I was referred to Dr. Lepore by my wife's gynecologist, who spoke highly of his pediatric practice. Getting an appointment wasn't difficult, and the office was clean with a friendly front desk staff. We arrived on time, and Dr. Lepore appeared promptly. His communication was good, and he made us feel comfortable—which I appreciated.

After his evaluation, he told us our baby was very healthy and doing great. He scheduled her two-month checkup and mentioned she'd be receiving vaccines at that visit. That's when his true colors came out.

He became visibly upset, looking me straight in the eye and asking why I chose not to vaccinate. I gave him my reasons, but he cut me off and said, "Then this will be your last visit. Don't come back in two months—I won't see her if she isn't vaccinated." He added that he wasn't willing to risk other children's health by having her in the office, as if she were toxic which I don't really see the reason why she would put others at risk if they are vaccinated and if the vaccine really helps them.

Honestly, I wasn't shaken by that. I've done extensive research and knew this path could come with resistance. But then he left the room. As we were packing up, a nurse came in and asked if we wanted to do the heel prick test. By that point, we didn't feel comfortable continuing with anyone there, given how we'd been treated, so we declined.

She left and returned with Dr. John, who came back and said, "Now I'm confused—why aren't you doing that either?" When I told him we simply didn't want it, he literally slammed the door and left the room a second time. At that moment, my family and I felt unsafe, so we gathered our things and left.

I'm writing this now, six months later, intentionally—to give him the benefit of the doubt and see if any health issues would arise from not vaccinating. My baby has been perfectly fine. Never been to the hospital. Thriving on breast milk alone, with no problems at all.

To any parents who share my mindset: as long as you do your research and do what you believe is right, your kids will be okay. There are plenty of pediatricians who respect parental choice. For Dr. John, my daughter may have been just another client. But to me, she's my baby—and I'll keep fighting to give her the best life possible.

I thank God every day for how He's watched over my family so far.

Dr. Lepore pushed me so hard in front of my four year old son without my husband to give my son the Covid vaccine. I told him my reservations and he told me "he's a medical professional and I am going off what I hear on TV." It was so obvious he is incentivized to push the Covid "vaccine" (which isn't even a vaccine at all). I concluded with I am not making that choice for my son and he said that's my job as a mom. I told him "my choice is NO. Very unprofessional in front of a four year and he doesn't care about our children. He cares about his paycheck.

It should be illegal for drs to be paid more for vaccinating children.

I am personally experiencing health issues that are a common side effect of the covid vaccine. Stay in your lane Lepore, what you are pushing is so much deeper than your pocket.

Here I am in 2025 - This Dr. should really reflect. Makes me sick. I am so glad I was strong on my choice that day.

Terrible. We had never met him and just had a baby. We had seen great reviews so we decided to choose him. He came into my hospital room and yelled at me because he misunderstood what he saw as I was trying to get my baby to stop choking on amniotic fluid. As I was crying he checked the baby and then complained the whole time. He was rude and unprofessional. He never introduced himself or asked us about ourselves. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr Lapor has been my kids doctor since the day they were born. He has always been attentive with them always made sure that we were well taking care of it when we go to his office. He’s an amazing doctor always there when my two kids are sick or need anything. BEST DOCTOR EVER.

Dr. Lepore takes care of both of our kids and we couldn't find a more comfortable office for both the kids and us. Very happy we have a wonderful office to visit.

front desk rude rude rude ... need an appoinment is a wait for 1 to 2 weeks and took my fmla paperwork that they dont turn it back untill 10 to 14 days when the first time they gave them the same day my son got in appoinment how im i be able to be with my kid for emergency or teraphys if they dont do my fmla and they only give u 15 days to turn it back how is possible they take so long way back it was so different ...doctors and nurses really nice but front desk are always with there faces how can they even be there with that attitude

Best pediatrician I have met. Dr. Lepore is the pediatric doctor for both my five and two year old. He is up front, honest, and truly caring. He has the best beside manner and treats kids and parents respectfully. My family ends up in his office quite a bit due to my children having some pre-existing conditions, however everytime that we go in, Dr. Lepore and his staff always make us feel like we are part of his family. My only regret is we didn't have Lepore from the beginning with my five year old. I cannot say enough how much of a relief it is to find an intelligent and logical doctor, instead of the usual simply book smart, and illogical doctor. Ask any pediatric specialty doctor or nurse about Lepore and you will also only hear good things.

Best pediatrician in las vegas !!! Been our pediatrician for 14 years , would never take my children elsewhere. He truly cares about his patients and is very honest. Never wait long ... as a medical assistant i understand the office staff can be a bit unpleasant at times , something which i havent had to deal with thankfully but regardless i would deal with an unpleasant staff just to have my children see him..Dr.lepore you rock.

I really like Dr . Lepore. He's very good with children and I liked how he helped with the problems she was having. I went to desert valley pediatrics before and they were horrible. Not one of them ever told me my daughter had a heart murmur, and they had her on the wrong dose of meds. Dr Lepore was very helpful and put her on the right track and she is doing much better. We hardly waited at all when we were in the office. This will definitely be my daughters new Dr from now on!

Dr Lepore began seeing my 3 children at very young ages, they are now 23,19, and 15. Not only do my children love him but my husband as well. If it wasn't for him my now 19 year old may have had severe brain and heart damage from sleep apnea. All other docs were looking and treating ADHD turns out sleep apnea has close related symptoms, when Dr. Lepore suspected it and had him tested his brain was already being affected from oxygen deprivation. I don't know how many times we have raced in with numerous life threatening issues and he always saw them. Hospital stays broken arms severe asthma attacks with respretory distress. My 23 year old daughter still goes to visit him... If that's not an exceptional Dr...

Dr. Lepore has taken care of our twins since the day they were born and we love him with all our hearts. The best doctor I have ever taken my kids to. But unfortunately his office staff has changed to often and quite a few of them do not have a clue of how to talk to people or handle themselves with integrity. Unfortunately after almost 7 years we are having to leave such a great doctor because we are tired of being treated horrible by his office staff for questioning why we are being charged certain amounts on our bill and why credits are not being applied to are charges when we come in. And we are tired of being accused of things from his office staff that never happened. Sad day when someone you trusted with your children wont even take the time to listen to your side.
