Dr. Pham was wonderful to start with. After months of seeing him for a medical condition he was seeing me for, I had to reschedule a couple of appointments for the exact condition he was treating me for before he “discharged” me. I gave the office staff substantial time when needed to reschedule. His assistant was decent, zero personality however; but she got things done that I needed help with. Dr. Pham was great to begin with yet, being discharged as a patient for something he was treating me for was a huge let down and disappointment. The office staff was amazing by the way; but do better Dr. Pham. God bless.

I see Dr. Pham at the Internal Medicine Specialist office, and he has truly helped me get my health back on track. He is the only doctor who has taken the time to run thorough labs that no one else ever checked, which made a huge difference in understanding what was really going on.

He has guided me in lowering my cholesterol and A1C, and starting HRT has been life-changing for me. I have more energy and feel better than I have in a long time.

I went to see Dr. Pham about getting a semaglutide shot and he also recommended estrogen and progesterone therapy.
When I started the semaglutide, Dr. Pham sent me a detailed email recommending regular exercise along with eating tips, foods to avoid and a recipe for a protein shake. After taking the shot and hormones and following his instructions given in the email, I am down almost 20 pounds after 9 weeks.
I feel better now than I can ever remember feeling. I have more energy, I sleep better, my thinking is crystal clear and I feel very motivated and energized, I am in a happier, more peaceful mood and less irritable, I am more outgoing and easygoing. I do not feel the stress and anxiety I used to feel. I feel more able to handle daily stresses. I feel more confident from not only the weight loss, but also from having a clearer and focused mind. My daily life looks completely different from what it was.
Every aspect of my life has improved-my physical health, nutrition, mental health and social life.
I get compliments regularly from other people asking what I am doing.
Dr. Pham has been very supportive and helpful during this process through his guidance and follow up appointments. I couldn’t be any happier with the care I am receiving.

I’m leaving this review to document a concerning experience as a postpartum, breastfeeding patient.

One week after I gave birth, this doctor recommended that I start a statin, stating I likely had familial hypercholesterolemia based on cholesterol labs taken immediately postpartum. No consideration was given to the fact that cholesterol levels are commonly elevated after pregnancy.

At the time, I was actively breastfeeding and I was told that the medication was safe to take while breastfeeding, which is not consistent with standard medical guidance.

There was no discussion about postpartum physiology, lactation safety, or repeating labs after recovery before suggesting long-term medication. I believe this situation warranted a more cautious, evidence-based approach, especially given how soon after delivery the appointment occurred.

I was thrown into his cruel care with Sepsis ( infected during open heart surgery, done by his friend, Neuman Jahangir).
I was brought into his care from rehab , where they were unable to treat SEPSIS any longer and called ambulance. I was dumped on dimentia floor ( I got NO dimentia), abused by him and his young nurse, who called me degrading names and never showed her batch with the name ( turned it in order to abuse). I fell on my chest, he called armed guards to dump me , later falcified medical records along with surgeon-Jahangir, who was on the phone with me, promising help from cruel abuse, but did nothing as they both hid Sepsis from Desert Springs medical records. He wrote lies in med.system, calling me degrading names and giving a green light to hospital dumping and violence. He will be now finally reported to med.board along with Neuman Jahangir, who is in ongoing malpractice but continues to harm and lie. Stay away . No wonder, he got one star. Creepy , abusive, sick man.

I’m very disappointed with the care my grandfather received at this office. The doctor ordered an exam, but when we got the results back, it was clear the exam had been done incorrectly. This raises serious concerns about the competence of the technologist who performed it. Even more troubling is that no one from the medical team seemed to catch the mistake—suggesting a lack of oversight and quality control. When my aunt tried to bring the issue to Dr. Pham's attention, he became upset and insisted the exam had been done correctly—without acknowledging our concerns or taking a closer look. When dealing with elderly patients and diagnostic procedures, attention to detail is critical. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

Phone system is horrid, called and was forced to leave a voicemail after waiting on the line for help for a while. If you were going to force me to leave a voicemail why even give me the option of waiting to begin with. Then I get a text later in the day saying someone reached out to me when no one did. Just called the following morning, 8 min after they have opened and the same thing. Service here is atrocious, I was a returning customer but I am changing my doctor with it being so hard just to schedule something, this is ridiculous. Would give zero stars if the option was available, place is a joke for customer service.

Great experience. Dr. Pham is a great PCP. The office is busy but I have been able to schedule near term appointments. I have been seeing Dr. Pham since 2023. He diagnosed and treated successfully a couple of conditions. My last appointment was in May as a follow up. Dr. Pham has provided several reasonable and good suggestions on how to improve results based on my goals.
