Unfortunately, this has happened repeatedly. I have come here several times and ended up waiting for more than two hours, which is completely unacceptable and a significant waste of my time.

What is even more frustrating is that I haven’t even received a simple apology or any explanation. I still don’t know what the results of my test were, and I have no idea whether there is anything serious or potentially dangerous that I should be concerned about.

I understand that things can get busy, but this level of communication and lack of consideration is not acceptable. At this point, I would rather protect my peace of mind and avoid putting myself through this kind of unnecessary stress again.

The staff here, specifically the Spanish man and woman, are extremely rude and aggressive. They treat Persian-speaking patients very badly. Dr. Mehrdad Tafreshi is a very good and committed doctor, but unfortunately he has dishonest and disrespectful staff. Those two employees behave as if they own the office.
I went to the office at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11 for a walk-in visit. They called me in a very rude tone and said they don’t accept walk-ins unless it is an emergency. I told them that I do have an emergency problem, but they said, “No, you don’t look like you’re in bad condition, so it’s not an emergency.”
They also said that even for a medication refill you must make an appointment, and their appointments usually take about a month to get.
I am sure Dr. Tafreshi is not aware of how these two employees treat patients, and I am leaving this review only because of their behavior.

Really great for my first time honestly they had a ice cream machine which was awesome they were really good with my little man for his first time they had a little toy machine for him and on my way out I saw a game room honestly this dentist is highly recommended here they were really good to him they had Toy Story playing on a TV above the bed for the kids that was great very patient with him

He's a companionate doctor who's also a good listener .He does not rush you through fast check up process . Instead , he'd consider your concerns and treat you like any ill person deserves . Nice staff as well . you should be aware that being seen by the doctor might take a bit longer than usual as he cares about every individual patient . Highly Recommended !

Has ZERO dignity for patients whatsoever. Went there after a minor procedure he recommended was causing excessive pain and for a simple doctor's note, the man could not tolerate hearing a woman's voice and waived me out of his office without a referral to see the doctor for the pain and without the note, this man is arrogant, rude and angry he does not have tolerance for women.

Understaffed and office staff is overworked. This shows with the level of care this office provides. I in no way blame the administrative staff, but when I am experiencing extreme pain that makes me buckle over in pain and the doctor checks his Apple Watch as im describing what’s happening, that makes it really hard to think the doctor cares in anyway.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr.Tafreshi for 5 years now, and I wouldn’t have any other doctor, Dr T takes the time to address your medical concerns to provide a solid treatment plan, I love the staff and it may be a bit of a wait but it’s worth it, I have never had a problem with the wait time or the staff, I would recommend Dr Tafreshi to anyone who is looking for a compassionate, and competent doctor in Las Vegas.

Dr see the patients with long delay. So far I waited 1 hour and now they say maybe 1 more hour waiting to see Dr tafreshi, while I had appointment. My suggestion is to put enough time for every patient to avoid staying behind. Hope to do something for this issue.
