Optic Gallery Aliante was outstanding from start to finish. The office was super clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff made the visit easy and professional.

Dr. Robert Hoang was excellent. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed. After each part of the exam, he asked if we had any questions, which I really appreciated. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients.

As Air Force veterans, my wife and I also appreciated how well the staff understood VA benefits and medical referrals. They were honest, transparent, and clear about what was covered, with no pressure or surprise charges.

The front desk team was friendly and professional, providing great customer service. I highly recommend Optic Gallery Aliante and Dr. Hoang. We found our eye care place. Thank you!
