I called to inquire as to whether Dr. Ha was accepting new patients, the woman with whom I spoke could use some training in ettiquette. She was needlessly curt and came across as annoyed that one would have the audacity to call at all! It appears Dr. Ha is only accepting new patients for one very specific insurance group - MGM. Not inclusive or community oriented! 👎

I don’t now where to start this review because from the beginning to the end the experience was extremely good. I chose Dr Ha based on reviews and I got a good one. She is at Siena Hills Primary Care. My experience started when I contacted her office in a type of emergency appointment to get a referral for my specialist. Becky her assistant was extremely helpful and diligent at the point that I got an appointment with doctor Han within the next 2 days . She kept me informed about everything over the phone.
The day of my appointment I went there with high expectations and what an awesome surprise to find all the answers I was looking for with doctor Ha. Very patient, knowledgeable, proactive and helpful. I got everything covered during my first visit with her.
She offers virtual appointments which is very convenient for busy people. I would recommend this professional to anybody looking for a good primary doctor.

Jenny Chia Ha is listed by Aetna as one of their 'Core EPO Family Doctors that is 'accepting new patients' . THAT IS NOT TRUE. If you call her office you will hear a recording that they ' do will do a conference call' but her or any of the doctors she is associated with, are not accepting any new patients. So don't waste your time calling her.

I think the world of Dr. Ha. She is an extremely qualified, caring physician who listens to your concerns, stays on top of the latest medical updates and addresses all issues. She does not hesitate in referring a specialist if needed. I moved to Vegas about six years ago. I’ve been with her from the beginning. I am absolutely delighted.

Doctor Ha is our family (including my elderly parents & 91 year old Grandmas) Primary Care Doc. My dad had some extreme health problems and she is so kind and patient. She is the reason my dad is alive today and for that I will always be grateful. If you are looking for a real doctor who is caring, kind & explains things thoroughly then I would suggest doctor Ha. She has one of the best bedside manners I have scene. In these times it is really hard to find a good Doctor who has all her attributes and actually cares more about you then the money.

Dr. Ha is fantastic! She provides a very dedicated patient service. Spends all the time required to satisfy all questions and explains the treatment plan in detail. Her office staff is very responsive and in all respects very helpful.
