan, and I was pleasantly surprised. He listens to me and doesn't assume what the issue based on a quick glance.

The referral department at this office is terrible! I called on October 21 and the doctor office has yet to receive any referral. My husband is diabetic and a referral is needed for him to see a doctor. I called numerous times and they said they would send it to a manager and still nothing. They are extremely unprofessional. They advised me to go to the emergency room if my husband needed insulin. Obviously they are completely out of touch with reality to think people can afford an ER visit. I would absolutely not recommend this office to anyone!! If you have needs outside of just blood work do not come here. Everyone in the referral department should be fired.

This review is for the staff who answers Dr. Sholeff’s calls at his office. They must be understaffed because ALL my phone calls to his office are automatically put on hold because there’s another caller holding. I’ve been put on hold for as long as an hour! This happened this morning and have yet to speak to anyone as I was disconnected and when I called back, I was put on hold again because there were 5 callers ahead of me. This is NOT acceptable! I am going to call back early in the afternoon and hope I get better luck. Please correct this problem. Otherwise, this would be a reflection on Dr Sholeff who is one of the best doctors in town.

*2021-2022 UPDATE*: This review is for the office that is in the Summerlin medical center. After 5 years at this office, I do not recommend this office anymore. After COVID, they have accepted so many new patients that it’s impossible to get an appointment within 2 weeks. You are looking an average of two months out just to be seen. So if you have an issue, be prepared to suffer and wait a long time (your other option is high cost ER)! Your appointments will also be short here, about 10-15 minutes max because they have so many people to see in so little time. I got lots of excuses from the front desk about why it is this way, but for a service like health, they should be able to manage their established patients by ensuring they have the staff to cover everyone who has this office as their primary care. Profits must be great but timely care does not seem to be a priority for established patients as of 2021. Truly unfortunate. I went to a local urgent care center just last week instead and they signed me up for their primary care service after I explained my PCP issue to them (I was seen in 3 days with my new PCP). Overall, if you are established, find a new office and if you are considering this office as a new patient, look elsewhere.

Old school medical care! I was in need of a primary care doctor and found Dr. Sholeff through my health Insurance, who I decided to use since his office is near my house. Well after the first visit, I thought he was a very thorough and liked him and the office very much. I was about to change my mind when the lab orders weren’t there when I went for my blood tests. I called the service on a Saturday and 1.5 hours later Dr Sholeff went into the office and hand delivered the orders to LabCorp. Long story short, I highly recommend Dr. Sholeff if you’re in need of a primary physician.
