The doctors and staff are plenty nice but I waited more than an hour past my appointment before I was even seen. When I asked the front staff if this was typical they said yes it was. Then proceeded to direct me to shop for frames. What was the point of even making an appointment if I have to wait for over an hour for it. I don't think I will be back even though the staff was friendly and the office is conveniently located.

Great doctor, however the front stuff made me feel like I took CONTACTS that were missing from my 6 months box right eye. First I called them literally 10 minutes after picking up to let them know my right eye box was missing 2 of them and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience I had already been waiting for three weeks (BECUASE obviously someone made a mistake people pack this things ? I'mnot sure not do I care I just needed my complete 6 months but people are not perfect I get it. but it wasn't ME ) whoever answered when I called she went ahead and explained on how long she worked there and this has never happened nor is even possible and how three people check before they even give to me or idk... I work costumer service and even if is NOT YOUR MISTAKE you represent a business so first thing you do is apologize on behalf of the company and then how we can resolve it. I WAS NOT RUDE ONCE to get that kind of attitude but this office def needs costumer service training.
I got the right amount of my contacts today I had to wait like 2 weeks but not once did I hear a " I'm sorry " they did it all with attitude

I always have a terrible experience and I am writing this as I wait. We previously had an appointment and after waiting for almost an hr were told “oh you’re next they went to lunch”. Why would they make an appointment only to go to lunch and not say anything until asked?? So we decided ok maybe bad day lets try again (appointment for kids) Our appointments were at 4:30 and 4:45 after waiting for almost an hr I asked if we were next. The response was “they SHOULD be next would you like to reschedule?” Just felt very dismissed.

I read previous older reviews and it's unfortunate the experiences they encountered. I had a great experience (flawless) I think there's new staff working there and everything moved step by step with efficiency and professionalism. I also had a great experience in purchasing my glasses afterwards with the adjoining Visonworks store immediately after. They said I'd have my new prescription glasses in about 2 week but got them a week later. Highly recommend you give this new crew your business.

Had a visit yesterday and it went smoothly. The Eye doctor was very professional and took their time explaining in detail any concerns I had after expressing worry about genetic eye problems. I was very very pleased. Even before the exam the diagnostic testing that had to be done was quick and I felt the equipment was clean. The exam rooms were nice and clean. After the exam taken over to the other side of office to pick out glasses. My goodness this is where I met Jessica. She was amazing in explaining my benefits to me in a way that I could understand. Gave me more than enough space to take my time and pick out what I needed. I did not feel rushed or like I did not matter as a customer. Definitely will be back! Thanks for the awesome service guys :)

Moves to Las Vegas 1 yr ago. Need to renew contact lenses prescription. Call in morning & able to schedule appointment afternoon. Office is very efficient. Front desk employee are friendly & helpful. My appointment was at 9:30. I arrived at 9:20 to fill out paperwork. I was put in a room and told the doctor would be in. When I asked at 10:00 how much longer it would be before the doctor would be in, they had to call her because she hadn’t arrived to work. Was told it would be another 10 minutes which I didn’t believe at this point so I left. They didn’t apologize and said the doctor isn’t scheduled to come in until 10 anyway, but she was even late for that. Why book a 9:30 appt? Complete disregard for patients time. I’m going somewhere else.

Great services, Dr Kevin was quick, efficient, and friendly. The only thing I would have to say is the front desk wasn't very welcoming. Me and two other people had to initiate conversation to check in. Then one guy came in and in the middle of his sentence the woman he was talking to answered the phone and had a quick but full conversation on the phone. The other woman at the desk wasn't doing anything with a patient so she could have answered. Other than that everything was great! Can't wait for my new glasses to come in!

My appointment was rescheduled at a different location from the one I’m usually seen at 3 times in a week. I had to takeoff from work to make it to these new times that they were scheduling me for my appointment. A few days before my appointment the time was moved to another location, I took off work early to get there on time for my 430 appointment only to find out when I got there my appointment would have been canceled because they were over booked. The new location was very far from my home but my eyes have been bothering me for over a week so I decided that driving to this location was ok. no one let me know ahead of time and they confirmed my appointment at 1:30 the same day. It is very frustrating, time consuming, and stressful to takeoff from work to have my appointment be canceled without notice.

If you have a diagnosis of astigmatism BEWARE!!!! Was charged an additinal 40 dollars every year just for the diagnosis. Nothing different about exam or specific testing. I finally asked and reported to my insurance company and they reimbursed some of it. Seen a new provider with no additional cost for my diagnosis. THIS IS FRAUD!!!

My name is Stephanie Sroka. I wasn’t too sure about this place ( not my normal location) when I walked in. No one said anything to me. But the greeter finally approached after she was finished speaking with another customer and was really nice and offered me hand sanitizer. The girls at the desk were mediocre. I wasn’t impressed. I could tell they didn’t care whether or not I was there. I could tell they didn’t care whether or not they were there as well. Helen however, addressed all of my concerns and was very thorough. She reassured me that everything was perfectly fine and that I was very healthy. She assured me that what I was dealing with was a normal thing. She made me feel less worried and calm. I had no questions about what was going on before I left. She explained everything very clearly. Thank you Helen.

The receptionist and the eye doctor were super friendly. The doctor was able to tell me what was causing my eye pain and was detailed with explanation. The reason why I'm not giving a 5 star is because i had an appointment that I had scheduled over a month ago and when i got there i was called after a walk in. I waited for 2 hours. I completely understand that I went during a busy time but I had an appointment which should be taken as priority. I was pretty upset. The only reason im still giving a good score however is because the receptionist made sure I was seen asap as soon as she found out I hadnt been seen. She was super friendly and showed empathy when I expressed frustration. She did a great job de-escalating the situation and keeping my business. I will be going back since she was amazing at helping me and understanding and also because this is the first time I get an explanation as to why my eye constantly waters and hurts. No other eye doctor had provided me with explanation. The receptionist with black curly hair deserves a promotion or raise! If you get to read this Thank you! Office located within Visionworks. Walked in on a Sunday to try and get seen as a walk-in, but it was too busy. So I easily made an appointment for a couple days later. The young girl at the desk that made my appointment was very nice and friendly. On appoinment day, I was seen by Dr. Shore (Not sure if correct spelling). He was also nice and friendly. I would recommend this office, especially since it is located within Visionworks, which is very convenient. Soon as i got my prescription, I walked to the next Visionworks tech and started working on ordering my glasses.
