I've been going to Dr. Zagala for almost 15 years. She's an excellent doctor. She listens and responds to every question. When my son was born she took him in even though I didn't have medicaid at the moment. My son struggled with his weight. He couldn't gain any, and she never gave up and found the solution to his problem. My son now 14 and is very healthy, tall and weights a lot! She's far from me but it's worth the 18 mile drive. Her staff is not perfect but I've never had issues with them. She speaks and understands Spanish.

I called to get my children in as new patients. I was asked for my Insurance card and their names and dates of birth. I sent this over to them and no one responded. I have not gotten a call back or any help from their front desk. I emailed 3 times (Initial email and 2 follow ups). I'm concerned this is a scam, I am reviewing this with my insurance company as they were listed as a recommended provider in my network. Not sure what has happened with my information provided but no one here seems to respond.

Dr. Zagala is a good doctor. I trust my son with her. She is very nice, smart, professional and caring. The only problem I have is her staff. Today I called their office to make an appointment for my son. The staff I spoke to was rude, as she talked to me with an attitude. When I called, I spoke nicely with a calm voice until the staff talked to me with an attitude. It’s been a year since I called their office to make an appointment for my son because we moved and we are far from their clinic. Since before that time the staff just talks to me with an attitude and it’s rude! They make it difficult for patients to make an appointment with Dr. Zagala with their attitude.

Couldn't ask for a better Dr to go to. Hands down amazing. She is wonderful with the kids and very knowledgeable and helpful. As new parents, my husband and I had lots of questions—and everyone at this office was so helpful with our baby girl. Dr. Zagala’s larger than life personality and professionalism was so comforting. I sincerely appreciate that the doctor would call us back after hours, and always took extra precautions with our daughter’s needs.

We unfortunately had to switch doctors due to insurance reasons, but I highly recommend this pediatrician to any parent in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. They’re wonderful!!!

Finally a foc office that wants to help and will listen. And not call you crazy for having symptoms that "aren't common for that age" and does upstanding there are exceptions to the rule ect. They arnt judging and even thr front desk and assistance are awesome!
Out of all docs I've seen here, recently moed so trying to establish care and switch here, this is 1 of 2 docs offices I trust! They know their stuff, help explain if you don't but also still willing to look into things and learn new stuff as in comes available!
I will never take any of my kids, age 1 mon-13 yr,anywhere else till we are forced!

The best pediatrician we have ever seen! She’s so personal and remembers little things that you talked about on previous visits. She comes in the room quickly. If you have a very sick child she will let her staff squeeze you in between appointments instead of making your kid deal with being sick waiting a few days to be seen. I have referred my sister and friends here and they ALLLLL love her and her staff as much as me!!
When my son was born I went to anthem hills pediatrics where the hospital referred me. (probably a contract)
That was the WORST place ever. Every time you go in there, you wait for an hour in a room full of screaming babies and kids. Plus it’s always a different doctor when you go and they ALL contradict each other with advice. It was just horrible.
But not Dr Zagala!!! Her staff is great and she’s amazing!!!!! Thanks for everything!

Wait time is a little long but definitely worth it! Maria got down to a month long problem by taking an extra look at my son when other doctors just looked over it, turns out he had some sort of cotton ball stuck way up his nostril causing a foul smell and an infection in the other side. So thankful she relieved him of that pressure

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Santos since my son was born almost 5 years ago. Her front desk people have always been on the rude/unprofessional side but today i call to make an appointment to get my kids caught up on their shots before we move out of state. The girl didn't even allow me to tell her when i needed the appointment for before she told me "she had no availability" first she said there's nothing available for tomorrow and when i said i needed it for the following monday she said "oh i have nothing available for next Monday either" it was like she didn't even bother to check. When I first had my son he was seen by two Pediatricians, one of whom was Dr. Santos. Ever since then she became our family’s pediatrician. We moved away and came back to the area and were excited to have her again . Her bedside manner is excellent. I had such a wonderful experience here! I called to make an appointment for my 2 boys, and I was told they didnt have anything until the end of August. The girl took my # down and told me she would call me back if anyone canceled. 2 hours later, she called me back to take my boys in that afternoon! Had to change Pediatrician because the other one wasnt taking my i surance anymore. 1st visit my son had an infection both or his ears during the weekend we had to followed up with his dr i called dr. Santos on monday they gave me a walking appointment same day it was nice to hear that. DR SANTOS she rold me if theres any concerns during the week and th eoffice is close to leavr a voice mail she gets them direct to her cell phone. My babu had a really bad rush at 11pm on Thursdays i called her office she answer right away she told me to take him to her office tomorrow morning, and that what i did. I have been taking my sons here for years and am always happy with how well they are treated here! The Doctor is extremely hard working. The waiting room can get a little busy at times but its well worth the wait. My son was very sick with stomach pain and after Urgent Care and the hospital couldn't figure out what was wrong, we went to her (i underestimated her completely by thinking a hospital would be able to figure something out faster because of all the patients they get every day all day and night but i was wrong) and within minutes walked out with an understanding of what could be wrong and papers to get blood work and samples done immediately. Also, I was pleased with the changes to the office, waiting room and rooms! I think this Doctor is wonderful too because before I had medical coverage and paid cash for each visit, she did not charge much at all. I was able to easily afford 2 children's well check or sick visit appointments with no insurance.

I want to start off by saying that Dr. Santos is AMAZING. She is very caring and sweet. She genuinely cares about her patients. All the nurses are also very nice and caring. When we first starting coming there the office itself wasn't very up to date and needed some cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Well, they must have felt the same way because at our next appointment, there was not only fresh paint, but new flooring! What a change! Only issue I've ever had was wait time. At times we had wait 30-45 mins after our appointment time, but that also has gotten a lot better. I feel like the wait, even though a little long at times, is worth it to see such a great doctor.

Switched from Dr. Robin Perlow(mainly because it was almost impossible to ever get an appointment for the next day. Usually it was always a week out) to Dr. Santos about 4 months ago. I have nothing but great things to say about her. Yes, the office was a bit unorganized at first, but they have addressed that, hired in extra staff and Dr. Santos, Jessie and Raquel have gave my boys nothing but first class attention. I highly recommend her.

Very good doctor. She is kind and genuinely cares about her patients. The office could use a little work, but overall the care my daughter receives is excellent.

This place is very disorganized, doesnt feel professional at all. At first I though I was just because it was newly opened or something, but a year later there is still no development, and no staff. I called to see if I could bring my daughter in the morning, (Wednesday)and was told they would be closed for the whole day. When I said I guess I will have to find a new doctor, the receptionist/nurse told thats fine. Dr. Santos is nice, but I just csnt shake the feeling that this isn't a real dr. Office
