I’ve been a patient of Dr. Golpa’s since 2016, and I can honestly say I would not trust my oral health to anyone else. I was a very difficult case from the beginning, but Dr. Golpa never gave up on me. A Second Chance at Life — Forever Grateful to Dr. Golpa

Eleven years ago, I came to the United States from Malaysia with my natural teeth and braces, never imagining how difficult my dental journey was about to become.

Soon after arriving, I developed severe gum inflammation and infection. I went from one dental office to another looking for help, but the answers I received left me feeling more hopeless each time. I was told that my case was so severe that if my braces were removed, I could potentially lose most of my teeth. Some dentists suggested individual implants, but there were no guarantees about the outcome, how long the process would take, or how much it would ultimately cost.

I was devastated. I became depressed and withdrew from my social life. I was embarrassed by my condition and felt like I had lost a part of myself.

My husband and I flew to Las Vegas to meet Dr. Golpa. From the very first meeting, he was not only an exceptional surgeon, but also a true gentleman—kind, compassionate, and genuinely interested in understanding what I had been going through.

Ten years later, I can still remember how much his care and kindness meant to me during one of the lowest and most difficult periods of my life.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life.
My journey with G4 Dental Implants (formerly Golpa) has been a five-year nightmare that still isn’t over. It began when Dr. Anna—who was supposed to place my arches—left before the procedure, and I was checked out by the anesthesiologist, not a dentist. My bite was completely off, and that was just the beginning.

I’ve been through five or six sets of arches, and they’re still wrong. Dr. Torkaman—who seems more interested in his ego than patient care—didn’t even look in my mouth or take x-rays before offering his so-called “fix,” which only made things worse. Completely unacceptable.

And get this—if you're under anesthesia and you’ve chosen a color for your arches (which no one noticed was discontinued), the office manager will feel free to make the decision for you—and she chooses wrong. Ridiculous!

This company is built on slick marketing and empty promises. Mike Golpa made his money and moved on, leaving patients like me to deal with the fallout. Most of the original team is gone—and for good reason.

Do not trust this company. If you’re researching options, run—don’t walk—away from G4. I started a Facebook group called Life After Dental Implants when I noticed almost no negative reviews were showing up. I knew I wasn’t alone.

Mike Golpa may have made millions, but he clearly didn’t master the art of dentistry—or accountability.

LOVE HIM! ❤️ He did my teeth so great and made them so white when he put this special white liquid on it that he called his "homemade special sauce" it tasted salty too which is always a plus haha 😂, he gave extreme attention to detail and kept touching my lips to get the accurate measurements for when I next come in, can't wait to see him again. I would like to share my experiences with potential Patients.
I had many stressful experiences with previous Dentists who promoted themselves as an expert in "Dental Implants". Unfortunately, lots of sales pitch, not enough knowledge.
I'm resident of Las Vegas for the past 10 years. I meet several Doctors who's a very good salesmen/women. Unfortunately, doesn't have enough knowledge to do Dental Implants. The result of it, I did a lot of research.
I also come across G4 BY GOLPA. I setup an appointment for consultation. Based on my previous experiences, I was very anxious. The Office was very tastefully done. Clearly looking out to care for Patients comfort. The Staff was very pleasant. I meet several employees of GOLPA. I was asked how I would like to be called. They show me several styles of teeth, several shade of colors we Patients have a chance to choose from. X-ray was taken. After a petite Lady come in to the room. She introduced herself. She was Dr. Anna. We talked. She was very upfront and straightforward. She also ask me if I have any questions. I don't felt pressured. I felt this mustbe a doctor I can trust.
Before I left, I got all the necessary information & paperwork given to me, which needed to get ready for my surgery. Also, the prices. I also needed a complete sinus lift.
The day of my surgery the Doctor's office made arrangement for me to get in to the office. I was scared. But I felt I'm in good hands. The surgery went well. This office was also made arrangements for me to get a Lady take me home & stay with me for 4 hours to be make sure I'm OK. Before we Patients discharge, we all getting a care package. Which includes things the Patients need after surgery. Like ice pack, pain medications, juice, protein shake, and such as needed, also instuctions.
I'm shearing my experience here, so Patients can see how well this office treats Patients.
I would also like to talk about my personal experience with Dr.Anna. She puts Patient's needs first. HER QUALITY of PATIENTS CARE IS SUPERIOR. What not well enough for her, is not well enough for her Patients
(Dentures & Implants). She have very high expectations to get the best quality of work delivered to Patients. Her Team is well trained and professional. My experiences is very positive every time I'm going into this Office.
The job done for me is very natural. I have been told I'm having very nice teeth by people who don't know I'm having an Inplants.
I hope my feedback is helping for potential patients.
My background is Healthcare, so I know my expectation is high.

Dr.Anna was amazing! The entire staff was amazing! My only difficulty was being type 1 diabetic on the insulin pump. Not eating after midnight before surgery(which is standard protocol) makes it hard for a diabetic. Not eating after because of swelling and normal pain was difficult. Keeping blood sugar levels in check was critical.
I get pretty difficult to be around just missing one meal🤪. All and all everything went really well. Im going back for my six month check up, and at that time will have a bite adjustment. Again, I’d like to thank everyone that took care of me at the Vegas office.
Im healing fantastic. Anyone with diabetes has so many challenges. This office treated me like family! I recommend this office to anyone thinking about getting this done.

Great experience, with minimal pain, just some discomfort managed with ibuprofen. I’m happy with the teeth color. Still may need some adjustments in 6 months, but I know they will do everything to make it perfect.

These people are complete professionals and are attentive to every detail in making their teeth. My mouth is too small, and partials were very uncomfortable so I decided 4x4 implants were the way for me to go. I was apprehensive, but am glad I went through with the process. Overall the experience was pleasant and stress free. The staff was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. After the anesthesia was administered before I knew it I woke up and it was all done. The office provided transportation there and back to my hotel after the procedure. Fantastic customer service. There is one thing though. You would think a ($45.00) water pik flosser would be provided as part of the procedure considering how much it costs. G4 is amazing! My husband went in on Tuesday. We toured the facility and were told how his teeth would be milled during the night and perfected in the lab the next morning. The lab helped as we chose his new teeth shape and color. My husband went into surgery where Dr. Anderson pulled 10 teeth, cut out his molars which had never erupted, and surgically implanted 8 posts. We returned the next afternoon to receive his new, complete set of teeth. We left a few hours later, went to a restaurant, and my husband ate dinner! Did I say G4 is amazing? Oh yes!!! All staff was kind, courteous, professional and efficient. They instilled confidence - I felt comfortable and assured that the procedure would be successful, (in spite of having to read and sign-off on all the possible problems that could occur. Afterwards, I had very little pain, maybe 3 on a scale of 10. I did have bruising all around my mouth, but it didn’t hurt. My new teeth are beautiful although they are smaller than my old teeth, smaller than I want. That is disappointing. I hope it can be rectified with little, to no expense. 1st pic shows exaggerated smile - which is how much my teeth used to show when I smiled normally. Now, they hardly show - even close up. Still, my experience was positive, overall and I highly recommend G4 by Golpa. 24 hours for a whole new set of teeth!

I had my surgery last Tuesday 5/11/21, with this phenomenal human beings. They’re my super heroes, they’re going to bring back my life and have my great smile restored. If you want a VIP treatment towards your new smile: this is it. Everyone working there makes you feel like the only patient they have. I had 22 teeth pulled, got the next morning my set of new teeth and could eat immediately. Pain? Not really! More uncomfortable for a couple of days, a bit bruised, but gone after less than a week. It was like magic, one day in with horrible teeth, next day a beautiful smile. Painkillers the first two days, then no need for it.
That was three years ago, had two new sets of teeth since then, due to new and better materials available. Cost: ZERO, no co pay, nothing! They just offered it to me.
I’m so happy with my choice picking Golpa. The best investment I’ve ever made and no more tooth aches. Did I mention that I had 13 root canals?
Go for it, you won’t regret it. The only trouble you’ll have is not to smile constantly, showing off those pretty whites that look so natural.I went to the Dallas practice.

I've waited a few months post-procedure to write this, mainly to make sure nothing negative came up. It's been almost 9 months since my procedure and I'm happier than I ever thought I'd be.

Everything about G4 by Golpa is first class, and everyone is so professional, warm and friendly. It started up front with Gina and Carlos for me. They calmed every concern I had and never got frustrated with my endless barrage of questions.

Surgery day was a breeze. Everything was ready to go with no complications. Implant day was one of the happiest days I can remember, the day I got my new smile! Dr. Anderson and Dr. Kelsey were so great, they made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my well being.

If you're considering doing this, don't hesitate. Do it and I promise you won't regret it.

I have good things to say. I first went in and had 8 implants surgically installed hours after having my remaining teeth and tooth remnants completely removed. I was hesitant initially because I had become accustomed to the toothless look and could eat quite a variety of foods despite having no bite for years. The quickness of the procedure was the most attractive part of the whole package. I did not want to spend the rest of my life getting bone grafts and having a schedule filled with dental appointments. So I went believing that the reviews were real and believing it would all go as described. The office is crawling with staff that have a part to play in this exacting procedure. When one of them encounters something that needs changing they immediately stop and bring in others to confer with and resolve the issue before continuing. Your procedure is a group effort and Dr. Golpa's staff work continuously to perform your restoration as needed. They get one another's opinions when they want or need them, and they will get your work done as quickly as it can be done while consulting each other as it proceeds in this team oriented procedure. I have some soft bone on one side of my upper jaw and the implant there did fail, as they knew might happen. I returned in 8 months for a cleaning and general exam of the whole procedure. The failing implant was discovered and several Drs. had a look and discussed the best course of action while I listened. My procedure now needed some impotant adjustments made in the .5mm range. A new upper was made after which it was decided that a new lower should also be milled for the best result. This was done immediately and I left with a whole new set of teeth at no cost to me. Dr. Golpa had instructed me to take specific calcium and D supplements in hopes that the bone would strengthen and support the original implant, but it didn't. The removal of the original soft bone implant and installation of a new one required all new teeth. Everything was corrected within the same time frame as the original work was done, and again... at no cost to me.
Other aspects of my case are that I'm a 65 year old male who early on in life became disenchanted with dentists and simply stopped going to them. This certified my future difficulties. I was able to continue without dentists because I learned how to get rid of toothaches within 20 seconds, so I felt justified in not seeing dentists anymore. I became the custodian of my rotting teeth unable to stop their decay but able to eradicate associated pain.
I am so pleased to have discovered Dr. Golpa online and have been reintroduced to all the foods that I hadn't eaten in years.
I smile readily now as opposed to hesitantly, and highly recommend Dr. Golpa. Furthermore, his staff is comprised of helpful people, many of them being long term professionals. Plus they come to work dressed nicely and they are all highly attractive individuals, which is simply an added nicety.

After many years of being embarrassed and self conscious about the state of my teeth, I began researching different methods and places to have my mouth fully restored. I came across the G4 method by Dr. Golpa. I called them they got me in the next week. I booked my flight to Vegas and the entire process was effortless. They made me feel extremely comfortable and they were very patient with all my questions. I designed my teeth and had my surgery all on the same day. I came back the second day and had them put in. I know most people do well with the swelling however, I was one of the few that swelled more than average and for longer. After the second week, I started feeling back to my normal self. I feel great and have full range of eating available to me again! I am now just over a month post surgery and it is honestly the best investment I have ever made. Dr Golpa is my hero I have to admit. I havent yet had a personal experience with him as of yet but I have spoke to some of his staff and I do have testimony from people who have and I've watch in you tube how this man has changed people's lives! I totally want in!

The entire experience from start to finish was awesome! I can now eat any food, chew on both sides of my mouth and I look great! One thing I will never forget is the morning after the extractions I don't ever remember feeling so good. I felt elated. I got up and flushed the pain meds down the toilet. Latter I shared this with a friend of mine and she thought it was from getting all the toxins out of my body from my bad teeth and gums. ALL the staff from start to finish were great! Very sympathetic to my needs and concerns. Very gentle, caring and professional through out the entire process. Plus I got to take sick days from work and go to Vegas!

I went to Dr. Golpa in September 2019 for a full mouth replacement and could not be happier with the work he did. I went on the 1 year anniversary of my mother's death and experienced many "glitches" prior to the procedure (issues with travel plans, last minute cancellation by my sister who planned to go with me to help (and she had to stay in Mich to care for my son who was extremely sick) so I traveled alone for the procedure, etc). I truly felt like "something" was telling me I should not go. Although I'm not entirely certain due to anesthesia, I know my procedure was complicated. Even with complications on the extractions, I suffered only minor bruising and no pain. Ultimately, I walked out with a beautiful smile in just one day as promised. I was extremely anxious from start to finish (which was only escalated exponentially by the last minute need to travel alone) yet the staff was very understanding. It takes a short time to get used to the slight change in speech. I am a frequent presenter and within only 3 weeks after the surgery I was at a podium presenting to over 100 school district officials. I write this mainly for those feeling anxious or hesitant, as I was. The anxiety passes and you will be left with a beautiful smile within 2 days as promised. My ony personal suggestion is that if you go alone, read up on aftercare to prepare yourself. (I did not, so it was a bit unnerving for a few days). However, research would easily resolve this. They do not make false promises on the site. The new smile alone restored my self-confidence. For anyone considering even a single dental implant, this is by far the best place to go. (One implant seems to lead to the next... and you spend a lifetime in/out of dental offices). Dr. Golpa is top in his field, delivers everything as promised and I would never consider going anywhere else.

Dr Anna and the staff at G4 is absolutely amazing.

I had terrible teeth. Many teeth broken off at gum line, teeth missing, cracked teeth, ugly teeth.
I researched and went to talk to dentists/surgeons for 3 years! I believe I consulted with 9 different possible providers. I really wanted to use someone close to my home on Huntsville, but I was continually drawn to G4 by Golpa.
I finally pulled the trigger and went with G4 by Golpa. I am tow weeks past surgery and feel amazing! Teeth and smile look amazing. Not in pain for the first time in over 10 years.

I travelled all the way from Alabama to Las Vegas to get the procedure done. I am glad that I did.

If you're debating whether or not to use G4 by Golpa, DO IT.

Quite honestly one of the greatest experiences of my life!! Thank you Dr. Golpa and everyone on your team!! I LOVE my new teeth and am starting to enjoy my new smile. I had been told that the best of modern dentistry could only give me dentures for the rest of my life. I already wore an upper plate, and the rest of my bottom teeth were failing. Then I found Dr. Golpa and his 21st Century solution. In two days, my life was restored. I suffered NO pain at all. I am able to broadly smile, no-one is able to tell that these are implants. Full mouth implants. For 10 years with the upper denture previously, I only had maybe 30 or 40% of chewing capacity, as my teeth started to fail my capacity went down to probably 10 or 15%. Mostly mushy foods. My chewing capacity has been restored! Yes, Dr. Golpa, I have now had an apple! He offered me one the day he put my teeth in and I declined. I should have had one that day, now that I know that I can eat one. I look forward to seeing you again and thanking you personally for restoring my teeth and my life!

Had my initial consultation at new age smile today. Was told my case was complex and difficult and the cost of my procedure would cost more than I originally thought.. Yikes
The office staff was wonderful though and Dr. Golpas associate was very kind and answered my questions. I really have no complaints. Just wish I had the extra funds for the procedure lol. I feeling you are in good hands at this office though.

The negative review by Robert M Davis, DDS is from a fake profile. Take a look at the other reviews this fraud left. I can not say one negative thing about Dr. Golpa or his staff. I went into having him do my work with the most apprehension possible due to a lifetime of prior dental work. I can say that Dr. Golpa stands by his work and will do what is right to get the best outcome for you, not the cheapest way to get it done. I cannot believe how much he has done to make sure I had the best outcome. There is no way I can state how great Dr. Golpa and his work is!

Ashley, Amanda, Kat...all of the staff are just amazing. Dr. Golpa has assembled the best possible person for each position.

Most Dental reception areas are somber places. Not at Golpa. Everyone is excited. Everyone talks about how they wish they did it sooner. Most of the people I met were eager to share their stories and just how easy the recovery process went or how much their life has improved.

You would think that I would run into that ONE person who had a regret or a problem. Not a one.

I am very happy I got to actually meet Dr. Golpa right before my surgery. I was not expecting him to be part of my procedure but it was nice to meet the man, look him in the eye and see first hand how much he truly cares.

I had my procedure done Monday. Thursday I was back at work, eating, talking, smiling with a full mouth of perfect teeth, a little swelling and some pressure on my jaw that aches.

The last dentist I saw tried to sign me up for a 6-12 month process of implant surgeries and denture partials for $25k(ish) per arch right after charging me $400 for some deep cleaning and $250 to join his in-house Dental Plan.

With Golpa, you get one total fee. Everything is disclosed, the good, the bad and the ugly. Even a problem case like mine wasn't a problem. There were no hidden fees and no small print. Even his warranty is pretty amazing. He didn't charge me to clean teeth that are no longer in my mouth. I thought for sure he would be charging a premium for his water picks, but even they were cheaper than I could find at Walmart.

I could really go on and on. This was a big deal for me. I have always had problem teeth. For anyone considering this procedure its also a big deal, on many levels, so I wanted to weight my feedback appropriately.

If this procedure is on your radar, even a little bit, you owe it to yourself to see Golpa and give yourself another option. For the life of me I can't imagine why anyone with all the facts would not just do this given the resources.

Just simply the best thing you can do for yourself... I struggled for so many years with my smile and confidence, all my family photos everyone with amazing smiles and me with that closed mouth smile.. Wow what a change now. The only negative is you kinda freak out first couple days about the feeling in your mouth, more teeth (great) bridge etc. I recommend you talk to a actual patient who will help you know what to expect.. Dr explains it very well that within 6 weeks you will not notice and he was very correct, it took me about 4 weeks.. Feel free to call them and ask for my email and once I realize you are truly thinking of doing the procedure I will gladly speak over the phone with you.. The Good : No pain .. NONE , only takes 2 visits overnight.. Amazing office with the best staff you can hope for. No problems on follow ups, they are actually happy to see you and how your life has changed. Simply amazing and I cannot believe it still.. Its like magic I swear to God. The Bad: 4-6 weeks to get completely used to everything, not a huge deal you will. The Cost this is not cheap in any way but WORTH every penny. I took out a 3 year Loan at 5% percent to pay for it, I actually am trying to pay it off in half the time.. Thats it ! Watch the videos, do your research and feel free to contact me. I am very fortunate as I am a local in Las Vegas however I belief Doc is opening in Texas somewhere soon. I know this has been a long review and I should have done this 6 months ago. I checked out The Clear C thing as well no comparison and they were much more.. Dr. Golpa is a Pro.. Wonderful experience. The teeth look very natural. The people were so supportive, both for my husband, who had the surgery, as well as for me. They provided a hotel room for our complete stay and all needed transportation. My husband had no pain and was able to eat a hamburger the night he received his teeth. He is having some adjustment issues, as expected. (It takes time to get used to the new teeth.) I would highly recommend Dr. Golpa and his staff.
