It's a great location for us. It has an urgent care, lab and radiology and mist important our Primary care Physician Dr. John Villasenor. This doctor is very good. Knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, thorough, and responsive.

Report is not accurate notes of meeting. Didn't like the PA before. Had I known he would be in charge, I would never have attended. Last time I saw him he left the room saying"I can tell her but she won't do it" re tendon issue, Now claims it is resolved, but never address this last time. If I know he is the PA, I will not attend or will go elsewhere.

This facility is just ok. I don't think this is horrible but not wonderful either. The community of the branch I go (Easter & Harmon) do not have medical care over there on weekends. It was because they decided as the best option to close the facility those days something that is wrong because the neiboorhood and surroundings closest to this medical center didn't have medical attention on weekens and the closest location where we can go is is far from us.

This office/facility showed tremendous lack of competency in compassion, patience, and overall care for their patients. I was blown away with how rude they were with elderly patients and it was clearly audible from the waiting room that staff was speaking ill and they thought was humorous to speak to and treat the patients in such a poor manner. I would never want to have my elderly family members receive their care from this office/facility. As a former medical professional, I was embarrassed and ashamed to see what characters had been hired to care for our loved ones. As a now disabled patient myself, I will never go back to this office/facility. Although not all staff was poor, there were far to few good staff members to keep my service. Please give consideration to hiring those with genuine love for this field.

Great staff, fast check in, has all the departments you need to get everything done. It's like a supercenter for medical. It's not just an urgent care!!!!! And if you are able to get Dr Robert Tolentino and his nurse Jocybel ltorralba and the rest of their staff and assistant's you are in better hands then you could imagine. Hope this team always stays together!!!!! Also want people to acknowledge Dr Danesha Lang for her caring and professionalism, my wife loves her so much, they hug when she has an appointment. Also Dr Rodriguez top cardiologist, straight up and professional manner great Dr to have in your corner when you need. Gets things done immediately!! Why go anywhere else, a 1 stop shop. The people who take the survey if you had 1 not acceptable visit to this establishment please try 1 more time. If it is not what you wanted or expected then give the bad ratings. Everything and everyone deserve a 2nd time and visit please !! Thank You

Jocybel Itorralba is amazing! She put her heart into her work. She is a dedicated hardworking person. Full of compassion and honesty. She is so patient to explain every detail about the laboratory results and explain the steps needed to treat my medical issues. Been seeing several doctors for the last few years, she was the only one that was able to lower my blood sugar in just 3 visits. I am so grateful and happy I have her now as my PCP. I have had care here previously that met my expectations however the most recent was very disappointing. The radiologist they sent my imaging to (out of state) did not do a comparative to a previous imaging I had just completed which is what prompted the second imaging appointment. When asked to reinterpret he again failed to do so and actually recommended I have the same imaging done as I did the first time because he neglected to read my chart and instead compared it to unrelated scans I had had over a year ago for a different issue completely. I’ve spent the last week trying to communicate that with the patient experience staff who are not medically trained so they are unable to convey my concerns. I continued to explain this was unacceptable and have continued to escalate the issue still without satisfactory results.
